Prince Harry's ‘peace offering' plan to avoid ‘hijacking' royal events revealed
'To Di For' podcast host Kinsey Schofield discusses Prince Harry's 'peace offering' to the Royal Family in order to avoid 'hijacking' important events. 'The idea is that Prince Harry will generously look to avoid overshadowing important royal events going forward by sharing his schedule,' Ms Schofield told Sky News host Rita Panahi. 'It's believed that although he won't go so far as to let Prince William manage his schedule, he is, for the first time since tensions began in 2020, open to Prince William being informed of his whereabouts. ‘The Duke and Duchess are thrilled': Hugh Grosvenor and Olivia Henson welcome first baby one year after Sussex wedding drama
Hugh Grosvenor, the Duke of Westminster, and his wife Olivia Henson, the Duchess of Westminster, have announced the birth of their first child together. Grosvenor, one of Britain's richest men, wed Henson last June in an event dubbed the society occasion of the year and attended by the likes of Prince William and Princess Eugenie. One year later, the Duke and Duchess have confirmed the birth of a baby girl named Cosima Florence Grosvenor, on Sunday July 27 in London. "The Duke and Duchess of Westminster are thrilled to announce the birth of their baby daughter," a spokesperson for the Westminsters said in a statement. "They have named her Cosima Florence Grosvenor, who was born in London today, 27 July. "Both the Duchess and Cosima are doing well. 'The Duke and Duchess now look forward to spending this special time together as a family." As heir to the Grosvenor estate, the Duke of Westminster inherited vast property holdings across central London following the sudden death of his father Gerald Grosvenor in 2016. The Duke of Westminster is believed to own more land than King Charles and has an estimated net worth of about £9.42 billion (AUD17.9 billion). Grosvenor is also one of the few remaining friends the Sussexes and Wales' have in common, with Hugh serving as a godfather to both William's heir Prince George and Harry's son Prince Archie. It was originally reported that Mr Grosvenor chose not to invite Harry and Meghan to his wedding because he wanted to mitigate a possible public scene between the Duke of Sussex and his estranged brother William. However, the Mirror newspaper later revealed that Harry and Meghan turned down an invite to avoid an "awkward" encounter with William.

Prince George Alexander Louis turns 12, a new portrait has captured him as a spitting image of his dad William
The Prince and Princess of Wales have celebrated their son's 12th birthday with a new official portrait. The photograph, taken by Josh Shinner, shows George dressed in checkered light blue shirt and an olive green vest. His golden locks and warm smile have sent royal fans into a spin, pointing out the birthday boy is a clone of young Prince William. George, the eldest of the three Wales children, was born was born at 4.24pm on July 22 in 2013 in the private Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in Paddington where his father was delivered 31 years earlier. He was famously introduced to the world just hours later on the hospital steps. His twelfth birthday is an important marker and will dictate how the young prince travels going forward; royal protocol dictates that George will not be allowed to fly on the same aircraft as his father, Prince William, without permission from King Charles III. George was last seen publicly when he and his little sister Princess Charlotte attended the Wimbledon men's final with their mum and dad on July 13.
