CLEVELAND (WJW) — One day later, Clevelanders are still reacting to the news of the possibility of the state helping to finance a new Browns stadium by borrowing $600 million of unclaimed funds, potentially your money. 'That $600 million giveaway that's a pocket picked of your taxpayer dollars they're picking your pocket,' County Executive Chris Ronayne said Tuesday.
