The 2025 parade theme, "Blossom here, now!", celebrates the right of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community to grow, thrive, and love openly.
Montreal's first Pride march was held in June 1979 to mark the 10th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising of 1969. La Brigade Rose organizers in Montreal drew 52 marchers in 1979. Forty years later, in 2019, total attendance at Montreal Pride topped 3 million.
This summer's festival features live in-person performances, concerts and activities on the Esplanade of the Olympic Park—Montreal Pride's main site—as well as in the LGBTQ+ Village and downtown.

Windsor Castle's Long Walk hosts first pride march
Windsor Castle's Long Walk has hosted the town's first pride inaugural Windsor and Eton Pride event also saw participants march through the town centre, with events taking place in Alexandra Steve Harris said the free event, which has been two years in the planning, was a "safe space for everyone to mingle".The event was given permission by the Crown Estate to march along the 2.5-mile (4km) tree-lined avenue in front of Windsor Castle. Oasis' reunion shows in Cardiff and Manchester blew fans' minds – so the hype for the duo's first London concert in 16 years was, naturally, sky-high. On Friday July 25 Liam and Noel (plus Andy Bell, Gem Archer and Bonehead, with Joey Waronker) made a triumphant return to the capital at Wembley Stadium. Wembley is the biggest venue on the UK leg of Oasis' Live '25 tour. A whopping 90,000 punters – many of them donning bucket hats, sports jackets, football tops and official merch – descended on northwest London for the show, and Time Out was there to capture the occasion. Thousands fill Belfast streets for city's annual Pride parade
Thousands of people have filled the streets of Belfast for the city's annual Pride parade. Spectators lined the city's footpaths to cheer on the thousands who took part in the parade. People take part in the No Going Back themed Belfast Pride Parade, in the city centre (Brian Lawless/PA) Organisers of Belfast Pride said it is the biggest cross-community parade in Belfast and is a protest and celebration of the lives of LGBT+ people. The theme for this year's event is No Going Back, as organisers said there must be 'no turning back from the advances made in visibility, legal protections and societal recognition'. Throughout the city, many people had rainbows painted on their faces, while others waved LGBT+ flags and held placards with equality messages written on them. Advertisement A series of groups and floats, representing up to 250 charities and organisations, took off from Custom House Square at 1pm. It made its way north of the city before making its way down Donegall Place and past City Hall before finishing at Victoria Street. Friends, work colleagues and many young families, including pet dogs, were among those in the crowd.
