Celebrity Moms Who've Opened Up About Their Plastic Surgery
By now, it's basically common knowledge that many celebrities go under the knife and needle. But while having work done isn't necessarily a rarity anymore, talking about it somehow still remains fairly taboo. However, several celebrity moms who've had plastic surgery have addressed their decision in recent years — and, in the process, are helping to break down the stigma surrounding cosmetic procedures. Because, really, what someone decides to do with their body is their choice, right? Not to mention, women shouldn't feel ashamed about embracing their personal agency, especially when it helps empower and uplift them. What's so wonderful about these celebrity moms telling their plastic surgery stories is that they highlight the realities of choosing to alter your body in this way (both positive and negative outcomes), which will help other women make their own informed decisions. Chrissy Teigen has been candid about her decision to have her breast implants removed. Jessica Simpson speaks frankly in her memoir about going for a tummy tuck after having three children because her stretch marks and loose skin made her feel self-conscious. Heidi Montag has cautioned fans against having 10 procedures in one day like she did. It all comes down to choice and, in that sense, we're partial to Cardi B's take on the topic: 'Listen, I do whatever the f— I want to do with my body.' Speak on it, Mama! So, whether you're considering having a little nip and tuck or you're just curious, keep reading to discover which Hollywood moms have copped to having work done. A version of this article was previously published in July 2020. More from SheKnows Michelle Obama, Salma Hayek & More Makeup-Free Celeb Selfies You'll Want to See Best of SheKnows 16 of the Steamiest Movie Sex Scenes With Older Women & Younger Men All the Men Marilyn Monroe Reportedly Had Relationships With Throughout Her Short Life 30 Photos of Marilyn Monroe's Too-Short Life, From 1947-1962 In an episode of The Kardashians, Kylie Jenner got candid about her plastic surgery decisions in the past. After revealing she got her breasts done when she was 19, Jenner admitted she totally regrets it. 'I wish I never got them done, to begin with,' Jenner said, per People. '[I] recommend anyone thinking about it to wait after children.' In June 2025, she revealed what she had done after a fan asked on TikTok. '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!!' the Kylie Cosmetics founder wrote. 'Silicone!!! [Dr.] Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps lol.' Dancing With the Stars pro dancer Lindsay Arnold has been open with fans about getting a breast lift and augmentation. 'My Christmas present this year is that I'm getting a breast augmentation,' Arnold said in a TikTok in December 2024. 'Guys, I'm freaking out. I'm freaking out okay, but I'm also so excited.' 'I am also getting a lift. So it's gonna be a lift and augmentation,' she explained. 'I'm very excited, but I'm not going to lie, like it is kinda scary.' By January 2025, Arnold was glowing while showing off her results on TikTok. Meghan Trainor got candid in an appearance on the Workin' on Upgrades podcast with her brother Ryan Trainor in November 2024. During their talk, Trainor talked about her plastic surgery plans. 'I'm getting a boob job because my mommy boobies were full of milk and now they're empty and then they're full of milk and now they're empty,' she said, per E! News. As a reminder, Trainor shares kids Riley, born in 2020, and Barry, born in 2023, with husband Daryl Sabara. 'They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small,' she said. 'I've lost some weight, and I have, like, saggy sacks as boobs.' 'I've always joked and said for years, like, 'I can't wait till I can get a boob job,'' she added. 'It might be new for all of our listeners but I have wanted this my whole life so I'm going to have boobies that don't look at the floor.' Talking to the Telegraph in June 2023, And Just Like That star Kristin Davis opened up about the work she's had done in the past. At first, she started with Botox to minimize the appearance of wrinkles. 'I was super-excited, I didn't have to have my lateral lines,' she said. 