According to an NDTV report, she claimed to have credible evidence pointing to foul play, insisting his death was neither accidental nor natural.
In the letter, she claimed, 'Credible and concerning evidence... that suggests his (i.e., Mr Kapur's) death may not have been accidental or natural, but may have involved foul play, including possibility of murder, abetment, conspiracy, fraud, and forgery.'

She has also alleged forgery, suspicious asset transfers, and questionable legal filings in connection with her son Sunjay Kapur's death. She suggested that individuals who stood to gain financially—specifically pointing to Sunjay's wife, Priya Kapur—may have been involved.
Call for formal criminal investigation
She told British authorities, 'There are compelling reasons to believe his death may have been facilitated or orchestrated as part of a coordinated transnational conspiracy, with the involvement of individuals and entities in the United Kingdom, India and maybe the United States.'

Rani, mother of the late Sunjay Kapur, has also raised serious concerns with the board of Sona Comstar, alleging that her son's sudden death in London remains suspicious and unexplained.
