The video creator then tried to justify her actions, telling him that it's all the same, leading to the comic blow up.
'It's f***ing totally different, that's really, like, for cooking,' the Aussie father explained.
'Are you f***ing stupid, oh my f***ing God.'
As the conversation continued, she explained how she had emptied around half the tin into her car — sending her dad into a further spiral of anger.
'Well you're f***ed now,' he told her.
'You're a f***ing idiot ... why didn't you come and ask.'
The daughter remained innocent about the situation throughout the ordeal.
'Well, I thought oil and oil ... it's better then seed oil,' she told her dad.

Before she broke the charade, the fathers biggest issue was that it was going to create work for him.
'Now I'm gonna have to service the ****,' he said.
The prank garnered widespread traction, with people flooding the comments section.
'Biblically accurate Aussie dad,' one wrote.
'He's so real,' the official Australian Spotify account commented.
'If you're not an Aussie you'll think her dad was upset. He's actually pretty calm,' a commentor pointed out.
'The perfect representation of a boomer response from AU+NZ,' another said.

Controversial social media star Liver King has been arrested after travelling to Texas in a bid to hunt down podcaster Joe Rogan. Brian Johnson, known to many as Liver King on social media platforms such as TikTok, has reportedly been charged with making a 'terroristic threat' after threatening the Rogan in a series of video-taped rants days before he attempted to meet his rival face-to-face. 'Joe Rogan, I'm calling you out, my name's Liver King. Man to man, I'm picking a fight with you,' said the influencer, who is the star of Netflix film Untold: The Liver King. He said that he didn't have training in jiu-jitsu. The controversial influencer has a long-running feud with Joe Rogan. Picture: Instagram Brian Johnson, aka Liver King, was arrested on Tuesday by police in Austin. Picture: Instagram 'You're a black belt. You should dismantle me,' Liver King said. 'But I'm picking a fight with you.' Liver King claimed that he had thought about his game plan. 'I'm not gonna train but I hope you've been training,' he warned Rogan. 'I'm ready whenever you're ready. 'This is actually happening, it'll be fun,' he said before telling Rogan that he would 'make him pay'. New footage that's since gone viral on Twitter and Instagram showed Liver King being escorted into a police car while handcuffed. Joe Rogan previously called out Liver King for using steroids despite claiming to have a natural physique. Picture: Supplied. In 2022, leaked emails revealed that Johnson had been spending thousands of dollars on steroids every month, despite the fact his brand was built on having a natural physique from his exclusively raw meat diet. Rogan alleged at the time that 'there's no way you can look like that in your 40s. I mean, he's preposterously jacked.' Just hours before his arrest fans shared their concerns on Instagram after Johnson posted a video hugging some of his family members in a room. In the clip, Johnson appeared to be talking in circles as he sipped a coffee and gripped hold of a screwdriver. 'His poor wife and kids,' remarked one follower, with another adding: 'I can't look away, this is so hard to watch'. Another concerned fan added: 'This kind of made me cry. I feel bad for his family hopefully he is okay please get well!'