'But I didn't do anything else for a long time.' Later on, Davis experimented with fillers, a move that's been highly criticized on social media. 'I have done fillers and it's been good and I've done fillers and it's been bad,' she remembered. 'I've had to get them dissolved and I've been ridiculed relentlessly. And I have shed tears about it. It's very stressful.' Nowadays, Davis admitted she mostly doesn't have time to keep up with it all. 'I can't keep it up. I don't have time,' she said. 'You're trusting doctors [but] people personally blame us when it goes wrong – [as if] I jabbed a needle in my face…' While talking to Women's Health in March 2023, actress Hayden Panettiere opened up about having a breast reduction in November 2022. 'I don't think there's anything wrong with somebody who wants to tweak something if it makes them feel more confident,' she said. 'That's all I have to say about it. My confidence is back.' Plastic surgery speculation has long followed Khloé Kardashian. But she was completely unashamed and unafraid to share what type of plastic surgery she'd explored. 'Everyone says, 'Oh my gosh, she's had her third face transplant.' But I've had one nose job, [with] Dr. Raj Kanodia,' Kardashian shared during the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion special. Kardashian also admitted to having injections, but said she 'responded horribly to Botox.' The Real Housewives of Potomac's Dr. Wendy Osefo was so pleased with her decision to go under the knife for a breast augmentation. 'I breastfed all three of my children for over a year and that takes a toll on your body, so this is one of the first things I've ever done for myself,' she shared during the season 6 premiere, per Bravo TV. 'Being a professor and being a commentator, you are supposed to fit into a certain box, and I've always felt like I'm trapped,' she continued. 'But now, I get to be my authentic self. I'm loving it.' Kyle Richards was totally comfortable coming clean on her plastic surgery procedure back in November 2020. 'Since so many of you were speculating what I did or did not do to my face … here is your answer. I fixed my nose,' she said on her Instagram Stories, per Page Six. 'I broke it last September and the bone poking out bothered me. So I fixed the bone, fixed my breathing problems and refined the top,' the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wrote, adding, 'I will always tell you guys the truth.' Teresa Giudice has pretty much always been an open book, and in January 2021 she opened up about her breast augmentation. 'I believe it's important to always stand strong and feel like your best most confident self. 10 Years after my first Breast Augmentation I decided to have my breasts re-done,' she began her January 2020 Instagram post, adding that she 'could not be happier with the results.' In 2020, Jessica Simpson admitted that she'd had two tummy tuck procedures after having her kids. 'I wanted to get rid of the stretch marks and loose skin left sagging from my back-to-back pregnancies,' Simpson revealed in her memoir, Open Book. 'I was so ashamed of my body at this point that I wouldn't let Eric see me without a white T-shirt on.' Chrissy Teigen removed her breast implants in 2020, telling Glamour UK that the purpose they'd served while she was modeling no longer applied. 'I did my boobs when I was about 20 years old,' she recalled. 'It was more of a swimsuit thing. I thought, if I'm going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed.' In May 2010, Kourtney Kardashian made it clear that, yes, she's gotten breast implants. And she doesn't care who knows it. 'I have had breast implants, but it's so funny 'cause it's not a secret, I couldn't care less,' Kardashian told Nightline. Angelina Jolie's journey to plastic surgery was a little more unusual — after her preventative double mastectomy, she got her breasts reconstructed with the help of implants. 'Nine weeks later, the final surgery is completed with the reconstruction of the breasts with an implant,' she wrote in the New York Times in 2013. 'There have been many advances in this procedure in the last few years, and the results can be beautiful.' 'I wanted to get breast implants when I was 18, but my mom and Beyoncé's mom told me to really think about it first,' Kelly Rowland told Shape in 2013. 