U.S. Aggression Targets Health Center in Washah, Extending Its Barbaric Crimes Against Yemeni People

Saba Yemen05-04-2025
Hajjah - Saba:
As part of its criminal plan to destroy civilian and service facilities in Yemen, the U.S. aggression targeted the health center in the Washah district of Hajjah governorate, completely destroying it.
This attack represents a blatant violation of international conventions and is a continuation of the U.S. aggression's crimes against health and service facilities in various governorates.
The brutal attack on the health center, located in the remote and deprived area of Al-Hakka in the Washha district, underscores the U.S. enemy's malice and its intensification of the suffering of the Yemeni people in light of their principled stance in supporting Gaza.
The consequences of this attack include increasing the suffering of over 15,000 people in the district, caused by the U.S.-Saudi-UAE aggression over the past decade.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Kahlani, Director of the Health and Environment Office in Hajjah, condemned the attack on the health center as a completed war crime. He confirmed that the U.S. aggression targeted the center with three airstrikes, destroying the building and its medical equipment.
He emphasized the commitment to continue providing services to the people of the region and alleviating their suffering, noting that measures have been taken in coordination with local authorities and the Ministry of Health to ensure health services in the coming days.
Al-Kahlani affirmed that these crimes would only strengthen the Yemenis' determination to confront the aggression until victory is achieved.
In response to the attack on the health center and civilian facilities, the tribes of Washha announced a general mobilization against the U.S. enemy, pointing out that this crime is a clear testimony to America's brutality and its disregard for all international and humanitarian laws.
The tribes of Washha condemned the U.S. targeting of civilian infrastructure and health facilities as crimes against humanity, asserting that these crimes will not deter the descendants of the Ansar from confronting the forces of tyranny and global arrogance.

Sana'a: Women's events mark Imam Al-Hadi's arrival, show solidarity with Gaza

Sana'a – Saba: The Women's Authority in the districts of New Sana'a and Sanhan organized two events commemorating the anniversary of Imam Al-Hadi's (peace be upon him) arrival in Yemen, under the slogan 'Imam of Knowledge and Jihad.' The events emphasized that commemorating Imam Al-Hadi's arrival is an opportunity to draw inspiration from his values of justice and effective leadership. His journey, scholarly contributions, and efforts in establishing justice and confronting tyranny and corruption were highlighted as foundations for a state of truth and fairness. The speakers noted that Imam Al-Hadi arrived during a time of fragmentation and conflict and succeeded in ushering Yemen into a new era of unity, truth, and knowledge—setting a model for the revival of the Muslim nation through the path of the Prophet Muhammad's family (peace be upon them). Following the events—which included chants and artistic segments—women from Sanhan and New Sana'a held two rallies in solidarity with the Palestinian people and in support of Gaza. They condemned the crimes of starvation and murder committed by the Israeli enemy and expressed support for the operations of Yemen's armed forces in backing Gaza. The participants affirmed that the Yemeni people's support for Palestine stems from the path of justice and jihad laid by Imam Al-Hadi (peace be upon him). Whatsapp Telegram Email Print

The Red Sea Battle & the Beginning of the American Empire's Decline

Sana'a – SABA By: Political Editor The modern world is witnessing the downfall of the so-called 'American Empire of Evil,' which, through military dominance, positioned itself as a global policeman—exploiting a moment in history to enforce its will, suppress nations, occupy lands, and seize resources. That empire is now crumbling, and its collapse is expected to be as catastrophic as the trail of destruction it left behind—from Vietnam and Latin America to Afghanistan, former Czechoslovakia, Iraq, and many others scorched by American military intervention. As the saying goes, 'nothing lasts forever.' Ibn Khaldun, the renowned Arab sociologist, wrote that nations have life cycles similar to humans—youth, adulthood, and old age. Today, America is in its twilight, losing allies across the globe, including key NATO members in Western Europe. NATO, established by the U.S. after WWII to curb so-called communist expansion, was ultimately a tool to secure American interests. Under Donald Trump's leadership, the U.S. alienated much of the world in the name of 'America First.' The empire is now shedding allies, interests, and influence, as its antagonistic posture backfires. The world has watched with a mix of relief and astonishment as the Yemeni Armed Forces have dealt heavy blows to the world's most powerful military. The battles have proved that the decisive factor in warfare is not just weaponry but the will and resilience of the human spirit. The Yemeni fighter has exemplified this truth in the Red Sea and Arabian fronts—securing a resounding victory over a global superpower. Yemen's naval forces have established control over the Red Sea, enforcing an effective blockade on shipping routes tied to the occupation in support of Gaza. This demonstrates the Yemeni Navy's ability to challenge major powers and reshape strategic calculations in one of the world's most vital maritime corridors. These Yemeni victories have awakened other nations, prompting them to reconsider their positions vis-à-vis global powers—especially the United States. Long subjugated by American demands and overreaching expectations, countries are now realizing they can, indeed, say 'no' to the U.S.—just as Yemen has boldly done in its confrontation with both the U.S. and Israel. Oman's Grand Mufti calls for protection of aid to Gaza & end to looting

Muscat – Saba: The Grand Mufti of the Sultanate of Oman, Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al-Khalili, issued a humanitarian appeal on Saturday to international and Islamic organizations to safeguard the aid reaching the Gaza Strip and prevent it from falling into the hands of looters. In a post on the social media platform 'X,' Sheikh Al-Khalili stated: "We appeal to the organizations working to deliver food and medicine to besieged Gaza to take all necessary precautions to prevent this aid from being hijacked by pirates." He warned that these looters "lie in wait to exploit the dire needs of Gaza's people, selling the aid at exorbitant prices that residents cannot afford — benefiting themselves instead of those in desperate need." He continued: 'We urge the international community to intervene decisively to protect the people of Gaza and ensure aid reaches them. We also call on all parties to sever the hands of those pirates who seek to steal this assistance unjustly.' Concluding his statement, the Grand Mufti said: "We especially address Muslims with this appeal — this is a responsibility placed upon their shoulders. They are accountable before God for the suffering and starvation of Gaza's people. They must not turn away from this duty. We also call upon all people of conscience around the world — they are worthy of responding to this cause." Whatsapp Telegram Email Print
