Although some expect women to become invisible after reaching a certain age, one thing is clear - Sue refuses to do so, regularly sporting skimpy frocks and ensembles.
The blonde beauty, who left people stunned after revealing her age, is no stranger to jumping on the latest trends - whether that's showing off her toned legs is teeny dresses or flaunting her enviable body in figure-hugging rompers.
Despite what keyboard warriors have to say, the German entrepreneur also continues to share fit checks on her TikTok page, where she's won close to 80k followers.
One such clip recently saw the blonde beauty show off just some of her summer wardrobe favourites - a tube dress with cutout detailing around the slim waist and a mega thigh-high split.
The mum, who looked sensational, had paired the fit with strappy heels, loose waves and a chic purse in black.
For Sue, who is 55, it's more than just about clothes - it's also a reflection of how far she's come, she previously revealed.
''These pieces aren't just fabric: they're a celebration of the journey that brought me here.
''From moments of uncertainty to moments of pure confidence, my style reflects the courage to embrace every stage of life with grace and authenticity.
''I hope to inspire others to redefine ageing and beauty, showing that true style knows no age.
''Let's continue to empower each other to boldly express ourselves and live life to the fullest!'' Sue reminded in the uplifting post.
Six steps I follow to keep my legs looking so good at 55
The 55-year-old also shared some of her go-to tips to stay in top shape, including a shower trick.
'I think my legs are in better shape than they were in my twenties,' Sue, from Germany, told What's The Jam.
'I've been focusing on fitness all of my life, dancing until I was 17 and trying out new things – I love a challenge.
'Since I started doing weight training, my legs have become very toned, and I'm stronger than ever.'
As well as spending time working out, Sue shared six 'unique hacks' she swears by to keep her legs looking 'fabulous'.
One of them includes leg elevation which ''reduces swelling and promotes better circulation'', as well as alternating between hot and cold water when showering, which she says is a 'game changer'.
The 5 best exercises to lose weight
By Lucy Gornall, personal trainer and health journalist
EXERCISE can be intimidating and hard to devote yourself to. So how do you find the right workout for you?
As a PT and fitness journalist, I've tried everything.
I've taken part in endless fitness competitions, marathons and I maintain a regime of runs, strength training and Pilates.
Fitness is so entrenched in my life, I stick to it even at Christmas!
The key is finding an activity you love that can become a habit.
My top five forms of exercise, especially if you're trying to lose weight, are: Walking Running Pilates High-intensity interval training (HIIT) Strength training
She said: 'This enhances blood flow and firms up the skin on my legs.'
Next, the fitness buff also likes to creates a scrub using coffee grounds, brown sugar and almond oil to use as a 'natural exfoliant'.
She said: 'Massaging this blend onto my legs in circular motions smooths the skin and boosts circulation.'
As with any health advocate, Sue is also a staunch supporter of the high-fibre diet.
She said: 'Lots of fruits, veggies and wholegrains help reduce water retention, keeping my legs lean and toned.'
As for her taut and toned stomach? Sue recommends taking cold showers and ice baths, trying to stand up instead of sitting down wherever possible, practice a stomach 'vacuuming' exercise to strengthen the core, cut processed sugar, and to laugh as much as possible to engage the abs.
The mum's to her thousands of followers is simple: embrace your age – but don't let it limit you.
She added: 'Don't be afraid to age.
'But don't be afraid to make changes either.
'Find your discipline and just do it every day, no matter how you feel – because eventually you always feel better.
'Even if it's just 10 minutes, it's the quality time that you deserve for yourself.'

Seemingly simple brainteaser leaving Brits baffled but can you solve it?
