Tom Hiddleston Puppy Interview

Buzz Feed5 hours ago

You've asked, and the day has finally arrived. The effortlessly charming Tom Hiddleston sat down with BuzzFeed to do our Puppy Interview.
To celebrate Tom's critically-acclaimed turn in Mike Flanagan's new film, The Life of Chuck, Tom sat down to chat all about working with the beloved writer and director on adapting this Stephen King story, as well as look back at some other big moments in his career, like Loki and Marvel, and so much more.
The Life of Chuck follows Charles "Chuck" Krantz (Hiddleston), whose life is chronicled in reverse-chronological order as we see how he's impacted the universe and the people around him. Hiddleston shares the role with Jacob Tremblay, Benjamin Pajak, and Cody Flanagan.
For starters, Tom talked about his big dance number in The Life of Chuck and how he wasn't a classically trained dancer before starring in the film.
He discussed the scene that he and Chris Hemsworth could not get through without laughing, and it happened in Thor: The Dark World.
Tom also said that if he could see Loki interact with any other Marvel character he hasn't had a chance to yet, he'd love to see Loki and Daredevil, so he could work with his "dear friend" Charlie Cox again.
Of course, outside of his work onscreen, we also just got to get to know Tom a little more. Like, he talked about which Bon Iver song he has on repeat right now, the movie that always makes him cry, and more.
Basically, the whole thing was just supremely wholesome, and so calming.

Also, all of these adorable puppies are available for adoption through Pawsitive Beginnings.
And be sure to watch The Life of Chuck, which is in select theaters now and everywhere June 13.

Summary The latest look intoMarvel's highly anticipated seriesIronhearthas dropped, giving fans new footage provides an electrifying glimpse into Riri Williams' evolution as a hero, blending her unparalleled technological genius with a surprising new element: magic. The trailer sets a thrilling tone, opening with a poignant homage to Tony Stark, showing Dominique Thorne's Riri Williams hammering away, echoing the iconic scene of Iron Man's genesis. But in her ambition, she becomes entangled with The Hood, leading to a clash where technology meets the supernatural. Marvel Granted Request to Be Removed from Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's Legal Drama, Following Dismissal of Baldoni's $400 Million Lawsuit

On June 9, the judge overseeing Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's legal battle granted Marvel Entertainment LLC's request to quash a subpoena issued by Baldoni's lawyers The actor-director's legal team previously sent a litigation hold letter to Marvel, demanding that it keep documents that mention Baldoni for potential use in his ongoing fight with Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds, who worked on the Marvel movie Deadpool & Wolverine Earlier on June 9, the same judge dismissed Baldoni's $400 million lawsuit against Lively, Reynolds, and their publicist, making Baldoni's subpoena to Marvel "no longer relevant" Marvel's request to be removed from the ongoing legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni has been granted, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. On Monday, June 9, U.S. District Court judge Lewis J. Liman granted Marvel Entertainment, LLC's request for a court order to 'quash the subpoena issued to Marvel from [Baldoni's] Wayfarer Parties and for a protective order prohibiting the disclosure of Marvel's confidential documents.' Marvel Entertainment, LLC first submitted the letter to Judge Liman in the Southern District of New York on April 25. Baldoni's legal team had requested to access communications concerning the Nicepool character introduced in Deadpool & Wolverine, written by and starring Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds. The request was made in an attempt to argue the character was used to "bully" Baldoni, as the It Ends with Us director-actor's legal battle responding to costar Lively's sexual harassment and retaliation claims advanced. Baldoni's lawyers sent Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige and Walt Disney Company CEO Bob Iger the litigation hold letter on Jan. 7, demanding that they hold onto documents that mention Baldoni for potential use in court. Baldoni's legal team was looking for documents "relating to or reflecting a deliberate attempt to mock, harass, ridicule, intimidate or bully" the Jane the Virgin alum "through the character of Nicepool," among other subjects. Baldoni denied Lively's allegations and countersued the actress, 37, Reynolds, 48, the couple's publicist Leslie Sloane and Sloane's PR firm Vision PR, Inc., for $400 million, alleging defamation, civil extortion and more. Earlier Monday, Judge Liman dismissed Baldoni's $400 million countersuit (but said he can still amend some claims by June 23 if he wishes to proceed). Because of the dismissal, "the information sought [from Marvel] is no longer relevant to a claim or defense in this action," Liman wrote. Baldoni's attorney Bryan Freedman did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on Monday. Baldoni's suit was in response to Lively's lawsuit over his alleged harassment. The actress still seeks unspecified triple and punitive damages. A trial date for their case, Lively v. Wayfarer Studios et al., has been set for March 2026. Read the original article on People

Chris Evans Says It's ‘Sad' Not to Be ‘Invited to the Party' For ‘Avengers: Doomsday': ‘It's Going to Be Much Harder When It Comes Out'

Chris Evans is bummed he is missing out on all the fun in 'Avengers: Doomsday.' In a recent conversation with ScreenRant, Evans, who played Captain America across eight MCU films, was asked if he still stays in contact with his former Marvel collaborators, considering his exclusion from the highly anticipated 'Avengers: Doomsday.' Evans confirmed that they all keep in touch, but added it feels different having exited the franchise in 'Avengers: Endgame.' 'It's where Pedro [Pascal] is right now. I mean, it's sad to be away. It's sad to not be back with the band, but I'm sure they're doing something incredible, and I'm sure it's going to be that much harder when it comes out, and you feel like you weren't invited to the party.' In 'End Game,' Evans' Captain America ages out of the star-spangled shield after traveling back in time to return the Infinity Stones. He decides to stay in the past with his true love, Peggy Carter, and in the present day, passes the Captain America moniker to Anthony Mackie's Sam Wilson. While Evans is staying behind, his 'Avengers' co-stars Chris Hemsworth and Robert Downey Jr. are returning for 'Doomsday.' Hemsworth will return as Thor, but Downey will come back as the titular super villain Doctor Doom, instead of Iron Man. Other familiar MCU faces returning for 'Doomsday' include Sebastian Stan as the Winter Soldier; Paul Rudd as Ant-Man; Tom Hiddleston as Loki; Letitia Wright as Shuri and Mackie as Captain America. While originally set for release on May 1, 2026, 'Doomsday' was recently delayed to Dec. 18, 2026. Its sequel, 'Avengers: Secret Wars,' was also pushed. First slated to premiere on May 7, 2027, the film will now hit theaters Dec. 17, 2027.
