Youxin Technology (YAAS) announced that it received two staff determination notices from Nasdaq. The notices notifies the company that it is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement as set forth under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550 for continued listing on Nasdaq, and pursuant to Listing Rule 5550, it is required to maintain a minimum market value of listed securities of $35M for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
