Former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak is one step closer to possibly serving the rest of his years-long jail term at home. The country's top court has dismissed an appeal to block him from pursuing access to a royal document. The addendum order was allegedly issued as part of a royal pardon, and is said to allow the ex-premier — who has been behind bars since August 2022 — to serve the remainder of his sentence under house arrest.
