
UK Retailers Boost Women on Boards to Almost Half, Study Finds
UK retailers have made 'huge strides' on boardroom gender equality with the number of women now close to parity, a study found.
The proportion of female board members has risen to 47% from 32% in 2021, according to a report by the British Retail Consortium and executive search firm The MBS Group published Tuesday.
