A FRIEND close to the Beckham family has 'replaced' Brooklyn in his brothers' lives, according to pals.
The Beckham family feud has reached a new low after Brooklyn and Nicola tied the knot for a second time.

Nicola, 30, and Brooklyn, 26, said "I do" for a second time earlier this month after keeping their distance from his famous family.
The happy couple were surrounded by Nicola's family for the lavish ceremony, with Brooklyn's family nowhere to be seen.
But pals have speculated that footballer Mitchell Curry has filled the void of Brooklyn.
Mitchell posed with Romeo and Cruz recently, as they all spent time on the Beckhams' £16 million yacht.
They've been heading out for lunches together, and joined the family for an evening out.
Romeo also referred to Mitchell as 'my brotha' back in June, as they attended a tennis match in France.
He's a pal of Romeo's as they both played for Inter Miami together, and currently he plays for Premier Division club Whitby Town.
Mitchell previously spoke to the Northern Echo about his close friendship with Romeo, 22, saying: 'We'd do everything together.

'I remember the first time I met David, the heart rate was going through the roof
'He'd come and watch training a lot but the first time I met him properly, me and Romeo met him at Chipotle and then we went back to their house, and then it just became more and more regular.
'They were so good to me when I was over there and it's the same since I've come home, the full family, I can't thank them enough.'
Even though Mitchell has left Miami, his friendship with the Beckhams has endured.
'He and Victoria live very busy lives but they're both so genuine and to let me stay with them in their house means a lot and they are always there.'
The Beckham Family Feud
April 2022: Brooklyn marries Nicola Peltz.
Wedding Dress Controversy: Rumours begin circulating that there's tension between Nicola and Victoria Beckham after Nicola chooses not to wear a Victoria Beckham -designed wedding gown. Nicola later clarifies in August 2022 (and again in March 2023) that Victoria's atelier couldn't make the dress in time, but reports in May 2025 suggest Victoria actually changed her mind about making the dress.
Post-Wedding (2022 onwards): Minimal interaction between Nicola and Victoria on social media, and noticeable absence of Nicola at key Beckham family events.
Alleged Wedding "Hijack": In May 2025, a source claimed Victoria "ruined" part of the wedding by allegedly hijacking a dance with Marc Anthony, which was meant for Brooklyn and Nicola. Nicola reportedly ran from the room crying.
March 2025: A resurfaced TikTok of Romeo and Cruz mimicking a "baby voice" (which fans associate with Nicola) sparks speculation of sibling shade.
April 2025: Brooklyn and Nicola are reportedly absent from Victoria Beckham's 51st birthday celebrations in Miami and her Paris Fashion Week show.
May 2025: David Beckham's 50th Birthday Snub: Brooklyn and Nicola are notably absent from David Beckham's 50th birthday celebrations in London, despite being invited. Reports suggest their absence was due to Brooklyn not wanting to be in the same room as Kim Turnbull, the girlfriend of Romeo who had previously been reported to have been dating Brooklyn, who David allegedly opted to have at the party over Nicola.
Rumours emerge of a falling out between Brooklyn and his younger brother Romeo, reportedly due to Romeo's new girlfriend, DJ Kim Turnbull, who allegedly had a past connection with Brooklyn.
Reports surface that the Beckham parents are "hurt and disappointed" that Brooklyn is "playing no part in family life." Sources claim that tensions between Brooklyn and Nicola and his parents are "definitely not beyond repair."
June 2025: Brooklyn and Nicola reportedly enlist a "crisis team" similar to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for "reputation management" due to the growing media scrutiny.
Cruz Beckham posts cryptic lyrics on Instagram that some interpret as a swipe at Brooklyn.
July 2025: Reports indicate David and Victoria are "desperate" to reconcile with Brooklyn. Brooklyn publicly wishes his sister Harper a happy 14th birthday on Instagram, tagging Nicola, which is seen as a potential "olive branch" and a rare public message to his family amid the rumored rift.
Brooklyn UNFOLLOWS his brothers Romeo and Cruz just 24 hours after his birthday message to Harper. Nicola quickly follows suit and also ditches the Beckham bros from her Instagram following. Romeo and Cruz are now also no longer following Brooklyn.
Calling David 'down to earth,' the footballer added: 'He'll just sit and have normal conversations about footy or whatever. Like you would with one of your mates.'
Meanwhile, the Beckhams were not invited to Brooklyn and Nicola's ceremony on August 2, and only found out about the nuptials online.
None of the photos from the lavish ceremony, which was attended by most of Nicola's family, have been liked on social media by any of the Beckham family.
There are also no comments from the Beckhams on the snaps, acknowledging the ceremony or congratulating the couple.
Brooklyn's nan, David's mum, usually comments on photos on social media - but this time she has not.
The couple, who first got married in April 2022 after dating for three years, said "I do" again at the start of August 2025 in a vow renewal ceremony.
In the photos shared by the couple on Instagram, they are surrounded by Nicola's family and friends.
The ceremony was even officiated by Nicola's father, Nelson Peltz, 83.
Rumours of a rift between the couple and The Beckhams have been rife ever since Nicola and Brooklyn failed to attend his dad David's 50th birthday party earlier this year.

