LA Knight will never win a world title in WWE

In this weekly series, we identify three Superstars (or groups of Superstars) who are on their way up, and three that are moving in the opposite direction. After a busy week that included Money in the Bank 2025, a lot of fortunes were changed.

With that in mind, let's see whose stock decreased the most this week:
Stock Down #3: LA Knight
The megastar cut a promo on SmackDown talking about how he's already lost two previous Money in the Bank ladder matches, but the third time's a charm. Unfortunately for Knight, he was completely destroyed by Seth Rollins' crew a short while later and then became a three time Money in the Bank loser the very next night in Los Angeles. It appears that LA has reached his ceiling in WWE, which puts him in a pretty good spot overall, but one that will likely never take him to a world championship.
Stock Down #2: Aleister Black
Aleister was also wiped out on SmackDown as part of the Paul Heyman Guys running amok on the blue brand. He was tossed out of the ring like a jabroni after they beat him up, and probably won't get a chance at revenge since they are on different brands. Booking like this contributes to Aleister losing more of that special aura that stars initially have when they debut hot or return after a long time away.
Stock Down #1: War Raiders
Erik and Ivar lost a tag team match on Raw against The Judgment Day's Finn Balor and JD McDonagh, seemingly knocking the former Vikings even further away from world tag team championship gold after they've already failed multiple times to regain the belts from New Day. To make things even worse, Erik's wife Sarah Logan aka Valhalla revealed that WWE is not renewing her contract with the company.

Now let's see whose stock increased the most this week:
Stock Up #3: Naomi
Naomi hasn't won singles gold in WWE since 2017, but that's probably going to change sometime during the next year because she now has the women's Money in the Bank contract. Naomi's new 'proceed with caution' attitude means she is a good bet to find the perfect time to cash in that contract to win a world title, just like all the women before her have successfully done.
Stock Up #2: Ron Killings / R-Truth
The live fans on Raw and SmackDown chanted 'We Want Truth!' following the news that R-Truth was exiting the company after WWE chose to not renew his contract. WWE listened to the people and gave them what they want this time, because Truth came back to screw over John Cena in the main event of Money in the Bank. He's now officially back in WWE as Ron Killings, and you can even buy his new shirt. How about that?
Stock Up #1: Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Paul Heyman
Rollins walked into Money in the Bank as the way-too-obvious favorite to win the men's ladder match, and he proved to be correct when nobody was able to stop him from climbing the ladder and securing the briefcase. The Two Bron Power Trip really came through big for Seth this week in terms of kicking ass on Raw, SmackDown, and Money in the Bank, and really gave weight to Seth's threat about holding all the power in WWE coming out of this weekend. It sure looks like Seth's group is the most dominant force in WWE right now, and the scary thing is that they're just getting started.

Written by 2024 Tony Award winner Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, Purpose has taken some of the evening's top prizes. Jacobs-Jenkins, who won the Tony Award for best revival of a play for Appropriate just last year, has become the first Black playwright to win the Tony for Best Play since August Wilson took home the award in 1987 for Fences. In total, the play has celebrated two wins so far, with Kara Young taking home the prize for Best Featured Actress in a Play. Young made history of her own, becoming the first Black person to be nominated four times consecutively and the first Black performer to win two back-to-back Tonys. Purpose is not just your average family drama. The Pulitzer Prize-winning play follows one evening with the Jaspers, a prominent Chicago household known for their influential history within Black American politics. But like all families, not everything is as it seems. When the youngest son returns home to Illinois with an uninvited friend, the family is forced to face deep truths and challenge their ideologies. Directed by the legendary Phylicia Rashad, Purpose stars also LaTanya Richardson Jackson, Harry Lennix, Jon Michael Hill, Alana Arenas and Glenn Davis The Tony Awards honor the best Broadway musicals and plays—as well as the greatest actors, crews, and behind-the-scenes Broadway creatives—of the past year. And this season is a particularly starry one, with a number of movie, TV, and music stars holding main roles in the featured musicals and plays. 'Maybe Happy Ending,' a stirring Broadway musical about two discarded robots who go on a road trip and forge a relationship, won the coveted Tony for best new musical on Sunday night, capping a remarkable journey for a show that faced long odds but won over both critics and fans. The triumph of a show with a puzzling title and tough-to-explain themes was a vote of confidence in originality by an industry often dominated by big-brand intellectual property and big-name Hollywood stars. The musical's prize capped a night in which Broadway rewarded adventurous newcomers: Sarah Snook, the 'Succession' star who played 26 roles in a technologically complicated adaptation of 'The Picture of Dorian Gray'; Nicole Scherzinger, the former Pussycat Doll who, barefoot and bloodied, delivered a scorching performance in a revival of 'Sunset Boulevard'; and Cole Escola, an alt-cabaret performer who imagined Mary Todd Lincoln as an alcoholic who longs to be a chanteuse and turned that zany idea into the hit play 'Oh, Mary!' The awards were spread out among a diverse array of shows. 'Maybe Happy Ending,' set in a futuristic Korea, won a night-leading six awards, and 'Buena Vista Social Club,' a musical set in Cuba, finished with four.
