How Beyoncé, Jay-Z and LeBron James Just Got Roped Into Diddy's Latest Legal Drama
As if Sean 'Diddy' Combs needed another lawsuit thrown his way, that's exactly what he got on Thursday (April 3). But unlike previous suits, this one appears to involve some of the most high-profile names yet.
According to USA Today on Thursday, Joseph Manzaro is suing the Bad Boy mogul over claims of sexual assault. He's also filing claims of human trafficking, obstruction of justice and witness tampering, racketeering and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Other defendants in the suit include Eric Mejias, Brendan Paul, Emilio Estefan (husband to Latin singer Gloria) and Adria English.
In the 64-page suit, Manzaro alleges he was drugged and taken to a Miami home owned by Gloria Estefan back in 2015 for Christian 'King' Combs birthday. However, per his timeline, it appears he was first taken to Mejias' home where he noticed a 'greasy substance resembling Vaseline.'
After allegedly witnessing a drug deal go down between Mejias and Diddy's alleged drug mule Brendan Paul, Manzaro was later taken to Estefan's home for King Combs' birthday because Diddy allegedly wanted him there for a 'freak-off' event.
Once there, Manzaro claimed he ran into LeBron James in a hallway and later Jay-Z and Beyonce who were allegedly present in another area in the home. However, the star studded meeting was less than ideal as Manzaro claimed he was made to walk around with a 'cock mask' tied to his face and later 'forcibly paraded through multiple rooms' before being forced to strip down naked and put into a shower where he was forcibly washed by women.
Afterwards, Manzaro alleges he was forced to wear a 'small thong bikini bottom and a black leather mask with a rubber dam forcibly inserted and zipped closed over his head' while performing 'degrading and non-consensual acts.'
As noted by PEOPLE, neither Bey, Jay or James are named in the suit. However, reps for the Los Angeles Lakers star and Jay-Z have denied Manzaro claims, alleging that their respective clients weren't even in Miami at the time of the incident and pointed to ' basic internet searches' and 'easily findable public activities' that support their timeline as opposed to Manzaro's. Beyonce has yet to respond while reps for the Estefans also vehemently deny the claims.
Lawyers for Diddy have also denied this latest suit, saying in a statement:
'This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.'
As a result of the ordeal, Manzaro claims he's experienced 'ongoing campaign of targeted harassment,' from Mejias which included death and kidnapping threats. He also claims that in the years following, he's had to deal with 'catastrophic physical injuries, including severe internal trauma, permanent groin damage, sexual maiming and multiple inguinal hernias.'
Manzaro is seeking compensatory, treble and unspecified punitive damages 'in an amount sufficient to punish' Combs and others in an attempt to 'deter them and others from engaging in similar misconduct in the future.'

'There is a very intense amount of energy we're sharing in this room,' she said during a post-screening chat with the audience, which included a Cyrus-led singalong of her 2009 hit, 'The Climb.' Intensity reigned throughout the 13 clips, with Cyrus donning fashion both sophisticated and sleek, dancing in fishnets and dispatching an industrial wind machine for added visual zip. She's the Pied Piper of feral emotions, slightly dangerous but a lot of fun, her penetrating gaze daring you to see what awaits. 'There's nothing more beautiful on the planet than deep emotion,' Cyrus said during her talkback. These are the standouts. 'More to Lose' As the sparkly pop bounce of 'End of the World' fades into a screen of white light, a close-up image of Cyrus comes into view. 'Walk of Fame' The most compelling track on an album full of soaring choruses now has an equally absorbing video. In a world of neon, glitter and stiletto boots, Cyrus writhes against walls and struts down sidewalks, notably the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The song is an irresistible club banger with a throbbing chorus and Cyrus adeptly matches the mood of seedy and glam. She is visually arresting as she rolls around the ground, her eyes never losing the camera. Cuts to song guest Brittany Howard as she vocalizes add a flourish of drama, but nothing extra is needed with Cyrus as the subject. The clip was filmed at 2 a.m. on a street that hadn't seen much cleanup – 'We had everything we needed … besides a broom,' she joked at the screening – and consequently led to Cyrus contracting an infection. 'Every Girl You've Ever Loved' Cyrus strides through empty rooms followed by the galloping beat of the song. She cuts a powerful image singing in the shadows of her favorite toy, the industrial fan, while showcasing staccato movements. But her steely gaze betrays a mischievous flicker. Then model Naomi Campbell arrives for her feature on the song and she and Cyrus engage in a sexy-tough duet. Diddy Tells 'Jane' to 'Get on Your Job' in Annoyed Voice Message, New Evidence
Diddy was apparently about to ghost his then-girlfriend if she didn't "get back on her "job" ... calling her out in an annoyed voice message played for the jury in his federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial in NYC Friday. "Jane" -- Diddy's ex who is testifying under a pseudonym -- was back on the stand for a second day of direct examination Friday ... and, prosecutors introduced several voice messages they say the mogul sent to her. One voice message begins with Diddy telling Jane he's about to up and disappear on her ... because she might be giving him the silent treatment, but he isn't going to play games with her. Diddy goes out of his way to say he's not threatening Jane ... saying he's too old for her BS -- and adding it's alright for them to fight, but after that she'd better "get on your job." He doesn't clarify exactly what he means here, but much of Jane's testimony indicates that she felt this meant he wanted her to get back into the bedroom for more "hotel nights" -- Diddy and Jane's term for freak-offs. In another phone call, Diddy tells Jane he's allowed to hang out with whomever he wants -- including other women -- and, he's not going to apologize for what they do together. While he says a recent interaction with a woman was a totally platonic workout, Diddy tells her he can have sex with whomever he likes, he's "single." Diddy also tells Jane she doesn't know how to move on from petty slights ... saying he already sent her flowers, so she can't be upset that he sent flowers to another girl too. As you know ...
