Her tragic remains were found in several plastic bags in a recycling centre in Madrid, Spain.
A repulsed worker made the harrowing discovery at a garbage plant in Loeches.
The horror crime is being investigated by Spanish police who have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
Local cops launched "Operation Natal" in a bid to "get justice" for the dead infant.
The crime dates back to December 12, 2024 - and tests have now revealed the terrible sequence of events.
The girl was born alive and was murdered, almost certainly with a knife, reports say.
The five-day-old, according to a probe, would have been decapitated and her remains then put in garbage bags.
Dylan, a K-9 agent from the Central Cynological Service specialised in detecting biological remains, also took part in the investigations at the waste plant.
The police dog sniffed out several remains of the newborn in the area.
The agents followed the origin of the rubbish and concluded that it had arrived at the Loeches plant in several bags that were thrown away in the evening of December 12.

The suspected killer reportedly put the rubbish and remains into a container in the area of the Vallecas neighbourhood, specifically the part of the district closest to the M-30, next to the Vallecas bridge.
DNA tests carried out on the corpse of the newborn have revealed that she was of Latin American or subtropical origin.
The Civil Guard has now asked for citizen collaboration, in case any Puente de Vallecas local knew a pregnant immigrant woman who lived in the area in the last few months of last year.
Investigators are convinced that the mum, who they estimate to be about 40 years old, orchestrated the horrific crime.
A Civil Guard spokesperson said: "The investigations are still open, which is why citizen collaboration is requested for the total clarification of the criminal act.
"Anyone who could have any information of interest on the matter, contact the Civil Guard."
They added: "From the investigations carried out so far, it has been possible to determine that the remains would correspond to a female baby and that she was born alive, there are indications that would point to her death being of a violent nature."

Former prison guard was shot dead outside gym after he exposed a convict and female officer's illicit relationship, court hears
A former prison guard was shot dead in 'retaliation' after he exposed an illicit relationship between a convict and a female officer, a jury heard yesterday. Lenny Scott, who was the father of twins, was shot six times outside a gym on February 8 last year by a gunman dressed in a hi-vis jacket. The roots of the 33-year-old's killing lay in his former job at Altcourse prison in Liverpool nearly four years earlier, a murder trial jury was told. Mr Scott had searched inmate Elias Morgan's cell and found a mobile phone on March 26, 2020, Preston Crown Court was told. Not only was possession of the phone a criminal offence, but Morgan knew it contained evidence which would expose his sexual relationship with prison officer Sarah Williams, prosecutor Alex Leach KC said. Morgan told Mr Scott to 'balls up the paperwork' and even offered him £1,500 not to report it, jurors were told. But the prison officer submitted the paperwork - and from that moment 'Elias Morgan told Lenny Scott that he would get him, he said he would bide his time, but that he would get him'. Mr Leach told jurors that on February 8, 2024 Mr Scott was leaving a gym in Skelmersdale, Lancashire 'when he was approached by a man wearing a high-visibility jacket and carrying a handgun'. 'The man shot him, six times, to the head and body,' he said. 'Lenny Scott died of his injuries. 'The murder was, the prosecution says, an act of retaliation.' He told jurors that the evidence would show that Morgan 'orchestrated' the murder and 'pulled the trigger himself'. Co-defendant Anthony Cleary 'played a supporting role' by using a van to deliver an electric motorbike used by the gunman, he added. The court heard in the days after Mr Scott found the phone, he reported being threatened by Morgan. He told his father that Morgan had said words to the effect of 'I'll bide my time, but I promise I will get you' before making a gun gesture towards him. A 'visibly frightened' Mr Scott also told his former partner that Morgan had threatened him that his 'home would be blown up with his family inside'. Four days later he told a police call hander: 'I'm in fear for my family's life'. The jury heard he also reported the 'threats' to the Prison Service, saying Morgan had told him his family would be hurt if he did not 'drop' the illegal phone matter. Instead the phone was examined and Morgan was arrested, later being charged with unauthorised possession of the mobile phone. Williams, the officer with whom he'd had a relationship, later admitted three offences of misconduct in a public officer and a computer misuse offence. Morgan pleaded not guilty and his case was adjourned until February 19 - 11 days after Mr Scott was killed. Jurors were told that mobile phone evidence shows the two men spent January 3 as a 'day of reconnaissance' as part of the plan to kill Mr Scott. They visited locations including the area of his home as well as gyms he formerly and currently attended. The court heard Mr Scott had been dismissed from the Prison Service in 2021 after he punched a prisoner in the face in an unrelated incident. Morgan, now 35, and Cleary, 29, both of Edge Hill, Liverpool, both deny murder. Cleary also denies a second count of manslaughter. The trial continues.

