Diddy and Harvey Weinstein both have the 'SAME model victim'
Harvey Weinstein is facing allegations of sexual assault by a woman who also claimed to be a victim of disgraced music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
Crystal McKinney has filed separate lawsuits against both men in a New York federal court, accusing them of sexually assaulting her as she tried to break into the industry in 2003.
McKinney filed a suit against Weinstein on Friday, alleging he raped her and a friend in a Manhattan hotel room during a business meeting arranged to discuss her career.
She claimed a modeling company executive set up a meeting between she and Weinstein at a nightclub, but that when she arrived with her roommate, who was also looking to become a star, the movie exec said it was too noisy and invited them to his hotel room.
The trio traveled back to his room at the Ritz-Carlton. McKinney alleges Weinstein encouraged both girls to get drunk on Dom Pérignon and vodka cocktails and then forced them to have sex with each other, before raping them.
According to the lawsuit seen by PEOPLE, Weinstein grabbed her breasts and 'tore at her tank top' - at which point McKinney attempted to flee to the bathroom.
He allegedly 'barged' into the bathroom where McKinney and her friend were cowering and 'demanded the women strip and take a bath with him.'
McKinney said she 'complied with his request', as did her friend, because they felt 'backed into a corner and feared that he would retaliate against them if they refused his sexual advances.'
Weinstein is currently being retried in New York on multiple sex assault charges. He denies any and all wrongdoing, but recently admitted in a jailhouse interview he did 'make a pass' at accuser Gwyneth Paltrow.
Responding to McKinney's allegations, an attorney representing Weinstein Imran H. Ansari told TMZ: 'Harvey Weinstein categorically denies the outlandish and fantastical claims made against him by Crystal McKinney in her complaint.
'Made late in time and suspiciously on the heels of her complaint against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, Mr. Weinstein is ready to refute and defend against the salacious claims, that are believed to have been made with an opportunistic motive.'
Back in 2024, McKinney sued Diddy, accusing him of pressuring her to consume marijuana and alcohol then perform oral sex on him in the bathroom of his recording studio.
She alleged the pair met in 2003 when she was a 22-year-old old up-and-coming model, after an unnamed fashion designer introduced them.
She said that designer dressed and styled her 'to ensure Combs found her attractive', before taking her to Cipriani Downtown - a restaurant in New York.
There, she claimed Diddy made sexually suggestive remarks at her before inviting her back to his recording studio with several other male companions.
She accused Diddy of handing her a joint which she believed was laced with other drugs and 'pressuring her to imbibe more alcohol and marijuana by telling her that she was acting too uptight.'
After the alleged assault, McKinney said she lost consciousness, and woke up in a cab.
Following the alleged incident, McKinney claimed Diddy made sure she was '"blackballed" in the industry and utilized his significant influence to impede [her] career growth.'
According to the 2024 suit, McKinney ultimately attempted to take her own life.
Diddy asked a court to toss out the suit at the time because be believed the statute of limitations for her complaint had expired.
The disgraced music mogul is currently on trial accused of sex trafficking and racketeering. He denies all charges.
Kid Cudi and Cassie Ventura are among the celebrities called to testify about their experiences with Diddy. They've both described a violent and controlling man who wielded his power and influence in terrifying ways.
