In addition, the following key milestone was achieved by a portfolio company during the 3-month period:
Jim Mellon, Executive Chair of Agronomics, commented:
In the first quarter of the year, the Agronomics portfolio has made fantastic commercial and operational progress.
Liberation Labs, off the back of the recent US$ 50.5 million fundraise in January 2025, announced an important manufacturing partnership with Dutch ingredients company Vivici to produce its Vivitein™ ingredient at scale for the US nutritional market. Meanwhile, Blue Nalu has expanded its strategic partnership with Nomad Foods, Europe's leading frozen food company, to support the commercialisation of its cell-cultivated seafood products in the UK and across Europe.
More and more of the portfolio continues to make progress toward achieving regulatory approval for the sale of products. The latest being All G Foods, which has received regulatory approval in China, and Onego, BlueNalu and Meatable which are expecting to receive regulatory approval by the end of the year.
The progress we have achieved during a challenging period for much of the clean food industry and a volatile global economic landscape pays testament to the quality of our portfolio and our ability to identify future category leaders. It also demonstrates how food companies are prioritising investment in scalable and sustainable clean food solutions.
We expect this level of progress to continue into the second half of the year, with several further funding rounds set to close and regulatory approvals on the horizon.
The quoted investments within the portfolio are valued under IFRS at bid price.

Important Notice for Shareholders of Xtrackers

LONDON, June 16, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Xtrackers Investment Company with Variable Capital Registered office: 49, avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg R.C.S. Luxembourg B-119.899 (the "Company") Important Notice to the Shareholders of Xtrackers FTSE Vietnam Swap UCITS ETF 1C (ISIN: LU0322252924) (the "Sub-Fund") 16 June 2025 The board of directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") hereby informs the shareholders of the Sub-Fund (the "Shareholders") that it has resolved to make certain changes to the Sub-Fund, as detailed below (collectively referred to as the "Changes"). The Changes will be carried out on a date between 17 July 2025 and 16 October 2025 (such period shall be referred to hereafter as the "Transition Period" and the date the Changes are effected shall be referred to hereafter as the "Effective Date"). Once the Changes have been implemented, a notice will be published on the website of the Company ( confirming the Effective Date of the Changes. Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the "Prospectus") unless the context otherwise requires. A) OVERVIEW OF THE CHANGES 1) Change of Reference Index and Index Administrator Currently the Investment Objective of the Sub-Fund is to reflect the performance of the FTSE Vietnam Index (the "Current Reference Index") which is designed to reflect the performance of the shares of companies in Vietnam which have sufficient shares available for foreign ownership listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange. The Current Reference Index is administered by FTSE International Limited (the "Current Index Administrator"). As of the Effective Date, the Investment Objective of the Sub-Fund will change to reflect the performance of STOXX Vietnam Total Market Liquid Index (the "New Reference Index"), which is designed to reflect the performance of the Vietnamese stock market while controlling for liquidity and foreign ownership availability. The New Reference Index is based on the STOXX Vietnam Total Market Index (the "Parent Index"), which aims to represent the Vietnamese listed equity market. The New Reference Index excludes companies from the Parent Index which do not fulfil specific liquidity criteria including but not limited to, minimum thresholds in relation to market capitalisation, average daily traded value, foreign ownership availability, and annualised turnover ratio (the median value of the daily traded volume to free-float shares ratio over a specific period). The New Reference Index and the Parent Index are administered by Stoxx Ltd. (the "New Index Administrator"). The change to the New Reference Index is proposed as part of the Company's continuous review of its existing product range and due to the greater liquidity of the New Reference Index compared to the Current Reference Index. Hence, the Board of Directors deems it to be in the best interests of the Shareholders to restructure the Sub-Fund to reflect the New Reference Index. Shareholders' attention is specifically drawn to the fact that during the Transition Period, the portfolio of the Sub-Fund may be partially exposed to swap transactions on the Current Reference Index as well as the New Reference Index. The transition will be carried out in a manner taking into consideration liquidity and the market impact on the underlying securities of the Current Reference Index and New Reference Index in order to attempt to minimise transaction costs for the Sub-Fund. The Investment Manager will seek to minimise the duration of the Transition Period whilst taking into account prevailing market conditions and acting in the best interests of investors. Please note that during the Transition Period, the Sub-Fund may temporarily experience a higher than usually anticipated tracking error. Further details on the New Reference Index, including its calculation, rules and methodology can be found on 2) Change to the Sub-Fund's name As a result of the Changes, the Board of Directors has resolved to change the name of the Sub-Fund from the Effective Date, as follows: Current Sub-Fund name New Sub-Fund name Xtrackers FTSE Vietnam Swap UCITS ETF Xtrackers Vietnam Swap UCITS ETF B) GENERAL INFORMATION For the avoidance of doubt, the Sub-Fund's fees will remain unchanged. Shareholders should be aware that transaction costs (including those related to the derivative transactions) and duties are expected to arise as a result of the Changes and will be borne by the Sub-Fund. Shareholders who subscribe for Shares in the Sub-Fund(s) on the primary market and who do not agree with the Changes, are entitled to redeem their Shares in the Sub-Fund(s) in accordance with the Prospectus. Such redemptions shall be free of any Redemption Charge from the date of this notice until 5:00 p.m. (Luxembourg time) on 16 July 2025. Please note that the Company does not charge any redemption fee for the sale of Shares in the secondary market. Orders to sell Shares through a stock exchange can be placed via an authorised intermediary or stockbroker. Shareholders should note that orders in the secondary market may incur costs over which the Company has no control and to which the above exemption on redemption charges does not apply. Copies of the revised Prospectus and the key information documents of the Sub-Fund reflecting the Changes will be made available on the website of the Company ( on or around the Effective Date, and copies thereof may be obtained on request free of charge at the registered office of the Company or at the offices of foreign representatives, once available. Shareholders who have any queries or to whom any of the above is not clear should seek advice from their stockbroker, bank manager, legal advisor, accountant or other independent financial advisor. Shareholders should also consult their own professional advisors as to the specific tax implications under the laws of the countries of their nationality, residence, domicile or incorporation. Further information in relation to the Changes may be obtained from the legal entities mentioned under Contact information below, the offices of foreign representatives or by sending an email to Xtrackers@ Neither the contents of the Company's website nor the contents of any other website accessible from hyperlinks on the Company's website is incorporated into, or forms part of, this announcement. Losses widen for City banker Peel Hunt amid dearth of UK stock market listings

