Despite previous reports of a naked man shouting about his "girlfriend" as Good Samaritans rushed to give Nolan CPR, the Irish-born entrepreneur's partner was reportedly not in Montauk when she died.
Witnesses recounted seeing the naked man who had been on the yacht screaming at people to help an unconscious Nolan.
Her boyfriend has since been named as 34-year-old sales exec Nicholas DiRubio by DailyMail.com, who also identified the boat owner as 60-year-old Christopher Durnan.
Nolan's cause of death is believed to be a suspected drug overdose, though it hasn't been officially determined, according to the New York Post.
It comes as new details emerged about Nolan's recent divorce and a lawsuit that accused her of taking $34,000 from her previous company's bank account.
RECENT DIVORCE
Nolan, who was born in Ireland and moved to New York when she was 26, filed for an uncontested divorce from her former husband, Sam Ryan, earlier this year, according to the Irish Independent.
The divorce proceedings were continuing as recently as April 8, filings by the New York County Supreme Court said.
She was dating another man, 34-year-old sales exec Nicholas DiRubio, at the time of her death and staying with him in the Montauk area for the summer, according to the Daily Mail.
Nolan reportedly went to talk with Durnan, a well-known figure at the yacht club, before she died, the New York Post reported.
The boat owner founded a large insurance firm that specializes in workers' compensation and reportedly invested over $200,000 in the designer's swimwear line, according to the Daily Mail.

He owns Ripple, the boat that cops were called to on Monday night, and another boat called Hell in a Bucket. Both names are nods to the Grateful Dead.
The day after the horrific discovery of Nolan's body, pictures of the boat revealed a white powdery substance on the seats of Ripple.
At the time of writing, both of the boats have left the spots where they were previously docked at the club, the Daily Mail said.

'SHORT TIMELINE'
Nolan had told DiRubio she was at a business meeting on the night she died, the Independent said.
In the hours before her death, she reportedly called her boyfriend and told him she was going to book an Uber and get home around 1 am.
"It was just her and the boat owner on the boat," a source close to Nolan's family told Irish outlet Extra.ie.
"She phoned her boyfriend and she told him she was just about to be picked up by an Uber."
The source noted, "There is such a short timeline between when she made the call and when the 911 call was made."
Timeline of Martha Nolan's death
Young entreprenur Martha Nolan, 33, was found dead on a yacht in the Hamptons last Tuesday. Below is a timeline of her final days:
Tuesday, August 5
Just after midnight, East Hampton police respond to a 911 call from a man who found a woman unresponsive on a docked boat at the Montauk Yacht Club. Good Samaritans attempt CPR but first responders pronounce her dead at the scene.
Wednesday, August 6
An initial autopsy finds no evidence of violence. The woman is identified as Martha Nolan-O'Slattara.
Thursday, August 7
Nolan's mom tells the Irish Independent that her family is "numb with shock."
Nolan reportedly had plans to marry DiRubio before her death.
"Martha and her boyfriend went to Ireland at Christmas. He met her family and getting married would have been the next step," the source told Extra.ie.
Nolan often showcased a life of private jets and glamorous vacations on her social media accounts before her death.
But she faced legal battles throughout her rise in the fashion world.
2022 LAWSUIT
Nolan and East x East swimwear co-founder Dylan Grace were slapped with a lawsuit in April 2022, according to a court filing by Manhattan luxury sunglasses brand Out East Accessories.
The company accused the pair, two former Out East employees, of stealing $34,000 from the company's bank account, along with the entire eyewear inventory, the complaint said.
Grace and Nolan allegedly changed the passwords belonging to the company owners and locked them out of their bank account, emails, and social media accounts, court records claimed.
'In the weeks leading up to their termination, and for months thereafter, Grace and Nolan ransacked Out East, stole all its assets and essentially destroyed the company,' the lawsuit claimed.
Nolan denied all allegations.
The case was settled in June 2022 and was dismissed the next month after both parties reached a confidential settlement.
The duo went on to launch East x East swimwear in 2023.
Nolan and Grace remained close as co-founders, as shown in Grace's heartbreaking tribute on social media after her death.
"We dreamed big together, laughed harder than anyone else could understand, and built so much from nothing," he wrote on Instagram.
"I'm truly blessed and grateful to have had you in my life. Love you so much Mar. Fly high girl."

