Who are the final acts and which received a golden buzzer?
Several acts took to the stage in the semi-finals to compete for a spot in the live final.Over the semi-finals the judges and hosts were permitted to use one Golden Buzzer each to put an act through to the final, whilst the other finalist was selected by the public vote each week.In previous series the Golden Buzzer has only been used in the audition rounds.Let's take a look at this year's finalists...
Blackouts (Golden Buzzer):
Dance Group The Blackouts have impressed the judges and audience alike with their terrific staging and LED outfits.They come from Switzerland and are no stranger to talent shows. The group have previously got to the final of Switzerland's Got Talent in 2016 and Germany's Das Supertalent in 2024.
Vinnie McKee (Public vote):
Vinnie McKee is a Scottish singer-songwriter.He was hugely popular in his audition where he scored Simon Cowell's Golden Buzzer. In the semi-final his powerful vocals were a hit with fans and he earned a place in the final through the public vote.
Olly Pearson (Golden Buzzer):
Just 11-years-old, Olly Pearson is one of the youngest of this year's finalists. He started playing guitar aged just seven after seeing a neighbour playing one. Olly has so far secured not one, but two Golden Buzzers - the first from Amanda Holden in his audition and another from Simon Cowell during the semi-finals.
Stacey Leadbeatter (Public vote):
Stacey is currently a supermarket worker but will the BGT final change that?She has wowed audiences throughout the competition with her powerful vocal performances. Before BGT, Stacey had only performed to a small crowd at the local pub.
Jasmine Rice (Golden Buzzer):
Jasmine Rice is an opera singer and drag queen. She gained the Golden Buzzer from judge Bruno Tonioli during her semi-final episode with her vocal performance of Never Enough from The Greatest Showman.Jasmine also received a standing ovation from all of the judges.
Ping Pong Pang (Public vote):
Ping Pong Pang are a fusion dance troupe from Italy, who also have experience in talent competitions after they made it to the final of the Italian version of the show. The group, which has 15 core members and is led by two siblings, is a fusion of ping pong and dance.They battled their way to the final through the public vote.
Joseph Charm (Golden Buzzer):
In a bit of a twist, comedian Joseph Charm got the Golden Buzzer from his own mum! Judge Alesha Dixon let her press it on her behalf after Simon Cowell invited his mum to join the judges. Joseph quit his job to pursue comedy so is living his dream performing to audiences.
Hear Our Voice (Public vote):
The Hear Our Voice choir is made up of 39 people who were impacted by the Horizon post office scandal. This was when an IT error meant hundreds of sub-postmasters were falsely convicted of theft, fraud and false accounting.The choir has been praised for coming together and won the audience's vote to make it through to the final.
Harry Moulding (Golden Buzzer):
Another magician who has made the final is Harry Moulding. His semi-final show was one that will never be forgotten as his show-stopping performance ended with audience member Harry getting down on one knee to ask his girlfriend, Jess, to marry him. His performance gained him the Golden Buzzer from guest judge KSI.
Binita Chetry (Public vote):
The youngest of this year's finalists is 9-year-old gymnast and dancer Binita.She was voted in by the public after she impressed the audience and judges with her fiery performance.After her semi-final performance Simon Cowell exclaimed: "This is what I call a moment where a star is born."
Wildcard act:
And... that's not all!Two wildcard acts will also be performing in the final.Viewers will be able to pick a Wild Card from the five people who come 3rd in each of the semi-finals.AND the Judges will then also pick their own Wild Card from the remaining semi-finalists.Bringing the total to 12 acts performing in Saturday's final.
When is the show on?
