ICE Says TikTok Star Khaby Lame Detained and Told to Leave U.S.
Originally appeared on E! Online
Khaby Lame was allegedly told to leave the United States.
The TikToker, who is among the world's most followed users on the popular video app, was asked to leave the country after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials said he 'overstayed the terms of his visa,' immigration officials told NBC News.
The Italian Senegalese creator (full name Seringe Khabane Lame) entered the U.S. on April 30 but was later detained at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas June 6 and granted 'voluntary departure,' according to an ICE spokesperson.
Days after entering the country, Lame—who is popular for his wordless, straight-faced parody videos mocking other influencers—attended the 2025 Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
While Lame has not responded to NBC News' request for comment, Sharks Celebrities Mgmt.—an agency that represents the 25-year-old—said in a statement to NBC News that the ICE report is 'fake news' and that Lame 'did not visit the USA this month to begin with.'

Another popular social media user Bo Loudon, who has built a following by being a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump's administration, has since taken credit for Lame's alleged detainment and departure.
'He had worked with a few of my friends,' Loudon said in a video posted to X (formerly Twitter) June 9. 'They told me that his visa was revoked three years ago.'
'I just called some buddies in the administration,' he continued. 'And I've never seen anything happen so quick.'
Since the reported date of Lame's departure from the U.S., the influencer—who is also a goodwill ambassador for the humanitarian aid organization UNICEF—has continued to post on his social media, including a clip from the stands of a Brazilian national soccer team match in São Paulo, Brazil, shared to his Instagram Story June 10.

Brooklyn Beckham Intensifies Family Feud With Strict Warning
The drama within the Beckhams' household continues, with Brooklyn Beckham allegedly choosing his in-laws over his family. The oldest of Victoria and David Beckham's four children has been making waves for a strained relationship with his parents and siblings over his marriage to Nicola Peltz. From skipping out on his father's 50th birthday to other non-appearances at significant family events, Brooklyn Beckham has repeatedly raised eyebrows for seemingly pushing the Beckhams away. However, other sources blame the tension on his parents, especially Victoria Beckham. According to new reports, Brooklyn drew the line with his parents and siblings by warning them to stay away from him and his wife. A source alleged that he wanted zero communication with them, saying: "Brooklyn told his family he wants no contact, and he's not responding to those that try to connect." The media personality's decision to stay clear of his family follows reports of his blossoming relationship with his in-laws. Page Six noted that other sources claimed Brooklyn had grown closer to his wife's parents, billionaire Nelson Peltz and his wife Claudia. Their bond allegedly deepened thanks to the rift with his parents, including the drama linked to his 2022 wedding. The outlet's source, who alleged Brooklyn demanded his parents and siblings stop contacting him, claimed David and Victoria respected his wishes by not telling him about the patriarch's knighthood. However, another insider shared a different narrative. The source explained that Brooklyn and his wife found out about David's big honor "through the media." They implied the couple would have wanted to hear the news directly from the football icon, saying: "Brooklyn is so happy for his dad as he knows it was something important to him, but there was no communication, and no one from the family reached out." More sources blamed the lack of communication between Brooklyn and his parents on him, claiming he was at fault for not contacting his family. Others echoed similar sentiments, noting the media personality and his wife allegedly skipped David's 50th birthday bash intentionally. Previous reports noted the couple skipped the event over Brooklyn's "situationship" with his younger brother Romeo's then-girlfriend Kim Turnbull. However, sources claimed he and his wife excused themselves by alleging they had to be in NYC to prepare Peltz's outfit for the Met Gala. Despite their claims of needing to attend a dress fitting ahead of the event, it was eventually revealed that they were not invited to the annual Gala. Another reason for the tense relationship between the couple and the Beckhams reportedly stemmed from their bond with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Last month, The Blast shared that the reported tension between the Beckham-Peltz couple and the Beckhams had seemingly influenced their decision to protect their image. They hired British solicitor Jenny Afia, the same lawyer the Sussexes used for their "reputation management." Meghan, per reports, referred the lawyer to the Beckham-Peltz couple after bonding with the actress over their image as "the women to tear apart their husbands' families." The Duchess of Sussex and Peltz grew closer during an intimate dinner party in Montecito hosted by Brian Robbins, chief executive at Paramount Pictures. A source claimed the bond between the Sussexes and the Beckham-Peltz couple did not sit right with Victoria and David, who were once pals with Meghan and Harry. The Beckhams fell out with the royal pair after they were accused of leaking stories, allegations that reportedly left them "furious." The root of the problems between the Beckham-Peltz couple and the Beckhams reportedly started in 2022. The Blast covered the story, reporting that sources blamed Victoria for inciting the bad blood by intentionally ruining her daughter-in-law's wedding ceremony. They accused her of stealing Peltz's first dance with Brooklyn, noting Marc Anthony had promised to perform a song at the event as his gift to the couple. The night started fine, with the groom taking the stage at the singer's request, but he called Victoria to join him instead of Peltz. "It was such a jaw-dropping moment that it left the whole room in absolute shock — you could hear a pin drop…It wasn't appropriate," a source recalled. They claimed the incident broke Peltz's heart, and she ran out of the room crying, completely devasted by Victoria's betrayal. Will Brooklyn Beckham and his wife ever reconcile with Victoria and David Beckham?

