Raducanu saw off Naomi Osaka in straight sets in the second round, having stunned seventh seed Marta Kostyuk in her opening match.
Sakkari was a surprise winner herself as she knocked out second seed Emma Navarro to progress.
Raducanu, who will reclaim the British No 1 ranking from Katie Boulter when the WTA rankings are released on Monday, is also into the women's doubles semi-finals, playing alongside Wimbledon 2022 champion Elena Rybakina.
Raducanu is searching for her first WTA Tour title since winning the US Open in 2021.

What Raducanu said after beating Osaka
"I thought it was going to be a really difficult match. Naomi's won four slams, she's been world number one, won Masters," Raducanu told Sky Sports. "She's so dangerous and on the hard courts, I think she's particularly comfortable.
"I knew I was going to have to play well and manage my own service games, which I'm really proud of how I did. I was making some inroads in her service game after I got used to it a little bit.
"I'm really pleased with how I handled the ball speed and conditions here in DC."
Who she could play next
If Raducanu can beat Sakkari, she will up against either Clara Tauson or Anna Kalinskaya in the semi-finals.

(AP) — Luis Suárez had the game-winning penalty kick, and Inter Miami rallied to beat Necaxa in the Leagues Cup on Saturday night after losing Lionel Messi to a hamstring injury in the opening minutes. Jordi Alba had the tying goal on a header the made it 2-2 in the second minute of stoppage time to force the shootout. Inter Miami then converted all five of its penalty kicks, and goalkeeper Rocco Ríos Novo denied Tomás Badaloni in the third round of the shootout. Suárez hit the winning shot into the top left corner. Messi was injured around the eighth minute when he fell while being challenged by a pair of defenders near the penalty area. He walked slowly toward the Inter Miami bench before sitting down on the pitch. Trainers came out and worked on his right upper thigh area before he subbed out in the 11th. Miami played down a man the rest of regulation. Telasco Segovia put his side ahead 1-0 minute after Messi exited on a feed from Inter Miami newcomer Rodrigo De Paul, who had two assists in just his second match with the club. BOSTON (AP) — Houston Astros reliever Héctor Neris used a balk to advance a runner to third on Saturday, then had an exchange with Red Sox third base coach Kyle Hudson that led to a dustup between the teams. Neris surrendered Trevor Story's two-out RBI double in the seventh inning of Houston's 7-3 loss. The right-hander then balked, moving Story to third, before Carlos Narváez bounced to shortstop for the final out. As Neris made his way off the mound, he had words with Hudson and yelled toward the Red Sox dugout, causing both teams, including bullpens, to come on the field before order was quickly restored. Asked if he felt the Red Sox were stealing signs, Neris responded: 'Maybe. Maybe yes, maybe no." 'But I still wanted to concentrate," the 36-year-old right-hander continued.