The live final of Britain's Got Talent will take place on May 31 at 7pm. It will be shown on ITV and ITVX. The winner will be announced live and will receive a cash prize of £250,000 and offered the opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety Show. Will you be watching? Who do you want to win? Comedian Milton Jones says he is ‘cancer free' after undergoing surgery
Comedian Milton Jones has announced he is cancer free and will be extending his stand-up tour after cancelling several dates earlier this year following his diagnosis. The 61-year-old, who is known for his appearances on cancelled BBC Two show Mock The Week, thanked the doctors and nurses who had helped him amid his treatment for prostate cancer and said he is 'in a completely different place' now. 'I'm glad to say I've had that treatment and am now cancer free! The NHS says prostate cancer develops slowly, so there may be no signs for years, but says symptoms may include an increased need to urinate, straining while urinating and a feeling that the bladder has not fully emptied. FORMER Sky Sports star Charlotte Jackson Coleman's harrowing new acting role begins with a brutal murder and descends into a dark exploration of a twisted family past. Psychological thriller Secrets, which is released on Prime Video on August 19, sees Charlotte, 47, in the lead role as single mum Sammy who is determined to unravel the murky goings on in her hometown. 6 It's worlds away from her career as a journalist and sports presenter when she rubbed shoulders with Premier League footballers and even presented Lionel Messi - widely considered the greatest player of all time - with the first of his record-breaking eight Ballon d'Or Awards. Charlotte, who is married to former Wales manager Chris Coleman, even had crossover success in primetime entertainment hosting 71 Degrees North alongside Paddy McGuinness back in 2010. But her desire to pursue a lifelong passion of acting led her to retrain through Covid and she has now landed her biggest role to date. Speaking exclusively to The Sun, she says: "I did love my job. I love working in sport. It's not until I look back and think, 'oh my God, I did that'. I gave Lionel Messi his first Ballon d'Or because I was hosting that in 2009." The glittering end of season ceremony was co-hosted by Pedro Pinto and featured a who's who of stars in the audience including Cristiano Ronaldo and female superstar Marta, who Charlotte interviewed on stage after she picked up her fifth best player in the world gong. Reflecting on her encounter with Messi now, she says: "I do remember thinking that I towered over him, but he was very nice unassuming and no ego about him. I had a photo with him I think it was before I had a camera phone so it's old-fashioned printed out. "It's not until I look back that I realise what a momentous occasion that was. My son's even used the photo for a presentation at school about Messi." Though a switch to acting meant she would have to start from the bottom and work her way up, having already reached the pinnacle of one profession, Charlotte was determined to make it work. Emotionally draining auditions and low-paid independent roles didn't deter her from pursuing her dream, and now that she's landed the biggest role of her acting career to date, she has no plans to return to presenting any time soon. She says: "I have thought to myself, 'I need to concentrate on this', and it is actually what I've wanted to do since I was younger, and I do love it. "I love presenting, but this is totally different. I hate the fact when I'm not acting and I'm watching something, I'm like, 'oh my God, I wish I was in that'. "At the moment, I wouldn't go back to it, it's not to say I never would, but I am definitely making a conscious decision to just concentrate on acting and put that on the back burner." Secrets' tense trailer is a heart-stopping affair with tears and anguish in abundance. Charlotte says: "I quite often would have music in my ear, because that quickly sort of transcends me into the sort of emotion that I need, especially for the very emotional scenes. "But then a lot of it is being in the moment. My scene partners are great. My daughter, Anna, her real name's Anna, but she was Ava in the film, we had a really good rapport and relationship, and we sort of fed off each other. "I think when you're doing really emotional stuff, if you do get it in that first take, it's very difficult to emulate it again and do the same thing, or get back into that. It's a combination of the director, scene partners, and characters on research. "I've got a daughter and a son, so I was substituting my daughter, and yeah, that does very quickly get you there as well." Last year, Fool Me Once, starring Michelle Keegan, was a runaway global hit, topping the most watched list on Netflix. 