"Still got cheated on by his wife": Shirtless at 47, Tom Brady flexes shredded physique and fans bring Gisele Bundchen reference
Even after hanging up his cleats in 2023, Tom Brady continues to defy aging like it's just another Sunday game plan. The 47-year-old NFL icon, who retired for good two years ago, might be away from the gridiron, but he hasn't stepped away from his rigorous commitment to physical excellence.
Tom Brady leaves fans speechless with his ripped physique and ageless charm
Far from slowing down, the seven-time Super Bowl champion has been juggling multiple roles—thriving as a lead color commentator for Fox Sports, building his business empire, and taking on a fresh chapter as a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders. Amid all this, Brady's dedication to his body remains stronger than ever.
Recently, Brady shared a carousel of workout photos on Instagram—some of which featured him in full training mode, including one striking shirtless image.
The post, also doubling as an ad, revealed the former quarterback on a leg press machine, showcasing his muscular frame and toned legs. The internet, naturally, couldn't stay calm.
'At home, on the road, at work, or halfway across the world, the mindset travels with you. I'm always amazed by what the human body can do, and I'll always be committed to moving with purpose, one day at a time. No shortcuts, no noise, just the work and the will to keep showing up.

NOBULL,' Brady captioned the viral post.
That single quote reflects not just a marketing plug, but the mindset that made Brady a sports legend in the first place. The shirtless image that concluded his post instantly lit up social media, drawing admiration and awe from fans who couldn't help but notice how the GOAT still looks game-ready.
But it's not all about the weights. Earlier this year, Brady revealed a new twist to his routine—he added swimming to his workout plan to maintain his stamina and core strength while balancing life on the road and behind the broadcast mic.
Despite no longer chasing defenders or throwing bullets on the field, Brady hasn't lost his rhythm. Whether traveling through Europe or exploring Japan with his kids—Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12—he makes sure to stay on top of his fitness. Even vacation doesn't slow him down.
Meanwhile, fans are bringing his ex-wife
Gisele Bundchen
in the comment section.
Brady's ability to stay fit and disciplined in his post-retirement life is not just inspirational—it's elite. Most men approaching 50 are more concerned with dad bods than dumbbells, but Brady's commitment continues to put them all to shame. His post-retirement body transformation isn't about vanity—it's about consistency, purpose, and the unrelenting will to keep showing up, every single day.

AIFF assures Jamil of uninterrupted two-year term
Khalid Jamil is the only Indian who has managed teams as chief coach for the last 15 years Panaji: The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has assured Khalid Jamil that he will have an uninterrupted two-year stint with the national team, a key factor that convinced the Jamshedpur FC coach to quit the club and take up the national team job on a full-time basis. Jamil, the first Indian to coach the men's national team since Savio Medeira in 2012 and the first full-time domestic coach since Sukhwinder Singh in almost two decades, has signed a two-year contract, with an option to extend for another year, the AIFF announced on Wednesday. He was initially keen on a three year contract. 'Khalid was quitting his secure job at Jamshedpur, so wanted assurance on a long-term deal,' a senior official told TOI. 'He was not interested in any short-term agreement, and the federation didn't want him in a dual club-and-country role. Since the executive committee and the technical committee had enough trust in him, it made sense to hand him a two-year contract.' Jamil is the only Indian who has managed teams as chief coach for the last 15 years, with close to 225 senior games in the top divisions. Other domestic coaches who were in the fray like Sanjoy Sen, Renedy Singh, Mehrajuddin Wadoo, S Venkatesh, Shankarlal Chakraborty, Santosh Kashyap and Ishfaq Ahmed, the AIFF pointed out in its presentation, either had limited success or limited head coach experience at the senior level. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Dementia Has Been Linked To a Common Habit. Do You Do It? Memory Health Click Here Undo 'I am deeply proud and immensely privileged to have been entrusted with the responsibility of leading our national team,' Jamil said on Wednesday. 'Over the years, I've had the opportunity to train Indian players, and I've grown to understand their strengths and weaknesses intimately. These insights will be fundamental to everything we do as we prepare for the CAFA Nations Cup and the crucial Asian Cup qualifiers against Singapore. " Jamshedpur were left with no choice but mutually part ways with Jamil after it became clear that the national team opportunity was too good to skip. Assistant coach Steven Dias will take over as the interim head coach. 'This is a proud moment for the Indian football fraternity as an Indian coach takes charge to guide the nation towards AFC Asian Cup qualification to start with, a challenge we believe rests on Jamil's able shoulders,' Jamshedpur said in a statement. It were Jamshedpur who showed faith in the 48-year-old after he lost his job at NorthEast United in 2022. He first worked at Bengaluru United in the third-tier of Indian football, then had a one-month stint as coach of Nepal Super League club FC Chitwan, before Jamshedpur offered him a second opportunity in the ISL. 'Witnessing his progression has been truly special,' said Jamshedpur CEO Mukul Choudhari, who was the first to provide Jamil with the coaching break during their time at Mumbai FC. 'Khalid's hard work, focus, and commitment has earned him the opportunity, and we couldn't be more proud. I am confident the national team will do well under his leadership.'
