
Allcargo Terminals reports CFS volume of 48.7K TEUs in June 2025
Allcargo Terminals Limited has released its key business figures for the month ended June 2025, in compliance with SEBI's disclosure norms under the Listing Obligations and Insider Trading Regulations.
According to a limited review by the company's management, Allcargo Terminals reported Container Freight Station (CFS) volumes of 48,700 TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Units) in June 2025, slightly lower than the 51,000 TEUs handled in May 2025.
The data was shared as part of the company's commitment to transparent and timely communication of material operational metrics. Allcargo Terminals continues to maintain its position as a key player in India's logistics and cargo infrastructure sector.

Yali Capital Closes ₹893 Crore Deep Tech Fund

Yali Capital, a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), has announced the successful close of its maiden deep tech-focused fund at INR 893 crore (approximately USD 104 million), significantly surpassing its initial target of INR 500 crore and a INR 310 crore greenshoe option. The fund will invest in both early-stage (Seed, Series A) and late-stage (Series D and beyond) startups, with a strong emphasis on deep-tech domains such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, robotics, genomics, aerospace/surveillance, and smart manufacturing. Lip-Bu Tan, veteran investor and advisor to Yali Capital, said, "I strongly believe in India's deep tech capabilities. It is heartening to see the government, global corporations, and successful entrepreneurs come together to back Yali's deep tech thesis. Nibe signs Technical Collaboration Agreement with Israel's Elbit Systems for PULS rocket system
Nibe Limited has officially entered into a technical collaboration agreement with Israel-based defence technology firm Elbit Systems Land Limited. Signed on July 26, 2025, the agreement focuses on the transfer of license and technology for the Precise & Universal Launch System (PULS), a high-range artillery rocket system. Under this agreement, Elbit will provide Nibe with the necessary know-how and licensing rights to manufacture and assemble the PULS system in India. The system is designed for long-range precision targeting, capable of engaging threats at distances up to 300 kilometers. The collaboration aims to establish a local manufacturing setup for PULS in India, allowing Nibe to take on responsibilities for development, assembly, and integration. The financial terms of the agreement are expected to be finalized within 45 days from the signing date. This is a purely international partnership between two independent entities, with no related party transaction involved. Neither Nibe's promoter group nor its affiliates have any stake or interest in Elbit Systems Land Limited. The agreement aligns with the regulatory requirements under SEBI's disclosure norms.
