Jessica Simpson loved working with Kim Kardashian on 'All's Fair'.
The 44-year-old beauty stars in one episode of the Ryan Murphy-created drama series - which also features the likes of Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash, Teyana Taylor, Sarah Paulson and Glenn Close - and Jessica has revealed that she relished the experience of working with her showbiz pal.
Jessica told 'Extra': "I did an episode of 'All's Fair', and what a show! I mean, great cast. It is so fun … I didn't want it to end, like, I was so grateful that Ryan Murphy thought of me."
Asked how she was cast in the show, Jessica replied: "Just his people called my people.
"Also, like, I'm friends with Kim. I don't know if it was her idea at all, but definitely, I was glad she was on set and we had scenes together."
Jessica also relished the experience of working with Naomi Watts and revealed that her role is "very crazy".
She said: "It was amazing.
"I mean, Naomi Watts, like, we all had a blast ... and the director, Anthony Hemingway, he made me feel so comfortable being crazy, because my role is very crazy."
Meanwhile, Glenn Close recently heaped praise on Kim, describing her co-star as a "very brilliant woman".
The 78-year-old actress revealed that she enjoyed spending time with the brunette beauty.
Recalling their first meeting, Glenn told DailyMail.com: "I was curious. I couldn't wait to meet her.
"I had never done a Ryan Murphy show before, which is a whole other universe, and I think she would be surprised at how I was. I had to find my feet."
Glenn has worked with some of Hollywood's biggest names during her career. But the actress didn't feel it necessary to offer any advice to Kim.
She said: "I would not presume to give Kim Kardashian advice.
"I think she's a very, very brilliant woman. I think she could choose to do anything she wants.
"Frankly, if she wants to be an actress, that's one road. But she could be. She's a great executive. She's a great businesswoman. She's a very, very involved mother. She's getting her law degree. So, I think she has huge potential and that she's fulfilled already as a woman."

"I grew up in a very funny household. My dad is Danish and has a very dry sense of humour, and my mom is Jewish, so that's culturally a big part of our identity. It's certainly a certain kind of humour, and growing up in New York, that's another layer of it, of course. So, I see the ironic humour, also, in terrible things." Scarlett also revealed that her directorial debut was inspired by "very New York-centric" films. She said: "The script did remind me a lot of movies that I love that are specific to independent films from the '90s and early aughts that are very New York-centric, whether it's 'Living Out Loud' or like 'Crossing Delancey' or some Woody Allen films. It felt like the potential for that stuff."

Hugh Jackman appears to have responded after his ex-wife of 27 years Deborra-Lee Furness spoke out publicly about her "traumatic journey of betrayal" as she finally filed for divorce from the Australian A-lister. On Wednesday, the Deadpool & Wolverine star, 56, took to Instagram to share a video of himself successfully executing a skipping routine in his solo stage show Hugh Jackman Live From New York With Love. Jackman could be seen skipping to the tune of NSYNC's Bye Bye Bye at Radio City Music Hall. The hit was most likely a nod to Jackman and actor Ryan Reynolds' starring film Deadpool & Wolverine, which features the single. However the inclusion of the song was notable, given the timing. Jackman also raised eyebrows with a pointed one-word caption. "FINALLY," he wrote. It comes after Furness, 69, filed for divorce from the megastar in New York last Friday, almost two years after the couple announced their split, according to on Wednesday. The actress then took a very surprising public swipe at the Broadway star in a candid statement to the same publication. Furness said her "heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal." "It's a profound wound that cuts deep, however I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us," she said. "This belief has helped me navigate the breakdown of an almost three-decade marriage. I have gained much knowledge and wisdom through this experience. Even when we are presented with apparent adversity, it is leading us to our greatest good, our true purpose. "It can hurt, but in the long run, returning to yourself and living within your own integrity, values and boundaries is liberation and freedom." Furness said she has learned "one thing," and that is "that none of this is personal." She said everyone is on "individual journeys" and "the relationships in our lives are not random." Jackman's ex-wife concluded her statement by saying she remained "grateful". She said people come into our lives to "in order to learn our lessons and to recognise and heal the broken parts of ourselves." The powerful statement stands in stark contrast to claims the high-profile divorce is free from "drama". Furness's lawyer Elena Karabatos reportedly submitted further filings, which include a health care coverage notice, a proposed qualified medical child support order, a New York state case registry form, the settlement, a proposed judgment of divorce, and a certificate of dissolution of the 27-year union. It's understood Furness and Jackman have agreed on the terms behind the scenes. Both parties can now expect a judge to sign the judgment. Furness has already received a "handsome spousal support payment," according to a Daily Mail insider. They suggested there was minimal animosity between the pair as a "settlement was reached that Deborra is pleased with". Another source said Furness or Jackman has not "contested" the divorce and "worked out the details in advance" without any major disagreement. The source said the settlement included alimony and expenses for the future of their adult children, Oscar, 25, and Ava, 19. The former couple's estimated fortune is about $200 million, partly due to the Wolverine star's involvement in the Marvel blockbuster comic book franchise. They reportedly earned a half-million-dollar profit from the $740,000 sale of their first two-bedroom apartment in August 2015 after purchasing it for $240,000 in 1997. Jackman and Furness then spent $21 million on a five-bedroom, three-story apartment in the Meier Towers building in the West Village neighbourhood of New York City in 2008 and listed it for $38.9 million in 2022. They also own a $3.5 million, 2.5-acre property in East Hampton, New York, which they reportedly rent out for $166,666 monthly, a $5.9 million beach house in Bondi, Sydney and a $21 million penthouse in Manhattan's sought-after Chelsea neighbourhood. Before Furness' statement, speculation emerged the Jindabyne actress was bitter about the split. "While he didn't physically cheat on her with Sutton, Deborra-Lee believes they were having an emotional affair, and she feels he betrayed her," a source revealed to in March. Actress Sutton Foster split from her husband of ten years Ted Griffin, last October after Jackman filed for divorce from Furness. After months of speculation, Jackman and Sutton's relationship was finally confirmed when People magazine published exclusive photos of the pair holding hands on a date night in Los Angeles in January. The couple is believed to be moving into Jackman's New York penthouse, which he purchased for USD$21.12 million (AUD $30 million) in 2022 with Furness. According to one source close to the Oscar-nominated who spoke to Closer in February, Jackman 'wants to make Sutton his wife' after recommitting to Foster following a trip back to Australia. The source said the timing of Jackman's official divorce from Furness will impact when he can get married again, but that 'as soon as they are both free and clear, they (Jackman and Foster) want to walk down the aisle'.