A death of companies launching on the London stock market and US trade tariffs fuelling greater uncertainty among investors have created tougher market conditions, investment bank Peel Hunt has cautioned. The company said there were historically low levels of equity capital markets activity in the UK over the past year. This has seen a shortage in the number of companies launching their shares on the London Stock Exchange through an initial public offering (IPO). Coupled with a flurry of listed firms leaving London for the US and other markets, it has resulted in 'subdued' conditions in the UK, Peel Hunt said. Peel Hunt reported a pre-tax loss of £3.5 million for the year to the end of March, slightly bigger than the £3.3 million loss reported the year before. But revenues jumped by 6% year-on-year to £91.3 million. It said it had been restructuring its team, resulting in a bigger cohort of more junior staff within its investment banking division, and taking action to reduce costs because of the pressure. 'Ongoing uncertainty continued to weigh on equity capital markets activity during the period, driven by geopolitical risks, elections, stagflation fears and US trade tariffs,' Peel Hunt's chief executive Steven Fine said. Mr Fine nonetheless said it advised on 'the most successful European IPO of the year and on our largest M&A (mergers and acquisitions) transaction to date'. French TV and film giant Canal+ held an IPO in London in December in the biggest new listing for the City in a number of years. The decision for the Paris-based business to list in London was hailed by Chancellor Rachel Reeves as a 'vote of confidence' in the UK's stock market. Peel Hunt also pointed to its strengthening M&A division amid a raft of takeovers and deals between firms over the year. The investment bank said the new financial year had started more positively, with the US striking a number of key trade deals, including with the UK, which was helping to improve sentiment among investors. Activity in the London stock market remains 'subdued' but could strengthen if wider economic conditions continue to stabilise, according to the firm. Sign in to access your portfolio
