El Sonni discusses Libya developments with Guterres
Libya's ambassador to the UN, Taher El Sonni, met with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres to discuss the latest developments in Libya and the challenges facing the political process as well as the current security and economic situation. EU congratulates new HCS leadership headed by Takala
The European Union welcomed the announcement of the election of the new leadership of the High Council of State (HCS), headed by Mohamed Takala, praising the recognition of this leadership by the UN mission.
