He said, "While social media may amplify the buzz, but the wise and awake have always known matcha's power lies in its purity, its calm, its powerful, dense nutrients, and its connection to nature." He asked people to tune out the noise, embrace the ritual and sip the serenity of this ancient superfood. "Here's to health, knowledge, clarity and the beauty of time-honoured traditions! Be educated, not influenced," he concluded. The post quickly went viral, with many appreciating him for shedding light on the overhyped trend. Actor Vaani Kapoor has spoken up in support of Diljit Dosanjh, whose film 'Sardaar Ji 3' was released overseas despite facing backlash and calls for a ban in India. The controversy erupted after Diljit's film, co-starring Pakistani actor Hania Aamir, skipped its India release in the wake of the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack and the subsequent Operation Sindoor. Meanwhile, Vaani's own cross-border romantic drama 'Abir Gulaal', opposite Fawad Khan, was stalled following the an interview with NDTV, Vaani reflected on the differences in circumstances surrounding both films. 'I am assuming his film was shot before the atrocious attack, and I am assuming as a producer, his money must have been stuck. I guess some 100 technicians were involved in making the film.
