Erica Packer and her celebrity chef boyfriend Shannon Bennett have ended their romance.
The mother of three and the part-time MasterChef judge are said to have split earlier this year.
Friends say distance played a key role in the breakdown of the couple's 18-month union.
Packer, the ex-wife of billionaire James Packer and the mother of his three children, lives in London having relocated to the UK with her children in 2023 to be closer to her sister.
Melbourne-born Bennett, whose business Culinary Wonderland is based in Sydney, lives at Belongil Beach near Byron Bay.
'The distance was always going to be a challenge for them,' said one friend.

A year ago Bennett admitted the then 46-year-old Erica was spending a fair bit of time travelling.
'She's really good. (Erica is) going back and forwards a lot. It's a fun and amazing adventure. It's amazing we haven't met earlier. We're loving life. I'm a very lucky man.'
According to sources the travel became less 'fun and amazing' with the passage of time.
Further complicating matters was the couple's combined brood of nine children..
Bennett has six children with former partner, ex Neighbours actor Madeleine West.
The couple welcomed five daughters, Phoenix, Xascha, Xanthe, Xahlia and Margaux and a son, Hendrix, during their 13-year relationship, which ended in 2018 when their youngest children, twin daughters, were just two.

The chef and onetime owner of Melbourne's Vue du Monde restaurant later told the Herald Sun the couple's six children live with him.
Packer's three children, Indigo, Jackson and Emmanuelle are heirs to their businessman-investor father's billion-dollar fortune.
The chef and the onetime model reportedly met at the wedding of Sydney chef Guillaume Brahimi and chicken heiress Tamie Ingham in Paris in June 2023.
They managed to keep their love affair under the radar until photographers captured the entire clan cavorting together on a Byron Bay beach at Christmas in 2023.

Trials are good, gets his big chance today. ZOUSTRONG (4) has the home track advantage. Has placed here behind his handy stablemate Commanding Belle. RACE 4: Super Maiden Handicap (1600m) POUR BENN (1) is a New Zealand bred gelding trained by David Payne who won a VRC Derby among others races with his father, Ace High. Pour Benn was $5.50 into $4.40 when he made his debut here on a Heavy 9 in a mile Super Maiden and battled on as best he could in the conditions to finish fourth. Fitter and smarter perhaps for the experience. HAMMOON HEROINE (4) got to within a half-length of the potentially above-average Patissier and Hurry Miss when she ran third on debut here over 1400m. BET: POUR BENN (1) to win. RACE 5: Benchmark 68 (1600m) TIP TOP TIMING (6) is a Clarry Conners trained gelding who fronts up today for his 76th start but he's not the first iron-horse, ageless warrior to wear these colours. Anyway, what is more important is that despite the fact he just turned eight and has been around the block, he is actually racing in great form. This is the ideal race for him. Rosehill Midway acceptor IRISH BLISS (2) has some good numbers across the board. CASH ME (1) has to be respected as a last start provincial winner. BET: TIP TOP TIMING (6) to win. RACE 6: Maiden Handicap (1200m) They don't come much better bred than RUINATION (5). This recently turned 3YO colt is by Wootton Bassett out of Ron Quinton's Coolmore Classic winner Daysee Doom. Ruination is trained at HQ by Michael Freedman who has booked Jeff Penza for the debut and was dealt a winning draw too (3). Speaking of well-bred 3YOs, shout out RIVENDELL (4), a Vinery gelding, by Ole Kirk out of Wayupinsthesky trained by Peter Snowden (of course). Nice trials, nice horse. MISS PEONY (12) is the best long shot of the day IMHO. Top debut here at $61 last month. BET: RUINATION (5) to win, MISS PEONY (12) each-way. RACE 7: Benchmark 64 (1200m) NOBLE SOLDIER (1) racked up his 50th career start on June 21 when clocking in five lengths behind Lulumon, Storm The Ramparts et al in a Rosehill Benchmark 78. He is back at home at Kembla on Saturday on more or less his preferred surface and given what he has done in the past, he is very well weighted on 60kg. PRETTY SASSY (9) is ready to go but where she goes is anyone's guess; she's accepted for 3 races in 3 venues. KING CHARLES (11) is on a hat-trick. On top of that, he is a local and was a last start t/d winner. BET: NOBLE SOLDIER (1) each-way. RACE 8: Benchmark 64 (1000m) CES SOIREES LA (6) has accepted for the Mona Lisa Prelude at Wyong on Sunday which says a lot about how she is going right now. Long story short; she is (my) best bet if she comes here and a decent place chance at odds in the small field if she goes to Wyong. If she is out, it would open the door for the flashy mare CAN'T TOUCH THIS (9) who led and won by a pretty comfortable margin in the end in that 1000m Class 1 here on August 1. For the record, she drew barrier 3 and had Jeff Penza on, it's Penza again and box 2 today. Shock detail in the death of Kelly Clarkson's ex husband revealed

Brandon Blackstock's shocking death certificate has revealed a secret health issue that 'significantly' contributed to his death at 48. The ex-husband of music powerhouse, Kelly Clarkson, passed away on August 7th following a three-year battle with melanoma cancer. On Thursday, Brandon's death certificate was released and provided more insight into the former music manager's final days. According to the death certificate, seizures were listed as 'significant conditions contributing to death but not resulting in the underlying cause.' The document also stated that no autopsy was performed, and Brandon was cremated. Brandon's cancer battle was not publicly known, although fans suspected something may have been happening with Kelly's family behind the scenes following a series of unexplained absences this year from her talk show. The Grammy-winner made an abrupt departure from The Kelly Clarkson Show several times during 2025 and did not offer a reason to her audience for the break. Then, on August 6th, Kelly talked about Brandon's illness for the first time publicly in an Instagram post that announced she had to abruptly cancel the remainder of her Las Vegas residency shows for the month of August. She wrote: 'Unfortunately, I need to postpone the remainder of the August Studio Session dates in Las Vegas. 'While I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children's father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them.' The following morning, on August 7th, Brandon's former company, Starstruck Entertainment, announced that he had passed away at the age of 48. 'It is with great sadness that we share the news that Brandon Blackstock has passed away. 'Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years, 'He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family. 'We thank you for your thoughts and prayers and ask everyone to respect the family's privacy during this very difficult time,' the company where Brandon served as a music manager for years stated. Stratton passed away at the age of 85, and now fans are remembering some of his most memorable moments. He was best known to film fans for appearing alongside Margaret Pomeranz for decades on numerous movie review shows. As movie buffs mourn his death, Stratton's review of 1997 Australian classic The Castle has gone viral on social media as fans remember his infamous dislike of the flick. 'I thought it was patronising towards its characters, I didn't find it funny.' He added: 'It's very rough [technically]. I'd give it one and half [stars].' Twenty seven years later, he told The Daily Telegraph he had seen The Castle in years since and said he had 'completely misunderstood' the film. 'It was the first film made by a team that worked in television, and it looked to me like a telemovie, whereas I'm very much into the visual side of cinema,' he explained. 'But I obviously completely misunderstood it, as I have watched it a few times since, and I now think it's very funny,' he added. The writer's family announced his death on Thursday afternoon, saying he died peacefully in hospital near his home in the Blue Mountains. '[We] invite everyone to celebrate David's remarkable life and legacy by watching their favourite movie, or David's favourite movie of all time — Singin' In the Rain.' Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is among those who have paid tribute to Stratton. 'With dry humour and sharp insight, David Stratton shared his love of film with our country,' he wrote on Twitter. 'All of us who tuned in to At the Movies respected him for his deep knowledge and for the gentle and generous way he passed it on. May he rest in peace.'