DEVASTATING LOSS
Nolan was born in Ireland and grew up in the Irish town of Carlow.
She received her bachelor's degree in commerce and a master's degree in digital marketing at the University College Dublin, according to her LinkedIn profile.
After college, Nolan moved to New York City to pursue her dream of being an entrepreneur.
She started as a bottle service girl in SoHo in downtown Manhattan before founding her own businesses.
The designer co-founded East x East, a swimwear line, and fashion accessories brand Duper.
She spent her summers in the Hamptons, where she put on pop-up shows for her designs and worked with wealthy clients in Montauk.
WAITING FOR ANSWERS
Police said there was no evidence of violence on Nolan's body.
Cops haven't filed any charges or identified any suspects in the case.
They haven't ruled out foul play as the investigation continues into her cause of death.
Her toxicology report has yet to be released.

NFL great Aaron Donald's terrifying ordeal with alleged stalker revealed in newly surfaced court documents

Details of Super Bowl winner Aaron Donald's frightening ordeal with an alleged stalker have been revealed in newly surfaced court files from Los Angeles County, where the three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year admittedly feared for his family's safety and his own. Donald, a married father of three who was regarded as one of the toughest players in the NFL before retiring in 2024, filed the restraining order against his alleged stalker in April after what's described in the court filings as years of unwanted harassment by the woman, whom he claims to have never met. The woman, Janelle Anwar, is accused of sending threatening and harassing emails to the Donald family, according to court files obtained by Daily Mail. The Athletic first reported details of the temporary restraining order request. Anwar is further accused of sending packages and balloons to Donald's children, and travelled to Pittsburgh where he was holding a football camp, as she confirmed to Daily Mail on Wednesday. Although Donald claims he's never met Anwar, she nonetheless filed a pair of divorce petitions against him seeking millions of dollars. Donald also received Google Chat messages from his alleged stalker that he took as a threat against his 3-year-old son, according to the temporary restraining order request. 'So make sure you pay for (him) to live … Cause that's what it will be … You will have to pay for his life now and everyone will get a cut,' the court papers claim that she wrote online. Speaking to Daily Mail on Wednesday, Anwar denied ever stalking Donald, explaining that the two met over social media in 2023 – three years after the court papers allege the harassment supposedly began. She alleged that Donald and his wife are not really married and that the wife of Rams coach Sean McVay is secretly missing - claims she also made to Donald's attorney, Peter Lauzon, according to the TRO request. McVay's wife, Veronika, is not missing, Lauzon mentioned in the filing. 'Ms. Anwar spoke in a very erratic and confused manner and claimed that Petitioner's current wife and Petitioner were not married,' Lauzon wrote in the filing. 'Ms. Anwar further stated that Petitioner's children have gone missing and that Petitioner should "be careful" and "to watch out." 'Ms. Anwar repeatedly asked me whether or not I had recently seen Sean McVay's wife as she has been missing for months,' Lauzon wrote. 'I know this not to be true.' The Athletic spoke with several professionals about the dangers celebrities face from stalkers. 'One of the things that a lot of stalking survivors talk about, famous or otherwise, is the constant state of worry they had about what the person may or may not do, where they may or may not show up,' Carlos Cuevas, a professor of criminology and criminal justice at Northeastern University, told The Athletic. 'The unpredictability is a big concern and … the content of what they're saying. Some of it might be just more uncomfortable and some of it can be straight-up scary.' A 2022 report to congress by the attorney general found that fewer than a third of all stalking victims reach out to authorities, fearing that such efforts could make the situation worse. 'Stalking is challenging to police effectively as it is a pattern-based, rather than an incident-based crime,' the report said. 'Responding to stalking cases often necessitates specialized knowledge and is a significant investigative effort.' Donald, a Super Bowl champion, left many NFL observers surprised when he retired from football last year at the age of 33. 'I'm burnt out. The best way to say it is I'm full, I'm complete. I'm satisfied with what I was able to do in 10 years,' he said. 'I think the passion to play the game is no longer there for me.' The defensive tackled was widely regarded as one of the very best to ever play in his position and since calling it a day, has frequently been asked to reconsider. Just last week, he joked he would return for the Rams if they traded for Micah Parsons of the Dallas Cowboys, who demaded a trade due to his ongoing contract standoff with the organization.

