Around 30 equity mutual funds are down by over 10% from their 52-week high NAVs, an analysis by ETMutualFunds showed. There were around 288 funds in the selected universe, of which 278 funds are down from their 52-week high NAVs whereas the other 10 funds hit their 52-week high NAV on June 6 only.The top three funds in the list were flexi cap funds . NJ Flexi Cap Fund, Shriram Flexi Cap Fund, and Samco Flexi Cap Fund are down by 18.16%, 15.47%, and 15.40% respectively from their 52-week high NAV.Motilal Oswal Focused Fund and Shriram ELSS Tax Saver Fund are down by 15.34% and 14.34% respectively. Quant Active Fund is down by 13.78% at Rs 630.50 from its 52-week high NAV of Rs 731.24, followed by LIC MF Small Cap Fund which is down by 13.69% from its 52-week high NAV.Two funds from Quant Mutual Fund - Quant ELSS Tax Saver Fund and Quant Mid Cap Fund - are down by 13.19% and 13.08% from their respective 52-week high NAVs. LIC MF Flexi Cap Fund went down by 12.72% from its 52-week high NAV.Two other friends from Quant Mutual Fund - Quant Flexi Cap Fund and Quant Value Fund - are currently down by 12.64% and 12.38% from their respective 52-week high NAVs. Motilal Oswal Midcap Fund is currently at Rs 101.03 NAV down by 11.91% from its 52-week high NAV of Rs 114.69, followed by Mahindra Manulife Small Cap Fund which is down by 11.55% from its 52-week high NAV.Three small cap funds - Tata Small Cap Fund, Quant Small Cap Fund, and Union Small Cap Fund - are down by 10.98%, 10.73%, and 10.70% from their respective 52-week high NAVs.Two other small cap funds - HSBC Small Cap Fund and Bank of India Small Cap Fund - are down by 10.62% and 10.47% from their respective 52-week high NAVs. Tata Focused Equity Fund was the last one in the list which was down by more than 10% from its 52-week high 52-week high NAV. The fund is down by 10.31% from its 52-week high NAV of Rs 25.51.SBI Small Cap Fund is currently down by 9.93%, followed by Quant Large Cap Fund which is down by 9.92% from its 52-week high NAV. The largest small cap fund, Nippon India Small Cap Fund, is currently down by 8.20% at Rs 168.48 from its 52-week high NAV of Rs 183.53.The largest and oldest contra fund, SBI Contra Fund, is down by 6.18% from its 52-week high NAV. Canara Rob Emerg Equities Fund is currently at Rs 257.32 down by nearly 3.58% from its 52-week high NAV of Rs 266.88. Invesco India Large & Mid Cap Fund is the last one in the list which is down from its 52-week high NAV. The fund is down by 0.34% from its 52-week high NAV.Around 10 funds are at their 52-week high NAV which includes SBI Focused Equity Fund, Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Fund, Motilal Oswal Large Cap Fund, Mirae Asset Small Cap Fund, Bajaj Finserv Multi Cap Fund, and UTI Multi Cap Fund. These funds hit their 52-week high NAV on June 6.We considered all equity funds excluding sectoral and thematic funds. We considered regular and growth options. We calculated the difference between the latest NAV and 52-week high NAV.Note, the above exercise is not a recommendation. Zaggle buys two companies in a single day, pumps Rs. 150 crore
PRNewswire Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], June 9: Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited, India's leading spend management company, is set to acquire a 100% stake in Dice and GreenEdge Enterprises for Rs150 crore. Lalithaa Jewellery files IPO papers with Sebi; seeks to raise Rs 1,700 crore
NEW DELHI: Jewellery chain Lalithaa Jewellery Mart has filed preliminary papers with markets regulator Sebi seeking its approval to raise Rs 1,700 crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The Chennai-based company's proposed IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 1,200 crore and an offer-for-sale of equities valued at Rs 500 crore by M Kiran Kumar Jain, according to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). The issue includes a reservation for a subscription by eligible employees, and a discount is being offered to such employees. As per the draft papers filed on Friday, proceeds from the fresh issue to the tune of Rs 1,014.50 crore will be used for setting up new stores, and a portion would be utilised for general corporate purposes.
