Benny Blanco Opens Up About the Possibility of Touring With Selena Gomez
Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez married their sweet romantic relationship with their passion for making music when they dropped their joint album, I Said I Love You First, in March. During a recent appearance on the Hot Hits with Nic & Loren podcast, Benny revealed whether he and his fiancée would take hits like 'Bluest Flame' and 'Cowboy' out on the road with a tour supporting the album. 'That's like my worst nightmare. Doing live shows, like, anytime I had to do SNL or like AMAs I'm always just like, 'When's it over? When's it over?' I just want to be home on my couch,' he explained. The choice could potentially tie back to Selena's health complications, as she hasn't hit the road since 2016. According to People, she had to cut her Revival short due to complications from anxiety and depression as a side effect of lupus at the time. The Rare Beauty founder also revealed the likelihood of her going on tour during an interview with TIME earlier this year. 'Nothing makes me happier than 90 minutes of being with my fans and just celebrating together,' Selena shared, admitting that she feels '50/50' about touring. 'It is very emotionally draining for me. And then you realize you're just surrounded by a bunch of people that you're paying.' I Said I Love You First marks Selena's first full-length musical project since she released Rare in 2020, and while there are no plans for the couple to tour, they have performed a slew of tracks from the record for Vevo Extended Play. The live performance video includes 'How Does It Feel to Be Forgotten,' 'Scared of Loving You,' and 'Sunset Blvd.' Get your Selena and Benny live fix below:

Benny Blanco Addresses Wedding Plans With Selena Gomez
Ever since Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco announced their engagement, fans have been eagerly waiting for the next big news – their wedding. After the record producer reportedly invited Ed Sheeran to the nuptials, rumors about the couple's wedding date and planning started doing the rounds. Now, in a recent interview, Blanco has opened up about his wedding plans with Gomez, putting all rumors to rest. Fans are highly anticipating the wedding news of Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez after the couple got engaged in December. The couple has always said that they are still enjoying their engagement period. However, in May, during Vanity Fair's 'Lie Detector Test' series, when Ed Sheeran revealed that Blanco had already invited him to their nuptials, fans could not keep calm. Many believed that the couple had started planning their wedding and were keeping it under wraps. Blanco has now opened up about his welding plans to Gomez, dismissing the rumors. In a recent interview with Australia's 'Today' show, Blanco clarified Sheeran's invite and wedding date. He said he 'just told' the English singer that he had to 'come to the wedding' whenever the couple gets hitched. However, newspapers took 'things out of context.' Speaking about wedding plans, the record producer revealed that 'unfortunately, we have not scheduled one yet. But we will,' putting all the rumors to rest. Nevertheless, Blanco's life has been 'great' and 'couldn't be better' since the engagement. But during an interview with 'Table Manners with Jessie and Lennie Ware' podcast in April, Gomez did spill some interesting wedding details. The Rare Beauty founder hinted that the couple is not keen on having the traditional first dance as they will 'feel embarrassed.' She is only 'looking to have a special dance' with her maternal grandfather. Moreover, Gomez might also participate in the Jewish wedding tradition — the 'chair dance.' Benny Blanco reveals live shows are his 'worst nightmare'
Benny Blanco has dismissed the idea of holding live shows to promote his joint album with Selena Gomez. The record producer has revealed that he has no plans to perform live in support of his collaborative album with his fiancé, Selena, titled I Said I Love You First and released in March. During a recent appearance on the Hot Hits with Nic & Loren podcast, Benny was asked if he and Selena would be doing any live shows to promote the album. "That's like my worst nightmare," he replied candidly. "Doing live shows... like anytime I had to do SNL (Saturday Night Live) or like AMAs (American Music Awards) I'm always just like, 'When's it over? When's it over?'" The 37-year-old added, "I just want to be home on my couch." Co-host Loren Barry then suggested that Selena could perform live while Benny sat beside her on a couch, to which he replied, "Honestly, not a bad ideas guys." Jokingly adding to the idea, co-host Nic Kelly said, "Selena and Benny on a couch tour, coming to a city near you," to which Benny responded dryly, "Can't wait." Benny and Selena released their collaborative album on 21 March. Shortly after its release, Selena, 32, took to Instagram to thank her fiancé for being her "personal journal" while working on the record. "Benny, thank you for being my own personal journal throughout this process," she wrote at the time. "These songs represent our past, present and future... something I can't wait to experience with you from now until forever. Thank you for pouring your unconditional love into creating this project with me."