Arnold Schwarzenegger Blames L.A. ICE Raids on Republicans and Democrats' Lack of Immigration Reform: ‘They're All Political Hacks Rather Than Public Servants'
Arnold Schwarzenegger, former governor of California, commented on the Los Angeles immigration protests and ICE raids while on the red carpet for the Season 2 premiere of his Netflix series, 'Fubar.' On the topic of President Trump's decision to send in the National Guard and the Marines to the site of the protests, Schwarzenegger told Variety, 'Well, I'm not so much interested in that as I am that the politicians have the responsibility to create immigration reform so we don't have to have this crap going on in the first place.' More from Variety Like Father, Like Son: Arnold and Patrick Schwarzenegger on Nepo Babies, Nude Scenes and 'Becoming the Greatest Star of All Time' Ten Years After 'Kung Fury' Rocked Cannes, Director David Sandberg Unwraps 'Heartbreaking' Legal Chaos That Left Feature-Length Sequel in Limbo 'Kung Fury 2': Insane 10-Minute Sizzle Reel Leaked of Michael Fassbender, Arnold Schwarzenegger Action-Comedy Stuck in Legal Limbo Since 2020 'This is the result of Democrats and Republicans not being able to come together in this immigration reform. And so that's what needs to be done so that you don't have to go and start arresting people in the first place, so we know who is in this country and who is working here, who has the temporary working permit, who has the permanent working permit,' Schwarzenegger, who served as governor from 2003 to 2011, added. In response to protests over the escalating ICE raids in L.A., Trump deployed 2,000 California National Guard troops, which first arrived in the city Sunday. Since then, the president has sent an additional 2,000 troops as well as 700 Marines. The protests have so far been held around mostly around downtown L.A., where Mayor Karen Bass has imposed a nightly curfew. 'We don't even know who is in here,' Schwarzenegger said, referring to collecting data on undocumented workers. 'For decades now, they have been avoiding the subject because it's an advantage to both parties to not do it. So they're all political hacks, party hacks, rather than public servants.' Gabriel Luna, who acted opposite Schwarzenegger in 'Fubar' Season 1 and currently appears in 'The Last of Us,' also commented on the ICE raids at the premiere. 'Abolish it. Abolish ICE altogether. It's a terrible waste of resources,' Luna, who is of Mexican descent, told Variety. 'Those resources could be funneled to some more effective ways of handling this immigration issue that they are saying we have. The 15 guys waiting to get a job at 5 a.m. at the Home Depot parking lot are not the ones we need to be worrying about, but that's who's getting scooped up,' he added. The current wave of protests was initially sparked by growing threats of ICE raids late last week. A Home Depot in Paramount became the site of early protests when residents began seeing immigration authorities near the store last Saturday. 'I think everyone with a heart knows and stands on the right side of history…We're becoming increasingly more house cats. We need to be outside. We need to be in the street, and we need to show where we stand. Los Angeles is one of the biggest cities in the world, and the rest of the world goes the way that L.A., New York, Chicago, these places are going,' Luna continued. 'Today and yesterday, incredible, incredible marches in Chicago, incredible marches in New York. It just started, it really just started.'
