Amazon has cut a big chunk off the Galaxy Watch 7 for a limited time
Shoppers have been clamouring to try and grab a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 deal on Amazon thanks to a pretty hefty price drop. The Galaxy Watch 7 is one of Samsung's best watches on the market - and perfect for Samsung users who want to track steps, answer calls and track their health.
At the moment, Amazon is selling the device for £319, but there's a good voucher attached to it - you can save £75 when you get to checkout, making the price £244, which is a cracking deal for the watch. But it might not be around forever, so make sure you act fast.
The Galaxy Watch 7 comes with a new and improved Dual GPS system. Location tracking is super accurate—even in dense environments, like woodlands or city centres. It allows shoppers to lift the lid on the different stages of every evening's sleep, get to know what makes them tick, and learn about how you can improve your overall wellbeing.
Shoppers can also get closer to how their body responds to exercise, rest and sleep. It comes with a next-gen BioActiveSensor, subtle changes in heart rate are detected to make sure every activity and sleep cycle is logged accurately.
And if you're looking for some alternatives, Currys has the Apple Watch Series 10 for £409. Or if you want a budget option, the Galaxy Fit3 for £43 on Amazon. Shoppers have also been raving over the device. One shopper said: "I am liking it so far. Other than GPS features in exercises, i have tried everything I think.
"With AOD on, Bluetooth on, Location on, 7 apps notifications allowed, Gestures on, Adaptive brightness on, Sleep tracking on, Heart sensor measures continuously: Getting about 2.2 days of battery life.
"From the battery usage screen, after using the whole battery, it shows AOD used about 50-60% of it. I haven't tried it with AOD off yet, but hopefully, that will put it to 3 days. Value for money, it's a no-brainer, especially if you find it at a discounted price."
However, some shoppers complained about the battery life. One shopper added: "It's a decent smart watch in the sense it does everything you could want and more. It's like having my Samsung phone on my wrist, but that's where the problem starts.
"Just like my phone I have to charge this every single day. The battery life is so poor. How can a watch for £12 on Tiktok last for over a week yet a watch for over £200 isn't even lasting a day? Come on Samsung".

Currys reportedly cancelled some pre orders amid worries it does not have enough stock and now listed new consoles at £9,999 on its website to deter more orders. The only site currently offering the chance to the pre order the console is Nintendo itself, which has the console priced at £395 and the console bundled with Mario Kart World priced at £429.99 when you sign up for a Nintendo Online subscription here. As the launch date arrives, shoppers will hope Nintendo Switch 2 stock will arrive in store and open online from Thursday, giving people the chance to get their hands on the next generation of the handheld console. Stores are promising more stock will be released on launch date. A listing on the John Lewis website says: 'Pre-orders are now sold out. Available to buy from 5 June 2025.' Only two stores so far have confirmed midnight launch events. Smyths Toys says it will hold events with limited stock across the country, while Currys will hold an event in its Oxford Street store in London but that will only be available for those who have already pre ordered. The first Nintendo Switch console is one of the best-selling of all time with an estimated 150 million sales worldwide. The new and improved second generation is expected to be equally popular and Nintendo has already warned stock may be low in Japan, USA and in the UK. Nintendo expects to sell as many as 15 million new Switch 2 consoles in the first year. However, sales may be slowed by the higher price for the console and games. Mario Kart World, the console's flagship launch game, has breached the £80 mark for the first time on the Nintendo Switch console.

After reports that Nintendo wouldn't send out consoles to journalists to preview, I've since got my hands on a brand new Nintendo Switch 2. I've been ripping open the box as I type out this update. If you want your own, it's a little late to preorder, but shops across the country are getting ready to fling open their doors. Every Smyths Toys will be open from 12am, with a small amount of extra stock for anyone who fancies queuing. Over on Oxford Street, Currys is running its own launch event, but it's strictly for customers who've already pre-ordered from the branch. A few retailers are holding back stock for Thursday morning. Argos says it'll have consoles ready to collect from 6am, with same-day click and collect available nationwide. EE will have Switch 2 bundles too, though you'll need to be an existing pay monthly customer to get in on the action. Some believe it might be due to retailers overselling their allocated stock, or last-minute stock issues related to tariffs and shipping delays.
