Fire TV Stick loophole gives owners Sky's best premium channels for just 23p a day – but offer ends in days
Amazon is now offering a deal for people with Fire TV Sticks to get cheap Sky at a fraction of the cost.

The platform is giving people access to Sky's NOW streaming service for just £6.99 per month, which is £3 cheaper than what you would normally have to cough up.
That price buys you the NOW Entertainment Membership, and includes access to Sky Comedy, Sky Atlantic, Sky Max, Sky Documentaries and Sky Crime.
The discount applies for six months, meaning Fire TV Stick users will be able to access NOW for the rest of 2025.
To get the offer you must be a new sign-up to NOW and get the deal before June 20.

"You pay £6.99 a month for 6 months of Entertainment Membership instead of the usual selling price of £9.99 a month," Amazon said in a statement.
The new deal comes as TV lovers are given harsh warnings about the serious consequences of using illegally modified Fire TV Sticks.
A growing number of people in the UK are believed to be switching to illegal streaming devices, but the Federation Against Copyright Theft has warned this could lead to users having their ID stolen or their credit card details handed to criminals.
Posts have begun flooding social media sites advertising modified Fire Sticks for just a few pounds.
Some posts advertised all Sky channels plus streaming sites such as Netflix and Disney Plus for as little as £2.50 a month.

In comparison, if you were to pay for Sky Sports, it would set you back by at least £50 a month.
Kieron Sharp, chairman of the Federation Against Copyright Theft (FACT) said dodgy Fire Stick users are breaking the law too, and could end up being prosecuted.
According to FACT, watching an illegal stream is an offence under the Fraud Act 2006, and has a maximum penalty of five years in prison.

But the biggest danger for consumers is from the malware that comes with illegally modified devices.
"There's a real risk of having your identity stolen or similar," Sharp said.
"If you give over your credit card details, you are giving them to criminals.
"They could get access to the camera on your TV, if it has one, or microphone.
"There is no safety or security with what you are getting with these modified devices."
Amazon has said it has made changes to Fire Sticks to make it harder for criminals to modify them.
An Amazon spokesperson said: 'Pirated content violates our policies regarding intellectual property rights, and compromises the security and privacy of our customers.
'We remain vigilant in our efforts to combat piracy and protect customers from the risks associated with pirated content, which includes prohibiting apps that infringe upon the rights of third parties in our Appstore, and warning customers of the risks associated with installing or using apps from unknown sources.'

