Jenni Kayne Farmhouse Review
Nestled on a cozy plot of land in Tivoli, New York, the Farmhouse is a beautiful four-bedroom, three-bathroom gem featuring a chef's kitchen, a pool and an on-site spa, the Oak Wellness Club. The aesthetic embodies Jenni's signature style, featuring items from the designer's own line of furniture, mixed with more than 70 vintage and antique pieces—some dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries.
'There's something so lovely about spring and early summer in the Hudson Valley,' Kayne says. 'It's not too hot yet, the landscape is bright and ever-changing, and everyone seems to be coming alive after winter. I also love the fall upstate. You get to see all of the changing leaves, which isn't something we get here in L.A.' Here's everything you need to know before checking in.

Start your day with a farmhouse-inspired breakfast, then grab a spot by the pool, where you can lounge all day while listening to the sounds of nature. Wellness abounds at this property, from the on-site sauna, to the cold plunge and hot tub, to the Oak Wellness Club, a beautiful greenhouse that offers massages and facials featuring Kayne's Oak Essentials line of natural, nontoxic skincare, body care, bath products and spa-inspired fragrances.

The Farmhouse features four serene bedrooms decked out in rich hues, plus three spa-like bathrooms stocked with Oak Essentials products, making it a perfect escape for a girls' trip or a romantic weekend getaway with a significant other. 'I've always had a natural instinct and interest in creating whole environments that reflect a certain feeling: grounded, beautiful, effortless,' Kayne says. 'And I've always loved sharing these environments with friends and family. So extending into interiors as the next lifestyle touchpoint was just a natural extension of both my creative inspiration and the brand as a whole.'

Tivoli is worth a visit any time of the year—I've visited in both the middle of summer and late fall. But one of the most lively and memorable times to visit is in summer, when the weather is ideal and guests can enjoy all the outdoor amenities the property has to offer. Those looking for adventure in the area can also book hiking or wine tasting trips. For a more leisurely experience nearby, the boutiques in downtown Hudson are definitely worth a visit. 'Stissing House is my absolute favorite,' Kaye says. 'Every meal there is incredible and the ambience is just perfect.'

Jenni Kayne's Farmhouse is located 100 miles from New York City, about a two-hour drive. It's also accessible by train, a ride of about two hours and 40 minutes (Amtrak to Hudson, followed by a 20-minute Uber ride). The closest airport is Albany International Airport, about a one-hour drive.

Airbnb Needs to Win Over Policymakers – the Cost Is Adding Up
Airbnb portrays itself as a growth story. It will take a lot more lobbying spend in the future to clear a path for that expansion. How is Airbnb going to grow in the face of virtual bans in places like New York City, and crackdowns around the world in places such as Spain and Italy? Last week, for the first time, Airbnb acknowledged that the cash it spends to win over policymakers will contribute to lower profit margins. Airbnb's shareholder letter stated that in the third quarter it anticipates that its adjusted EBITDA margin will be lower than a year earlier because of investments in new growth — which include Experiences, Services, and international expansion — as well as "policy initiatives." "In recent years, global regulations have often targeted Airbnb in response to broader societal issues like housing," Airbnb told Skift in a statement. "Since last year, we've taken a strong stance to protect our hos

Bella Hadid's Latest Look Is Baywatch Meets Tomato Girl Summer
Can you imagine rolling up to your local Cha Cha Matcha in Venice Beach, and being met by supermodel Bella Hadid casually sipping an iced beverage outside? That is precisely what fams were met with earlier today in California, when Hadid posted up at the trendy cafe to mark a special new drink she crafted in collaboration with her brand, Orebella. (According to their Instagram pages, the iced matcha features notes of jasmine tea, rose water, nutmeg, and a 'kiss' of lemon.) While her caffeinated concoction is made with shades of pink and green, Hadid chose a bold red outfit for her latest public appearance. Call her ensemble Baywatch meets tomato girl summer. Up top, her red halter evoked the iconic red bathing suit that Pamela Anderson wore on the Baywatch for years. But instead of leaning into said bathing suit vibe, Hadid paired it with dressier pieces, like cropped gingham pants and chic little rounded ballet flats. Photo: Backgrid Of course, the tomato girl summer trend has been going on for a while now, where one decks themselves out in various shades of red (or other earthy tones that would be found on a tomato vine). Fellow model Kendall Jenner is also a recent fan of the look: She donned a bright red mini dress earlier in the summer. But there is something particularly effortless and elegant about the way Hadid approached the color theory here. By incorporating a classic gingham print and more minimal accessories, her styling feels timelessly polished. Sure, she may be hanging out in Venice Beach, but it's also easily something that you could see on vacation in Italy—like, 20 years from now. (Tomato girl summer is all about living la dolce vita, after all.) All in all, her ensemble is a delicious fashion proposal worth replicating now and for years to come. Suddenly, we're craving pasta.