Keep your mind sharp by tackling this animal-themed puzzle. Brainteasers are a great way to keep your mind sharp. If you take on these puzzles on a regular basis you can improve your cognitive function and problem solving ability. Research has suggested that this can lead to improved attention span and concentration levels. And they can be a fun activity for the whole family as you try and complete them before each other. They come in many different forms, from trying to work out the odd one out to locate a missing item in a landscape. Some of the trickier brainteasers involve finding something that's subtly disguised within a picture. While these may seem simple, they can prove the hardest challenges to crack. And one such puzzle is baffling Brits, with many unable to work out the goat-themed teaser shared by our sister title The Mirror. In the image below, you can see a goat eating some foliage in a countryside scene. However, this isn't just some lone animal, he has an owner. But the woman who owns the goat isn't quite as easy to find within the black-and-white drawing. And in order to solve the brainteaser, you've got to spot her within just five seconds to prove you have the "most attentive" eyes. So if you're ready to take on the challenge and prove you've got 20/20 vision, then go ahead and get started. If you've missed the five-second limit and are just keen to try and find the woman, then keep going. We can't give you too much help because most helpful hints would effectively hand you the answer. Zooming in on the image might help though. If you think you've cracked it and want to confirm - or you've decided to give up and are desperate to find out - we will be revealing the answer below. The head of the owner can be seen behind the goat, made up of the space between the animal and a nearby tree, which is actually her hair. Don't worry if you didn't quite manage it this time, or if it took you longer than five seconds. Trying brainteasers like this more regularly is the key to honing your skills. With that in mind, we've got a few more that you can challenge yourself to complete. Keeping with the animal theme, this real-life puzzle asks you to find the toy duck this mum's daughter dropped during a family trip to the seaside - but there's a twist. Meanwhile, this image challenges you to work out which woman is the boy's real mum. For more time-sensitive puzzles, can you solve this Irish-themed puzzle in 60 seconds? Grand Slam finalist Danielle Collins reveals vile cameraman KISSED her & opens up on being called ‘b****' by sexist fans
TENNIS star Danielle Collins has opened up on her experience of dealing with vile sexism and misogyny in her career. The American, 31, has won four career titles and reached the final of the Australian Open Grand Slam. The former world No7 has been outspoken on the subject of abuse women have received in the sport. She revealed how whenever people have seen her getting upset on the court, fans never truly know the full picture of what has happened. Collins says that whenever she voices an opinion on a situation, it is because she has reached "boiling point" after sitting on it for a "very long time". The Florida native explains: "And you know, a lot of the people that are watching sports and watching TV they only get to see a small clip of what takes place. "They see me getting upset with the cameraman. They don't see everything that led up to why I got upset... "It definitely seems like when you're a female, if I use my voice and I push back and I ask a question or I set a boundary or even if I don't set a boundary, and I just simply make a request for personal space it's like, how dare I, like I don't have the right to respond or I'm crazy." Collins highlights one example of when a cameraman "made out" with the side of her face after asking her for a hug. She explained: "I had a situation a bunch of years ago when I first got on tour and I was dealing with a cameraman that was very persistent. "And I remember I came off the court, I lost a long three set match, I'm kind of like cramping, I'm tired and all the things are happening. Moment Emma Raducanu clocks 'fixated' man in crowd & breaks down behind umpire's chair before he's 'escorted out' "And this guy goes, 'oh, Danielle, you know, I'm so sorry. Can I give you a hug?' And I, I look at my coach, I'm like, 'uh, sure.' "So I'm like, standing like this and he goes in to hug me and then all of a sudden he goes in to kiss me and I'm like, 'oh no, oh my gosh.' "And he literally starts making out with a side of my face." Collins adds that people often don't see behind the scenes interactions with "weird men" who show up at events before stalking them and following them to their hotels. British No1 Emma Raducanu was the victim of a terrifying stalking case which saw her burst into tears on court at the Dubai Tennis Championship in February. The 22-tear-old hid behind the umpire's chair as the "fixated man" was removed by security after she spotted him just two points into her game. Raducanu's former coach Roman Kelecic, claimed the man previously stalked her in Singapore, the UAE and Qatar and had even given her a letter and asked for a photo in a coffee shop the day before. He was handed a restraining order from Dubai police while his name was also circulated among tennis authorities before it was revealed in June that the sick man had applied for tickets to this year's Wimbledon. Collins spoke about stalking issues for tennis stars last year, saying it was something many people outside of the sport weren't even aware of, with the tennis pro telling The Telegraph how she doesn't really go places without security detail. But no matter how much these issues need highlighting, Collins will still be the victim of insults. However, Collins actually takes great pride in being insulted, believing that being called a "b****" is often directed at women she "loves and respects". Collins says: "When somebody says that, 'Danielle Collins is a b****.' I kind of just take it as a compliment because so many of the women that I love and respect have been labelled as a 'b****,' and they're a badass woman. "There are women that get s*** done. There are women that go after their dreams. There are women that are assertive, powerful, hardworking and they are people that I strive to be. "So I feel like being a b**** can actually be kind of like a good thing because it also means you're not afraid to back down when someone's being a jerk. "It means that you're not afraid to be yourself, and you're okay with not being liked and you're gonna be confident regardless of what other people think about you."