BREAKING NEWS Karmelo Anthony formally charged with MURDER for stabbing Austin Metcalf in high school crime that stunned the country
Karmelo Anthony, the teen who has admitted to stabbing and killing a fellow high school athlete at a track meet in Texas, has been indicted by a grand jury with first-degree murder. Austin Metcalf, 17, bled out in his brother's arms after the attack by Anthony. Fricso, Texas police have said the incident stemmed from Metcalf asking Anthony to leave his team tent since he didn't go to the same school. Anthony, 17 at the time of the killing and now 18, was arrested shortly after and charged by police with first degree murder in a case that has drawn national attention over race and privilege. Today's indictment comes after the local district attorney presented evidence to a grand jury, asking jurors to uphold the first-degree murder charge. 'For weeks, my team has been presenting evidence to the grand jury. Today, I summarized that evidence, and I asked the Grand Jury to return a first degree murder indictment against Karmelo Anthony— which they did, Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis said in a press released Tuesday afternoon. 'With that indictment, the case now moves formally into the court system. From this point forward, we'll continue doing our part — fully and fairly — to pursue justice under the law. The trial schedule will be set by the court. But when the time comes, we'll be ready.'

Festival goer recalls 'fearing for her life' at international music event amid overcrowding concerns after 145 people report being pricked by syringes
A Fete de la Musique attendee said she 'feared for her life' at the annual Parisian music festival over the weekend. The free festival, also known as Music Day, took place last Saturday, and much like London 's Notting Hill Carnival, it encourages its thousands of attendees to play music out loud and dance in the streets. But the annual international music event descended into chaos when 'unprecedented crowds' rammed the French capital. Attackers infiltrated the millions in attendance and 'pricked' 145 attendees with 'syringes', according to reports. Officials did not say whether these were cases of so-called needle spiking with date-rape drugs, such as Rohypnol or GHB, used to render victims confused, unconscious, or vulnerable to sexual assault. On TikTok, others have shared their recollections of the horrors they experienced at the event. Ada Catherine, from Dusseldorf, travelled to Paris for celebration, but by the evening, she was left 'in complete shock' and feared for her life due to immense crowding. She shared footage of a group dancing on a bus stop moments before a rush of people stormed the street, writing, 'She doesn't know it yet, but she'll fear for her life in two seconds.' Elsewhere, Nat from Woolwich, London, shared a clip at the event moments before 'someone got stabbed' while others let off 'fireworks' and 'teargas', he claimed. A different London-based attendee, who goes by @lileddy283 on TikTok, similarly shared a crowded scene at the festival with the caption, 'Fete de la Musique, you were good but never again.' Meanwhile, a tourist called Ozge was left disappointed when she travelled to the city yesterday only to see the streets in ruins. Ozge shared footage of public spaces filled with litter, and added in the caption, 'It was a big mistake to come to Paris after Fete de la Musique.' Before the party in Paris, which authorities reported as having 'unprecedented crowds', posts on social media had called for women to be targeted. The interior ministry confirmed on Sunday that 145 people reported being stabbed with needles after millions had taken to the streets to celebrate. Paris police reported 13 cases in the capital. 'Some victims were taken to hospital for toxicological tests,' the ministry said. In Paris, investigations were opened after three people, including a 15-year-old girl and an 18-year-old male, reported being stabbed in separate incidents across Paris, prosecutors said. All three reported feeling unwell. Across France, 12 suspects have been arrested. Among them were four people in the southwestern city of Angouleme suspected of having targeted around 50 victims, a police source said. Apart from those suspects, more than 370 people were detained during the festival on various charges, including nearly 90 people in Paris. Fourteen participants in the festivities were seriously injured, including a 17-year-old hospitalised after being found sitting on the street with stab wounds to the lower abdomen. Thirteen members of law enforcement were also injured. The prefect of the Paris police, Laurent Nunez, said that 'no major incident has been reported'. Footage circulating on social media also shows attendees in Paris partaking in aggressive behaviour on the streets amid the festivities. In one particularly shocking video, a man dressed in a blue T-shirt kicked a woman's head before pulling another male to the ground. The festival is an annual music celebration that takes place on June 21. On Music Day - as it is known in English - citizens and residents are urged to play music outside in their neighborhoods or in public spaces and parks. The occasion is now celebrated in 120 countries around the world. Organiser Emmanuel Sémo said, 'Over the past three years, this type of incident has unfortunately been on the rise in major cities, particularly in Paris, often amplified by viral TikTok challenges. 'However, at our event, we take these risks very seriously and have implemented heightened vigilance measures to ensure everyone's safety. 'Ahead of the EF FESTIVAL or VERSO FESTIVAL, we issued preventive messages across our social media channels, sent information by email to attendees, and displayed dedicated signage on site. 'Security checks were reinforced at the entrances, and patrols were increased throughout the venue to detect and prevent any suspicious behaviour. 'This year, we had two suspected cases out of over 17,000 attendees. After investigation by emergency services, both were proven to be false alarms. 'While this represents an extremely low incident rate, safety remains an absolute priority for us. We also note that no intervention from law enforcement was required during the event. 'The atmosphere remained positive, the audience was respectful and well-filtered at entry points; We're proud of the secure and welcoming environment we created.'
