Ohio driver arrested for OVI after testing over 3x the limit
The Ohio State Highway Patrol has released body camera video from an arrest where the man tested over three times the legal limit.

On May 5, troopers in Swanton, Ohio located a semi truck driver that was not maintaining their lanes. The video shows troopers pull over the truck and speak to the driver.

'He later provided a breath sample which resulted in a BAC of .253,' Ohio State Highway Patrol said on their social media.
The video shows the man being placed under arrest.

Teen in custody after mother's boyfriend shot to death, deputies say
The Paulding County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly shooting that happened Friday night. Officials at the scene told Channel 2 Action News that a teen is accused of shooting and killing his mother's boyfriend. Man hides from police in retention pond after he ‘went to get a soda'
A man was arrested by police in a retention pond on Friday morning. [DOWNLOAD: Free WHIO-TV News app for alerts as news breaks] Around 430p.m., officers were checking on a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the WestSpring Inn in Westlake, CBS-affiliate WOIO reported. They saw a man driving around and stopped to talk with him. He told officers he was staying at the hotel. The man, who was found partially submerged in the retention pond with his hands under the water, was taken into custody. The man was charged with failure to comply and resisting arrest.