MasterChef ripped to shreds for 'disgraceful' editing of Gregg Wallace in viral clip - as stunned viewers gasp 'is this for real?!' in aftermath of axing

MasterChef has been ripped to shreds by viewers for its 'disgraceful' editing of scandalised former host Gregg Wallace in the latest installment of the cooking competition. Wallace and co-host John Torode were sacked by the BBC after a report upheld complaints about their behaviour, but show bosses have insisted on keeping them in the final edit. And eagle-eyed viewers have pointed out 'disgraceful' edits in the new season, with many cuts appearing awkward and repetitive. TikTok user Gingernat Design shared a particularly unusual example, writing: 'Clever editing fromMasterchef. 'Whether this is to do with the allegations or not I don't know, but it's jokes how they just froze Gregg Wallace for an entire conversation.' The now-viral clip sees a contestant discuss her performance with Torode and Wallace. Eagle-eyed viewers have pointed out 'disgraceful' edits in the new season, with many cuts appearing awkward and repetitive But in a very short period, the same shot of Wallace appears to be used three times in succession - and he is seen with a broad grin fixed on his face. The uncanny scene has horrified fans, who rushed to social media to express their disapproval. 'I saw this and it looked absolutely demented,' wrote one user, while another added: 'Is this for real?' One incredulous viewer said: 'Have they had Gregg killed and stuffed and he just permanently placed like that throughout? Would certainly solve a lot of problems.' And one wrote: 'Weren't they supposed to remove the creepy bits...?' But other fans were confused at Torode and Wallace's presence in the programme. One wrote: 'I thought they would be in the show much less - i.e. hardly at all, no cutaways, unless they were talking. It seems like the programme has hardly been edited…' A former production expert offered some insight as to why the episode looked as it did. 'I work in post production in UK TV (not for the BBC or on Masterchef though), and based on the turnaround time, it was probably the quickest fix they could do, ' he said. 'Just reuse the previous shot to cover up any cut content. The Hosts certainly wouldn't be able to be completely edited out, however, unless they reshot all their bits with new hosts and spliced them in, but that wouldn't really ever happen due to money.' And others pointed out the unfortunate selection of the clip that appeared to be repeated, with one writing: 'I'm crying and they picked a clip where he looks SO dodgy. Not helpful at all considering the recent allegations.' It comes as yet another MasterChef contestant has been edited out of the scandal-ridden cooking series. Sarah Shafi and another contestant who wanted to remain anonymous said they did not want to appear in the series given 'recent events', according to The Sun. Sarah previously said she felt 'pressured' to accept show bosses' offer to cut her from the final edits completely. The uncanny scene has horrified fans, who rushed to social media to express their disapproval At the end of last year, Wallace was accused of making sexualised jokes and other inappropriate remarks towards a range of women, with claims dating back as far as 19 years. Since then, more than 50 people have approached the BBC with fresh claims about the presenter - including allegations he groped a MasterChef worker and pulled his trousers down in front of another. Wallace denies the claims, but was sacked by BBC bosses in November last year. The upheld complaint against Torode related to his allegedly using an extremely offensive racist term on the set of MasterChef in 2018.

