Inside Maura Higgins' summer holiday makeup bag as huge new TV job is revealed
As Maura Higgins prepares for her latest television role, the reality star gave fans a glimpse at the makeup must-haves she used to create her summer glow on holiday
Maura Higgins is preparing to step into her latest stint on reality TV, as it was recently announced that she would be joining the American version of The Traitors. Before heading into the famed Traitors castle, Maura has spent the last few months jetting off around the world for both holiday and work, and along the way has given fans a glimpse at the products she uses to create her glowy holiday makeup.
Although she shared a complete breakdown of all of the products she uses, there were three in particular that were responsible for creating her bronzed glow… and they're all under £25. One reason Maura's holiday look is so enviable is its soft, subtle glow that looks healthy and radiant, rather than shiny or oily. For her base, Maura used the L'Oréal Paris Paradise Lumi Glotion, which is a steal at £11.99, which acts as a glow-boosting skin tint that brightens and hydrates your skin for up to 24 hours – perfect for wearing in the sun.
It acts as a primer, foundation, highlighter and contour in one, saving you space in your travel beauty bag, and contains glycerin and shea butter which helps moisturise your skin. It comes in a variety of shades to suit all skin tones, giving you a fresh, natural-looking glow.
To accentuate her tan, Maura applied REFY's £18 Cream Bronzer to help sculpt her features and add some extra bronzing without the sun damage. The cream formula is buildable with a weightless finish, and contains vitamin E and sunflower seed oil, which help hydrate and condition your skin whilst also getting rid of excess oil.
Finally to add some extra glow, Maura applied Vieve's Skin Dew liquid highlighter, £24, which is also packed with skin-loving ingredients like papaya fruit extract, which brightens and adds radiance, shea butter and argan oil for hydration and conditioning, and dragon's blood extract and squalene to moisturise and nourish your complexion. The liquid highlighter also contains golden light-reflecting pigments that suit all skin tones, giving you that instant golden hour glow.

The Voice UK fans face major blow after ITV reveals shake-up
Fans of The Voice UK might have a little longer than usual to wait for their next fix of the ITV singing show. The Voice premiered on BBC One in 2012, airing on the channel for five series before ITV acquired the rights in 2017. With Emma Willis serving as host, the 2025 series was due to air this autumn. However, according to reports, the launch date has been pushed back to early 2026. As claimed by insiders to The Sun, the UK edition of the global franchise will air next January as the schedule undergoes a shake-up. Episodes will reportedly air on weekend nights, but it is yet to be confirmed whether it'll be a Saturday or a Sunday slot. The last series of The Voice UK – which aspires to make stars of unsigned musicians – was won by Ava Manning, who was mentored by the show's first-ever coaching duo, McFly's Danny Jones and Tom Fletcher. But it's not just the schedule getting a rejig this time, as the famous faces sitting in those iconic red chairs will also have a fresh addition. US pop star Kelly Rowland has been confirmed as a new coach, replacing Can't Fight the Moonlight hitmaker LeAnn Rimes. LeAnn, 42, left the show to focus more on her US career, having featured on just one series after the axing of Olly Murs and Anne-Marie. She will now appear as a mentor on the American version of The Voice, alongside Sheryl Crow. As for Kelly, she's certainly no stranger to a judging role. The Voice 2025 series postponed after signing up new celebrity judge
The Voice UK reportedly won't be returning to TV screens until 2026, with the ITV show having also welcomed a new judge in a huge shake-up Fans of The Voice are going to have to wait much longer for the new series to air, it's been revealed. The hit talent show usually airs during the autumn months on ITV, but according to reports, The Voice won't be back on TV screens until 2026. The Sun has reported that the programme will be back in January and will air during the weekend, with TV bosses in the midst of switching up the schedule. That's not the only big change happening, as The Voice is also due to welcome a new judge, who will make their TV debut during the upcoming series. American singer Kelly Rowland will be joining The Voice as a new mentor, following the exit of LeAnn Rimes, who left to focus on her career in the US and has now joined the American edition of The Voice. Kelly will join and Sir Tom Jones on the red chairs, as well as McFly stars Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones, who joined the show last year. Destiny's Child singer Kelly has previously judge on The X Factor and also been a coach on The Voice Australia in the past. Speaking about her latest career venture, Kelly said: 'I am excited to join The Voice UK as a coach, and am looking forward to working with the excellent and passionate coaches the show is known for. "I can't wait to hear all the new talent and to go to battle for my team. Let's go!'
