Adani Group Stocks in Focus Today: Adani Group stocks, including Adani Enterprises, Adani Green Energy, and Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone, were buzzing in Tuesday's trade (June 24), gaining up to 5%, mirroring the positive sentiment in the Indian stock market.
Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone emerged as the top gainer among the group stocks, rising 5% to hit the day's high of ₹ 1,418.45 apiece, extending its winning run to the third straight day. Adani Green Energy also maintained its three-day winning streak, jumping another 4.3% to reach ₹ 1,001.95 apiece.
Other group stocks, including Adani Enterprises, Adani Power, Adani Energy Solutions, Adani Total Gas, AWL Agri Business, ACC, Ambuja Cements, NDTV, and Sanghi Industries, rose between 1% and 4% in today's session.
Earlier, Adani Group stocks came under pressure as rising tensions between Iran and Israel sparked concerns that Haifa Port—where Adani Ports holds a 70% stake acquired in 2023 for $1.2 billion in partnership with Israel's Gadot Group—could be targeted by Iranian missile strikes. However, tensions later eased after the Adani Group clarified that there was no damage to port operations.
The optimism across Adani Group stocks followed remarks made by Group Chairman Gautam Adani at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, where he announced that the group plans to invest between $15 billion and $20 billion annually across various businesses over the next five years.
'We anticipate an annual capex spend of $15–20 billion for the next five years. These are not just investments in our group but investments in the possibilities for doing our part to build India's infrastructure,' Adani said.
He highlighted key milestones across the group's businesses, stating that Adani Power has crossed 100 billion units of electricity generation and is well on track to reach 31 GW capacity by 2030. He further noted that Adani Green is building the world's largest renewable energy park in Khavda, with the group targeting 50 GW of capacity by 2030, proving that 'scale and sustainability can coexist.'
Speaking on the group's contribution to national security, Adani said, 'During Operation Sindoor, Adani Defence's drones became the eyes in the skies as well as the swords of attack, and our anti-drone systems helped protect our forces and citizens.'
He also highlighted achievements in the clean energy and gas segments, mentioning that Adani Total Gas now serves 1 million PNG customers and operates 3,400 EV charging stations across 22 states. In the cement business, Adani announced that ACC and Ambuja Cements have collectively achieved 100 million tons of cement production in a year and are aiming to reach 140 million tons by FY28.

Highlighting the government's rural-first approach, he said that 5G use cases are being launched not in major cities, but in 13 villages across states from Andhra Pradesh to Madhya Pradesh. 'You would be amazed that 46 per cent of the digital transactions in the world happen in India. Not the US, not all of Europe, not China, but in India. "No one from group has been charged by US Department of Justice", says Gautam Adani
Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], June 24 (ANI): Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, has reiterated that no one from Adani group has been charged with Foreign Corrupt Practices (FSCP), by the US Department of Justice while addressing the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Adani Group on Tuesday. Guatam Adani said, 'We were charged with allegations last year from the US Department of Justice and ACC relating to Adani Green Energy... No one from the Adani group has been charged with violating the FCPA or conspiring to obstruct justice...' Speaking about the group's performance, Adani emphasised that even in a year of turbulence, the group saw record-breaking revenue, unprecedented growth and historic profitability, but cautioned the shareholders on investments in stock markets. 'In terms of consolidated numbers, at the Group level, revenues grew by 7%, EBITDA by 8.2%, and our Net Debt-to-EBITDA ratio remained healthy at a 2.6x. Total revenues were Rs 2,71,664 crore, and our adjusted EBITDA was Rs 89,806 crore. And, as I have stated in the past, our objective is not just to build businesses - it is to create new possibilities; not just to serve markets, but to serve our nation's destiny; not to chase valuation but build valuations - brick by brick. And in this context, our capital investment across businesses is set to break all records. We anticipate an annual CAPEX spend of 15-20 billion dollars for the next 5 years. These are not just investments in our Group, but investments in the possibilities for doing our part to build India's infrastructure.' An Indian company has conducted the country's first trial of an AI-enabled lethal weapon system in collaboration with the Indian Army . The test featured an autonomous machine gun capable of detecting and engaging targets with precision at long distances. It marks a major step in India's efforts to modernise its defence platforms using artificial intelligence. First autonomous gun trial conducted by Indian firm Between 1–8 June 2025, Bengaluru-based defence firm BSS carried out trials of an AI-controlled Negev light machine gun fitted with a 7.62×51 mm barrel. The tests were conducted at high altitude, with the system successfully identifying and tracking targets at up to 300 metres and engaging with accuracy at 600 metres. The maximum effective range of the Negev LMG is 1,000 metres. 'This is the first AI‑driven weapon in India that can fire any gun up to .50 calibre,' said Vicki Chaudhary, co-founder of BSS, during a television interview. The system can be operated remotely using an encrypted command link, reducing the need to place troops in exposed positions. Live Events Initial tests began on 5 April in Roorkee, and the high-altitude phase took place at 14,500 feet, according to Chaudhary. The company also said that the weapon system could function in an autonomous mode inside a bunker for up to 21 days. It can also be mounted on armoured vehicles and naval platforms using a stabilised system. Growing demand for AI-driven weapons The trials come at a time when the Indian Army is expanding its light machine gun inventory. In 2020, India ordered 16,479 Negev guns from Israel, and the Army has projected a need for 40,000 units. The demand was further reinforced by the use of Indian-made weapons during Operation Sindoor, which involved action along the Pakistan border. The Ministry of Defence is allocating ₹100 crore every year for AI research and development projects. This is part of the government's 'Make in India' defence production plan, which targets ₹1.75 lakh crore in production and ₹35,000 crore in exports. 'It will help our troops in adverse conditions,' Chaudhary said. 'And our idea is that there should be minimum intervention in manning a bunker.' Aligns with India's AI defence roadmap The trial is in line with India's strategy to build AI-powered defence systems such as drones, unmanned ground vehicles, and autonomous submarines. These technologies are being developed to reduce human risk and strengthen India's control over difficult terrain and high-risk areas.
