The meeting was chaired by Ahmed Abdullah Al Qasib Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Organising Committee, and attended by Mohammed Ali Al Dhahouri, Chairman of the Cultural and Community Activities Committee, Mohammed Rashid Rashoud Al Hamoudi, Member of the Organising Committee, and other committee members. Performance evaluation The meeting aimed to evaluate performance, review the most important achievements, and discuss plans for the fourth and final week of the programme. During the meeting, attendees reviewed the most prominent activities implemented over the past weeks, most notably the combined cultural and sports competition, which witnessed widespread public interaction. Final week plan The meeting also discussed the plan for the fourth and final week, which includes a distinguished group of concluding events, such as workshops to develop creative skills, sports and recreational activities, interactive events for children and families, and diving introductory workshops. A running race will also be held on the Dibba Al Hisn waterway, concluding a summer filled with giving and excellence.
