Reports in Italy claim that Saudi Pro League side Al-Ahli are prepared to meet Juventus's demands for winger Nico Gonzalez, who will be allowed to leave the Allianz Stadium after just one year if a suitable offer comes in.
According to recent reports, Juventus will allow Nico Gonzalez to leave after a relatively underwhelming first season in Turin, during which he provided three goals and two assists from his 26 appearances in Serie A.

Igor Tudor has typically deployed a 3-4-2-1 system, which does not always get the best out of the Argentina international. As per La Gazzetta dello Sport, Francisco Conceicao will continue to be the preferred option if the club are able to bring him back for the 2025-26 season.

The Bianconeri paid a fee of €8m to bring Nico Gonzalez on board on loan for the 2024-25 season, plus a €25m fee to make the move permanent, not including bonuses or add-ons.
Reports over the weekend claimed that an offer of around €25m ought to be enough to convince Juventus into parting ways with Nico Gonzalez this summer.

However, according to updates from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Al-Ahli of the Saudi Pro League are prepared to offer a fee of around €30m to lure the 27-year-old away from Juve this summer.
It is also understood that if Al-Ahli were to formulate an official offer, they would also be able to offer Nico Gonzalez an increase from the €3.6m-per-season net salary he currently earns in Turin.

Report – Parma Make Contact With Inter Milan For Fiorentina & Cagliari Linked Striker

Parma have reportedly joined Cagliari and Fiorentina in the race to sign Inter Milan outcast Sebastiano Esposito. According to Sky Sport via FCInterNews, the Crusaders established contact with the San Siro chiefs earlier today. Sebastiano Esposito is not part of Cristian Chivu's project and will leave the club in the coming weeks. Despite drawing inquiries from fellow Serie A rivals, the 23-year-old could leave his homeland. Indeed, Bundesliga giants Borussia Mönchengladbach have also shown interest in the former Empoli star. Parma Make Contact with Inter Milan for Sebastiano Esposito Unlike his brother Francesco Pio Esposito, Sebastiano will part ways with Inter this summer. Although Fiorentina are his long-term admirers, Cagliari have jumped to the head of the queue. However, both clubs have been reluctant to sign the Italian striker on a permanent basis. Indeed, they're both eager to land Esposito on loan with a purchase option. Meanwhile, Inter would ideally sell their castaway immediately, so that they can raise funds for new signings. Therefore, Parma could soon take the lead in the race.

Report – Italy Veteran Defender Set To Stay At Inter Milan Until Next Summer

Veteran defender Matteo Darmian will spend one more season at Inter Milan despite earlier doubts surrounding his future. According to FCInterNews, the 35-year-old will stay at San Siro until the expiry of his contract next summer. Matteo Darmian joined Inter from Parma in 2020. Though he initially signed on a season-long loan, the Nerazzurri made his transfer permanent the following summer. Darmian has since been a permanent first-team fixture under two different managers. Matteo Darmian Set for Inter Milan Stay In addition to his long-serving loyalty, Darmian is among the most experienced players in the squad. Furthermore, he even challenged Denzel Dumfries for a starting berth until the start of last season. However, the Dutchman had a campaign of his life, significantly reducing Darmian's playing time. Despite Dumfries' rise to prominence, the ex-AC Milan defender was still a useful cog in Simone Inzaghi's machine. Therefore, he will remain at Inter for one more season, which will be his sixth consecutive year at Giuseppe Meazza. While there's been no confirmation yet, Francesco Acerbi should also remain with the Nerazzurri for 2025/26.

AC Milan register interest in Jean-Philippe Mateta

AC Milan have signalled their interest in signing Jean-Philippe Mateta from Crystal Palace, according to L'Equipe. Off the back of an eighth-place finish last season, Milan are keen to bolster their options in attack as they prepare for life under Massimiliano Allegri. The Rossoneri were previously keen on last season's Serie A top scorer Mateo Retegui, who is, however, set to move to Saudi Arabia. Milan have also been linked with Dusan Vlahovic, although the Serbian's wages are proving to be a sticking point. Milan's search for a new striker has now led them to Mateta off the back of an impressive form over the past two seasons, during which he scored 36 goals in 85 appearances across all competitions, while also winning the FA Cup. Known for his physicality, aerial ability and clinical finishing, the Frenchman offers a blend of strength and skill. Mateta was linked with an exit last summer, and while a move did not materialise, the 28-year-old hinted that his future in South London was uncertain. 'The club didn't want to sell me, so I moved on, and I gave everything to the team to help us get better results than those we achieved last year,' he said via GFFN. 'And when it is the right time to ask those questions, we'll ask them.' With just one year left on his current deal, Palace are keen to tie Mateta down to a long-term contract, but he is reportedly willing to depart Selhurst Park amid interest from several clubs. However, Palace's asking price of over €30 million for Mateta is said to have put Milan off at the moment, and the Serie A outfit could be forced to turn to other alternatives.