The unfortunate similarity between Princess Anne and Henry VIII, as the Princess Royal turns 75 today

In no uncertain terms, Princess Anne has been a trailblazer within the Royal Family. At the 1976 Montreal Olympics she became the first member of the family to take part in the tournament when she competed in the equestrian event. The Princess Royal turns 75 today but has not let this slow her down with Anne holding the title for the hardest working royal, taking on 474 engagements last year and a whopping 20,000 throughout her adult life. A more unfortunate record that Anne holds is being the first of Queen Elizabeth II's children to go through a divorce. Anne separated from her husband Mark Phillips in 1989, and the couple announced they had filed for divorce in April 1992 after just shy of 19 years of marriage. Writing in his biography of the Princess Royal - titled Anne - Brian Hoey acknowledged that after divorcing Mark and marrying Sir Tim Laurence Anne had a fascinating connection with her distant relative Henry VIII. Hoey said that when The Princess Royal said 'I do' to Sir Tim in December 1992 she became the first major royal to divorce and then remarry in 459 years. 'Once again the Princess was notching up a first. She became the first member of the Royal Family to remarry after a divorce since Henry VIII married Anne Boleyn in 1533, after divorcing his first wife, Catherine of Aragon, the same year,' Hoey wrote. Another royal, Princess Victoria Melita of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, did divorce her husband in 1901 - but she was not an immediate member of the Royal Family like the Princess Royal. The marriage was unusual for a royal one. While her wedding to Mark in 1973 took place in Westminster Abbey and was watched by an estimated audience of 500 million, her second was a much more low-key affair. Anne and Sir Tim said their vows in a tiny parish church in Crathie, Scotland, on a chilly December afternoon. According to Hoey, Scotland was deliberately chosen as the venue for the wedding. He wrote: 'Scotland was chosen to avoid any possible embarrassment to the Church of England as the Princess had so recently been divorced - the Church of Scotland does not bar divorcees from remarrying in church.' Thankfully for Anne and Sir Tim the similarities between their wedding and Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn's nuptial ends there. The Tudor King's marriage to his second wife ended with her execution - just three years after they walked down the aisle. Fortunately, neither Anne nor Tim's heads have rolled and they have now been married for over 30 years. In fact, Tim is widely regarded as the Princess's rock. Sir Tim's unwavering support has not gone unnoticed, with Anne's son Peter Phillips praising him during a documentary marking the Princess's 70th birthday. 'They both have an understanding of what being a part of the wider family means and what is required,' Peter told the programme, as he discussed the 'strong support' his step-father gives his mother. The couple reportedly met when Sir Tim was stationed on the Royal Yacht Britannia. At the time, Sir Tim was working for the Queen as the senior member of the British Armed Forces appointed to assist the royal family. Despite reports that Anne and Mark were linked romantically to other people, the Queen was left upset by their divorce. According to author Robert Hardman's book, Queen of Our Times: The Life of Queen Elizabeth II, the Queen found the divorces 'deeply upsetting'. He quoted former staffers as saying that the divorces 'distressed her much more than she let on'. Anne and her first husband had two children - Peter and Zara - and the Princess Royal was desperate for her children to have as normal an upbringing as possible. To do so, she decided on behalf of her son and daughter that they would forgo much of the trappings of royal life. Anne and Sir Tim in July 2025. They have now been married for over 30 years and Sir Tim is regularly called Anne's rock Anne's controversial decision happened immediately after the birth of her son Peter in 1977 when she decided her son would not be given a title. Writing in his biography of Princess Anne, royal insider Brian Hoey said that Anne did so because she believed 'in this day and age a title would be more of a hindrance than an advantage as her children try to make their way in the world'. Although Queen Elizabeth II reluctantly agreed to Anne's request, Hoey wrote that she had been 'anxious' to give her firstborn grandson a title. And according to royal biographer Ingrid Seward, Elizabeth was left disappointed by her decision but was nevertheless persuaded to respect her daughter's decision. Despite not being bestowed the title of prince, Peter still grew up with many of the airs and graces that define the royals. After his birth Anne was quick to resume her own duties as a working member of the royals, which meant that Peter was brought up by a nanny. Peter and later his sister also went to Gordonstoun, the same public school his grandfather Philip and his three uncles attended. Hoey perfectly summarised Peter's upbringing as 'not exactly a run-of-the-mill commoner'. When Anne's daughter was born in 1981, she again decided not to give her a royal title and broke convention in a different way when she named her Zara, an unusual name for a member of the Royal Family. And the Princess Royal was very much involved with bringing up her daughter with a young Zara 'never very far from Anne's side'. Whether Anne succeeded in giving Zara and Peter a 'normal' life is up for debate but they certainly got the best of both worlds in many respects. While their cousins continue their roles as working members of the family, Anne's children have had successful careers elsewhere.