The US if offering a $5 million (£3.7 million) reward for information that leads to Cherizier's arrest. "There's a good reason that there's a $5 million reward for information leading to Cherizier's arrest," US Attorney Jeanine Pirro said. "He's a gang leader responsible for heinous human rights abuses, including violence against American citizens in Haiti." The indictment alleges that he and US citizen Bazile Richardson solicited funds from the Haitian diaspora in the United States. This money was then allegedly used to pay gang members and buy weapons in defiance of US sanctions. Irish woman among nine people kidnapped in horror planned armed gang attack on orphanage in Haiti Richardson was arrested in Texas last month. The pair helped "bankroll Cherizier's violent criminal enterprise, which is driving a security crisis in Haiti", according to Assistant US Attorney General John Eisenberg. He further said US authorities would "continue to pursue those who enable Haiti's violence and instability". Cherizier's nickname Barbecue is rumoured refer to him setting his victims on fire. Under rampant gang brutality, Port-au-Prince is now considered one of the most dangerous cities on the planet. Fighting between gangs, cops and citizen groups has ripped through the city, leaving its infrastructure in tatters. Health services are crumbling and food insecurity has grown increasingly acute throughout Port-au-Prince. A recent attempt by a UN backed Kenyan led security force failed to restore control from the gangs. Haiti was thrown into crisis when President Jovenel Moïse was assassinated by unidentified gunmen in 2021. Who is Barbecue? HAITI'S Port-au-Prince currently lies in the hands of the feared Jimmy "Barbecue Barbecue - who is rumoured to have earned his nickname for setting his victims on fire - envisions himself as a "revolutionary", a self-professed "man of the people". His methods involve the killing, maiming and extorting of anyone unlucky enough to fall within his turf - turning every day into a constant battle for survival for residents. The fired cop turned warlord has been taking to the streets with a renewed vengeance and a plan to overthrow the government. He is currently sanctioned by the UK and its allies for "engaging in acts threatening the peace, security and stability of Haiti". And his influence is fast increasing as the country spirals into further turmoil sparked by the 2021 assassination of the country's Prime Minister Jovenal Moïse. Ever since, a security vacuum opened up and Barbecue has been greedily exploiting it, taking over territory and expanding his coalition with other gangs to wage further war. G9 has also been responsible for repeatedly cutting Haiti off from its much-needed fuel supply by taking its main oil terminal hostage. In a savage display of strength, Barbecue paralysed the country several times by preventing the distribution of food, water and vital medicines, plunging it into a deeper humanitarian crisis. Barbecue's criminal career dates back to his time as a police officer, InSight Crime reports. He participated in an anti-gang operation in 2017, leading to the extrajudicial killing of nine civilians. In 2018, he led a group of seven gangs in a massacre in La Saline, Haiti's worst massacre in over a decade. Barbecue was then fired from the police force and a warrant was issued for his arrest. In 2019, he participated in a four-day attack across Port-au-Prince's Bel-Air neighborhood, killing at least 24 people. 7 A man searches through burning trash in Port-au-Prince