'I took their advice and waited 10 years,' Rowland continued. And in her book Whoa Baby, the mom wrote she'd be open to getting another boob job after having more kids. If you watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians, you'll know that Kris Jenner got a facelift back in 2011, just before daughter Kim's wedding. Tyra Banks admitted to People in 2018 that she'd had a nose job: 'I had bones in my nose that were growing and itching…I could breathe fine, but I added cosmetic surgery,' she said. 'I admit it! Fake hair, and I did my nose. I feel I have a responsibility to tell the truth.' Iggy Azalea confirmed to Seventeen in 2015 that she'd gotten both a nose job and breast augmentations. 'I'm not denying it. Denying it is lame,' she said. 'I don't think you should be ashamed if you made a change to yourself, which is why I've spoken about the changes I've made, like with my breasts.' Victoria Beckham told Vogue in 2017 that she regretted her decision to get breast implants, writing, 'And I should probably say, don't mess with your boobs.' 'All those years I denied it — stupid. A sign of insecurity,' she reflected. 'Just celebrate what you've got.' In 2010, Jane Fonda wrote about why she was candid about her plastic surgery on her blog: 'Bob Evans complimented me on my new, short haircut, and I said: 'Thanks. I just had some 'work' done on my chin and neck and had the bags taken away from under my eyes so I decided it would be good to get a new hair cut so people will think it's my new hair.'' Yes, Cardi B has had plastic surgery, and she's definitely not here for your opinion. 'Listen, I do whatever the f– I want to do with my body,' she said on an Instagram Live. 'Let me tell you something, b—. I don't have the time of day like you do. Like, my job as an entertainer is a 24-hour job, bro. So no, I don't have time to work out and I wanted specific things that I know that no matter how much I work out…Like my boobs, no matter how much I work out, they were not gonna lift themselves. So yeah, I had to get f— surgery.' Sharon Osbourne's memoir Unbreakable details a facelift, neck lift, vaginal rejuvenation, and more. 'There's not much I haven't had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced or removed altogether,' she wrote. Jamie Lee Curtis may be a plastic surgery pro, but that doesn't mean she's a fan: 'I've done it all. I've had a little plastic surgery. I've had a little lipo,' she told The Telegraph in 2002. 'I've had a little Botox,' she continued. 'And you know what? None of it works. None of it.' Heidi Montag famously underwent 10 procedures in one day in 2010 while on The Hills, including a brow lift, nasal reconstruction, butt lift, breast augmentation, liposuction, and more. By 2013, Montag admitted she may have gone overboard. 'It just sounds so minor when you have a surgeon describing so much of it to you, like, 'OK, great, a little of this, a little of that,'' she told Us Weekly. 'You're not told the recovery time and the mental strain that it will put on you.' NeNe Leakes told People in 2010 that she'd had a nose job, liposuction, and breast implants. 'I still wanted to look like NeNe, the black woman that I am, but a better version,' she said. 'Yeah I got my nose fixed,' Courtney Love told Jimmy Kimmel on his show in 2014. 'In six months, the whole world changed.' Patricia Heaton has been totally upfront about her plastic surgery, telling People in 2003: 'It's better to be honest if you can. There is a lot in Hollywood that is not as it seems. I had four C-sections and my stomach looked like the map of the world. My breasts were hanging down to here from breastfeeding those babies, and my nipples were like platters. I wanted to fit into the gowns that I finally got to wear.' 'When I was 30, I was getting a divorce, I had just finished House Bunny and I'd sold another movie,' Anna Farris told Women's Health in 2018. 'All of these new things were happening to me, so I got my breasts done, [and] it was f— awesome.' 'I always thought plastic surgery was caving in to 'the man,' you know? But it came down to a really simple thing: I wanted to fill out a bikini,' she continued. 'I think that people should be able to do whatever they want.'

