Reality star's wild PDA with mystery woman

Mauricio Umansky is fully embracing the single life.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was spotted packing on the PDA with a new mystery blonde in Los Angeles this week — just months after he was caught in another PDA session with a different woman.
Umansky appeared to be somewhat of a gentleman to his mystery date as he put his black jacket around her shoulders to wear in the chilly weather.
Then things turned steamy as Umansky grabbed the woman by her butt and lifted her in the air for a smooch.
It's unclear how long the two have been dating, but the pair seemed especially close on the outing as they were also pictured walking down the street hand-in-hand.
The reality star kept it casual in a white T-shirt under his jacket and a pair of black jeans. Meanwhile, his date wore a midriff-baring top and black jeans.
Reps for Umansky did not immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment.
This new sighting comes two months after the reality TV star — who has been separated from wife Kyle Richards since July 2023 — was seen engaging in yet another heavy petting session with a mystery brunette at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles.
An eyewitness told the US Sun they saw Umansky, 54, at the West Hollywood hotel 'with two women' at the same time that Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne were there.
'He appeared more interested in one of [the women],' the source said, noting that the realtor began 'making out' with his 'date' after the other woman left their table.
'Mau and the girl were kissing for a long while, all the way through the bar emptying and the lights coming up,' the eyewitness claimed.
'She seemed interested, and they were leaning into the kiss, but it still seemed more casual than serious.'
Rinna, 61, and Jayne, 53, allegedly 'walked past' Umansky after using the restroom, and 'people noticed' neither party was especially kind to the other.
The eyewitness was 'pretty sure' the ladies 'saw him' because the bathroom is located 'directly opposite' where he was sitting.
Since Umansky and Richards, 56, went public with the news of their separation, the luxury real estate broker has been spotted engaging in some close PDA with several different women.
One set of PDA photos involving Umansky and actress Nikita Kahn in a Mykonos airport last year resulted in Umansky giving a tearful apology to Richards in a March episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
During the 'awkward' conversation, the Halloween actress acknowledged that the pictures were 'hard to see,' but were also the turning point that made her realise her estranged husband of 27 years was 'moving on.'

A one-night stand brought this couple together — now they have 11 children

A real-life 'Cheaper by the Dozen' family. One-night stands can usually go one of two ways. This couple got together for a night, fell in love and the rest is history. Alicia and Josh Dougherty moved in together after only knowing each other for two days — and now they are the parents to 11 children. The New York-based family has quite a following on social media – 7.5 million TikTok followers to be exact – where they consistently post videos about the chaos of life as a family of 13. The couple have four biological children — Zoey, Dash, Bodhi and Harlee — and eight children that they're fostering or adopting: Alex, James, Jordan, Jason, Patrick, Bree, Nevaeh and Dayshawn. With such a massive following, it's clear people cannot get enough of this charming family. Oftentimes, Alicia will provide a glimpse to the family's millions of followers of what a day of feeding her kids looks like. While the jaw-dropping spread looks like something a person would only find at a hotel buffet breakfast — in the Dougherty household, it's just another regular day for them. To feed the mouths of that many kids — the couple revealed on TikTok that an average trip to Walmart consists of filling up four shopping carts supposedly totalling a little over $US1,500 – and that's just for the week. Having that many kids is clearly not for the weak. Alicia has also posted the family's morning routine, which requires making 11 sandwiches, packing monogrammed lunch bags complete with snacks and all the fixings — in addition to getting breakfast on the table – all before the kiddos head off to school. Clearly, this giant family has their routines down to a science — and viewers can't get enough of them. 'You're a great mum!' a follower commented on one of the Dougherty's videos. 'The food looks so good!! Such a sweet mum,' wrote someone else on a video of Alicia preparing breakfast and lunch for her clan. 'How does she do it?' chimed in someone else. 'How big is your fridge?!!!' someone commented on the video of Alicia food shopping for her family.

The duo appeared in the 2021 film A Journal for Jordan - which Washington, 70, also directed and co-produced. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Blake Lively pulling 'emotional distress' claims from Justin Baldoni lawsuit

In December, the actress sued co-star Baldoni for alleged sexual harassment on the set of the drama It Ends with Us, which he also directed. Lively also claimed the 41-year-old orchestrated a smear campaign against her around the film's release in August 2024. Baldoni, who has denied the allegations, filed a countersuit for alleged defamation and civil extortion against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and others. On Monday, editors at Variety reported Lively, 37, is seeking to withdraw her claims of "intentional infliction of emotional distress" and "negligent infliction of emotional distress" from her lawsuit.
