When the woman refused, she was assaulted and tortured by the accused in their flat. The accused even tried to insert an iron rod into her private parts.
A family member of the woman alleged that she was beaten so badly that she was not able to stand up straight. They opened a YouTube channel of their production house in 2021. However, only 11 music videos were uploaded in their channel in past four years, which raised suspicions.According to sources, it seems that the accused were involved in a pornographic racket along with their production house. It is learnt that Aryan Khan and his mother, Sweta Khan, were quite influential in the area.Arian Khan allegedly used to file false complaints with the police against those who protested against them in any issue, even though he was involved in various anti-social activities, residents said.Arian and his mother had allegedly not paid rent for the flat where they stayed.
