His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the beloved King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, returned home today after concluding a series of high-level official visits across the region and beyond, which reflected Bahrain's deep-rooted diplomatic engagement and strong international partnerships.
Leads Bahrain's Delegation at GCC-U.S. Summit in Riyadh
His Majesty began his tour by leading the Kingdom's delegation at the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) – United States Summit, held in the Saudi capital, Riyadh. The summit came in response to an invitation extended by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The summit served as a platform for enhancing strategic cooperation between the Gulf states and the United States, focusing on regional stability, economic development, and collective security.
Strengthening Ties with the United Kingdom
Following the summit, His Majesty traveled to the United Kingdom, where he was received by His Majesty King Charles III. The two monarchs held discussions that emphasized the strong and historic strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United Kingdom.
During his visit, King Hamad also attended the prestigious Royal Windsor Horse Show, highlighting Bahrain's cultural and equestrian heritage and its shared values with the UK in the realm of sports and tradition.
State Visit to the United Arab Emirates
The final leg of His Majesty's diplomatic tour took him to the United Arab Emirates, where he met with His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. Their discussions focused on the longstanding fraternal relations between Bahrain and the UAE and explored new opportunities to deepen bilateral cooperation and coordination.
The two leaders also exchanged views on regional and international developments of mutual concern, reaffirming their shared commitment to peace, security, and development in the region.
Warm Farewell and Safe Return
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed personally bid farewell to His Majesty King Hamad upon his departure from the UAE, a testament to the strong bonds between the two nations.

His Majesty spoke with His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During their call, the two leaders extended heartfelt congratulations and blessings to each other and to the people of both nations. They prayed for continued prosperity, unity, and advancement for their countries and the wider Arab and Islamic worlds.