6 6 6 The British thriller, based on a Harlan Coben novel, kept viewers gripped as they wrestled with who to trust and the peril Keegan's character found herself in following the 'murder' of her husband. Charlotte hopes Secrets will appeal to the same audience. She says: "As long as people know about the film, I think they will love it. Fool Me Once, you get to know the characters, don't you? And it's quite a slow build. "Our film starts off with something quite big, it's a murder. And then it sort of builds and builds and builds, and the tension sort of sucks you in until you're like, 'is it this person? Is it that person? Are they good? Are they bad?'" In fact, one of Charlotte's dreams is to appear in a Coben adaptation. The American writer is one of the most prolific out there and in recent years his works have been adapted around the world, though he has had particular success in the UK, with his US based novels translating surprisingly well to UK destinations. Philip Barantini (Adolescence and Boiling Point), The Innocents' Farren Blackburn, and Daniel O'Hara are all directors she would love to work with. It was another industry bigwig that gave Charlotte the confidence to pursue acting. In a chance encounter, Nick Manzi, former head of Lionsgate UK, visited the set of the Keith Lemon: The Film in which Charlotte had a small role as a reporter. He dubbed her 'One Take Jackson' on account of her easy nature in front of the camera and ability to nail her lines. She says: "I think it's from being on live TV that I just sort of did it, and he was saying that I had good comic timing, he said 'you really should do this'. "I didn't really know how to make that jump, he was going, 'oh, you should, you know, email some agents', but I had nothing really. "So I kind of thought, 'okay, I like the idea of it', but I wasn't very proactive about it, and I think it's because I had a mortgage to pay, I had my job, blah, blah, blah, but it stayed with me." It was when she was living in China, where her husband was managing Hebei China Fortune, that she finally took the steps needed to make her dream a reality. During Covid, she was able to train remotely, and once restrictions lifted, she threw herself into short films, one of which, A Positive Contribution, earned her a Best Actress nomination at the Romford Film Festival, alongside Tamzin Outhwaite. Though there's part of her that wishes she started sooner, Charlotte believes her life experience has been integral to getting her to the point she now is. She says: "The other part's like, well, I've had a good career doing other things, and would I take rejection as well if I was younger? Maybe not, I don't know, it's difficult as well, because of age, coming in later, there are less roles for my age group, that's just a fact. "I think things happen for a reason, I think had I done it when I was younger, I probably would have stopped and had to do something else."

Gary Lineker sends warning to his three Match of the Day successors - and admits he is unlikely to watch first show since his exit
Gary Lineker has sent a warning to his three successors as host of Match of the Day. Lineker has been replaced by a trio of presenters, with Mark Chapman, Kelly Cates and Gabby Logan to share hosting duties. According to Lineker, the fact that three individuals have been called upon for the job emphasises how much of a commitment it is. Lineker told Four Four Two: 'That's probably down to the fact it's a massive commitment. 'Those three have all got families, and if you're saying someone is going to do it for the next 10 or 20 years, then your weekends are gone. That might be it, I don't know. I didn't get involved in any of that. I take it as a compliment that they've named three, but I suspect it's not due to that.' Lineker has backed the trio to be hugely successful but admitted that he probably won't be watching the first show of the season live. He said: 'I haven't seen them yet to speak to them, but I will do – they'll be fine and they'll do a great job. I've known them all for years, they're top presenters. 'I'll be watching, but probably on iPlayer… I don't think I'll be watching on Saturday. Maybe the odd time, if I'm in.' Lineker first presented Match of the Day in 1999 as he replaced Des Lynam. In November last year it was announced that he would depart the show at the end of last season. Lineker had been due to be part of BBC's coverage of the 2026 World Cup but was axed in May after sharing a social media post which sparked an anti-Semitism row. Chapman will host this season's first edition of Match of the Day on Saturday night, with Alan Shearer and Wayne Rooney as pundits. Cates, who has extensive experience of working for Sky Sports, confirmed that Lineker hadn't been in contact with any of the new presenters. 'No he hasn't got in touch and I haven't got in touch with him, but not because we're not avoiding each other,' Cates said as part of Sky Sports' launch of the new Premier League season. 'We just don't know each other. 'I know Gary to say hello to (but) we just don't know each other that well. And I think Chappers was saying that Gary said: 'Well, why would I tell three broadcasters how to do their job?' which is very lovely of him because he was brilliant at the job and adored. 'And as much as he was a controversial character at times, any focus group that was researching will tell you how much he was adored in that role. 'So I think from my point of view, the reason not to do it would be, I don't want to be Gary. I think there's a temptation to try and be someone else, and I think that you get a job because of yourself. 'And if then you try to be someone else, it can all just get a bit confused. I don't need another thing to think about. I don't need to be sitting there thinking: 'What would Gary do?' It's not a decision not to. It's just we don't have that relationship.'