‘Wicked: For Good' Trailer Gets a Release Date as New Film Poster Is Unveiled
Good news! Fans are finally getting their first looks at Wicked: For Good, with Universal Pictures announcing the release date of its first trailer while unveiling the film's poster Wednesday (May 14). As revealed first on the official Wicked Instagram account, the sequel's official poster finds leading ladies Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande — who portray Elphaba and Glinda in the live-action musical duology, respectively — looking stoic as they stare each other down while standing on opposing rocky cliffs separated by a deep ravine. At the bottom, the franchise's famous Yellow Brick Road leads the way to the Emerald City, which looms on the horizon in the center. More from Billboard Everything We Know About 'Wicked: For Good' (So Far) How to Watch 'Poker Face' Season 2: Ways to Stream Natasha Lyonne's Hit Series Online Beyoncé Nods to 'Cowboy Carter' Track With New Levi's Tee Collab With a 'Levii's' Rebrand 'You will be changed,' reads text on the poster, a play on the lyrics to Elphaba and Glinda's 'For Good' duet from the Wicked Broadway musical, on which the films were based. The poster offers fans their first visual of the sequel to Jon M. Chu's first Wicked film, which hit theaters in November 2024 and has so far grossed $755.4 million worldwide — more than any other film adaptation of a Broadway musical — as of Monday (May 12). It also shows Erivo and Grande's characters in brand new outfits, with the former embracing her persona as the Wicked Witch of the West in her signature pointy hat and an edgy black coat that billows out behind her, while the latter wears a tiara and multicolored ballgown. But while the artwork is all viewers get for now of Wicked: For Good, they'll soon get their first proper view of the November-slated installment. Shortly after unveiling the poster, the Wicked Instagram account announced that the sequel's trailer will premiere in theaters on June 4 as the first film returns to the big screen for one night only in the United States and Canada. 'We know you've been waiting for this, and it's finally coming,' Erivo says in a video sharing the news, standing next to the 'Positions' singer. 'You will be changed …,' adds Grande before the Pinocchio star finishes, 'For good.' Tickets for Wicked's single-night return to theaters are on sale now. The announcement comes just two days after NBC revealed that a Wicked event special featuring Grande, Erivo and some 'special guests' would both air on the network and stream on Peacock in November. Modeling the arc of Act II in the Wicked stage musical, For Good is expected to pick up during the aftermath of the events of the first film. Elphaba is forced into hiding after the Wizard of Oz (portrayed by Jeff Goldblum) convinces the realm that she's, well, wicked. Meanwhile Glinda assumes her role as people's princess and government mouthpiece in the absence of her best frenemy. 'It gets messy,' Chu told Variety of the sequel's plot in January. 'I think if [audience members] are following the emotions of this movie, they'll walk with us.' See the new Wicked: For Good poster and trailer announcement below. Influencer roasted for bizarre egg-cooking hack she claims she learned from her ‘Italian grandmother': ‘Absolutely not'
They feel like she can't wok on water. TikTok is rife with questionable food content, from powdered yogurt to Sprite-soaked gummy bears. Now, one of the platform's epicures has been figuratively pelted with vegetables for recommending that people fry their food with cucumber water in a video with 17 million views The German gourmand, who goes by @ wrote in the clip's caption that she learned the unorthodox, non-stick hack from an 'Italian grandmother' and will never use oil again. 'Do it on a stainless steel pan and then I'll be convinced,' scoffed one critic. TikTok/ In the footage, she is seen slicing off the tip of the jumbo vegetable — which is about 96% water — and then rubbing the cut end on the bottom of her frying pan to lubricate it like one would with a stick of butter. She then cracks an egg and fries it in the pan, seemingly amazed that the cucumber water did the trick. The content creator uses a spatula to scrape the egg off the bottom of the pan with ease, before placing the finished product on a plate with sliced cucumbers. The TikTok cook said she's sworn off oil since learning the so-called hack. Anna Sedneva – The clip concludes with a shot of the pan, which is free of oil and swiped clean, save for some egg white debris. Unfortunately, her oil alternative didn't go 'over easy' with viewers, some of whom claimed that the so-called Teflon effect occurred because she was using a non-stick pan. 'Do it on a stainless steel pan and then I'll be convinced,' scoffed one critic, while another wrote, 'Girl it's the NON STICK PAN you're using.' 'The frying pan is gonna have very smooth skin,' joked a third, referencing cucumber's alleged dermis-enhancing properties. Others questioned her claim that she learned the hack from an Italian grandmother. 'As an Italian, absolutely not,' one naysayer said. 'No Italian grandma would replace oil.' 'Bro, an Italian grandmother would NEVER replace oil with ANYTHING,' agreed another. This isn't the first time TikTok 'gourmets' have been ridiculed over alleged cooking techniques. Recently, zoomer cooks were roasted online after espousing the health benefits of 'water-based cooking' — with critics claiming that they've simply discovered 'soup.'