New series of Beyond Paradise filmed in more areas of South West
Filming for the latest series of TV drama Beyond Paradise is taking place in more locations. The drama, set in the fictional Devon town of Shipton Abbott, is in production for its fourth series, the BBC has crews are due to return to Looe and Pentillie Castle in South East Cornwall which have already featured strongly in the story of Det Insp Humphrey Goodman - played by Kris Marshall - and his police colleagues. But new locations, including sites in Launceston, Saltash and Tavistock, have been added to by the producers for series four. The Saltash locations include some hidden away allotments close to Churchtown Farm, said Saltash Town council said it had been working with the production team to facilitate filming while minimising disruption.A spokesperson said: "We see this as a positive opportunity for Saltash, showcasing our town to a wider audience and supporting the creative industries."The Saltash Social Club in Fore Street announced it would be closed on 11 August when it will be used as a filming teams have also been seen at West Devon Club on Abbey Place, Tavistock. Does the TikTok trend of farmers playing jazz music to cows really work?
A new sound track has started to rumble across Britain's green and pleasant pastures. Once punctuated with birdsong and the growl of a tractor's engine, parts of the country's farmland now have a slightly funkier soundtrack. A number of dairy farmers have started to play music to their cattle in a bid to improve their welfare and, possibly, the quality of their produce. The trend has gone viral on TikTok, with videos - from across the world - fetching millions of views. Charles Goadby, a dairy farmer based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, has embraced the new trend, and has told us why playing music to cows could benefit the wider public. When did the craze start? Recent success on TikTok has brought the fad to the fore. But, Mr Goadby said that he first started playing radio to his cows nearly a decade ago. "We installed a robotic milking system and there was a lot of new harsh sounds and noises, so we wanted to drown that out and give them a constant sound. "This was about 10 years ago and somebody suggested the cows like classical music - that was the trend back then - so I put a classical radio station on for the cows to listen to and it just helps them relax a little bit." While jazz music is the current flavour for the trend, Mr Goadby said he has tried a number of different genres and radio stations over the years. What about Pavlov's Dog? While Mr Goadby initially started to play his herd music to calm, it is thought that the music can help milk production farmer said the theory behind the Pavlov's Dog experiment could also mean that music makes cows physically and mentally prepared to be milked. In the famous experiment, dogs were conditioned to associate the noise of a bell with receiving food. The dogs would then salivate from the noise alone, showing they not only mentally associated the noise with food, but also physically responded to the sound. "We always have music on in the milking parlour... [and] not just for the staff to listen to," Mr Goadby said. "It's a little bit like the Pavlov dog theory, where it's waking up the senses, it starts their hormone production off, and actually the cows will release a little bit sooner and that milk flow will be a little bit quicker. "It helps relax the cows and the workers - so that's a win-win all round." What genre do cows prefer? For Mr Goadby, the music craze first started with farmers playing their bovine friends classical music. But the latest trend has seen jazz on the menu at farms across the Goadby said cows would probably respond to any kind of music. "I think if you went and stood on the edge of a field like you see on these TikTok accounts and put any music on, the cows would come across," he said"They just want to be nosy and see what's going on, and I think as long as you're not doing anything startling, they're gonna come over and want to be nosy and have a look." Another Warwickshire farmer, Rob Hadley, was unsure if the cows would respond well to other genres of music."They're very relaxed about the jazz, but probably they'd be up for anything - maybe a bit of Ozzy Osbourne," he said. "Truthfully, a bit of Ozzy Osbourne would scare the socks off them." Why has it gone big on TikTok? We all know that animal videos are a staple of the British social media scene, but one of farmers playing music to their cattle have particularly piqued interest. Mr Goadby said it may not all be because of the quirky practice. "I just think people like cows - they're great animals so anything with cows will get interest," he dairy farmer said it's great that the "tough" industry is getting so much attention. Hardest Quiz Show Questions Would you know the answers to some of quizzing TV's hardest questions Who Wants To Be A Millionaire - Earlier this year, fans were left outraged after what they described as the "worst" question in the show's history. Host Jeremy Clarkson asked: 'From the 2000 awards ceremony onwards, the Best Actress Oscar has never been won by a woman whose surname begins with which one of these letters?' The multiple choice answers were between G, K, M and W. In the end, and with the £32,000 safe, player Glen had to make a guess and went for G. It turned out to be correct as Nicole Kidman, Frances McDormand and Kate Winslet are among the stars who have won the Best Actress gong since 2000. The 1% Club - Viewers of Lee Mack's popular ITV show were left dumbfounded by a question that also left the players perplexed. The query went as follows: "Edna's birthday is on the 6th of April and Jen's birthday falls on the 15th of October, therefore Amir's birthday must be the 'X' of January." It turns out the conundrum links the numbers with its position in the sentence, so 6th is the sixth word and 15th is the fifteenth word. Therefore, Amir's birthday is January 24th, corresponding to the 24th word in the sentence. The Chase - The ITV daytime favourite left fans scratching their heads when it threw up one of the most bizarre questions to ever grace the programme. One of the questions asked the player: "Someone with a nightshade intolerance should avoid eating what?" The options were - sweetcorn, potatoes, carrots - with Steve selecting sweetcorn but the correct answer was potatoes. With one more chance to win money, Gillian had another chance at the final jackpot question for £13,000. This time, with help from Canadian comedian Katherine Ryan. The question was: "Of these restaurants, which opened in the UK first? KFC, McDonald's, Domino's or Wagamamas." Katherine admitted she hasn't been in the UK that long, but knows McDonald's is really old. Gillian agreed as she recalled having birthday parties there when she was young. However, the correct answer was KFC - prompting gasps from the celebrities and leaving Gillian devastated. Michael called the episode "a heartbreaker" and a "rollercoaster night" as it is rare that all the contestants walk away with nothing. He ended the show saying: "We have no winner tonight, but thank you to all our experts. We'll see you next time - and hopefully we'll have a winner then - on The Wheel."
