A motorist was approached by a fake police officer in Crieff, who remarked on his driving.
George Francis was parked in the town's King Street when he was targeted by the bogus constable on July 23 last year.

Police are appealing for information following a fatal crash on Blaeberryhill Road at Glenmore, Whitburn. Around 5.55pm on Friday, 6 June, 2025, officers received a report of a crash involving the driver of a Volvo XC90. Emergency services attended however the 71-year-old male driver was pronounced dead at the scene. A 74-year-old woman who was passenger in the car was taken to hospital to be checked over.
