Danniella, 51, was supported by her boyfriend, bare knuckle fighter, Charlie Symonds after the op.
The surgery saw doctors removing cartilage from her rib to help perform a bone graft across the bridge of her nose.
She underwent the procedure on Thursday and told her fans: 'Big day for me heading down for a very long surgery right now to rebuild my face.
'Then I can get back to work.'
A source said: 'Danniella is recovering after the surgery and is being supported by Charlie.
'She is so grateful for the support from her fan base.'
Danniella got hooked on drugs aged 14 after shooting to fame as Sam Mitchell in the BBC One soap.
She said she wasted £250,000 on cocaine, was so badly addicted to the drug that she took five grams a day while pregnant with her son Kai.

Former EastEnders star Danniella Westbrook in Turkey as she prepares to go under the knife for boob job
In 2023, Danniella opened up about her stint on Celebrity Big Brother in 2017 and said she was struggling with her addiction then.
She said: 'When I went on Big Brother my kids were thinking 'oh my God how's she going to be?'
'Because I went on there doing 11 grams of gear [cocaine] a day.'
She got clean before relapsing again a year later and said: 'I'm an addict and the wheels fell off. I was dabbing cocaine in my mouth and rubbing it around my gums to numb the pain.
'People think I was hoovering cocaine up my nose again but I wasn't. I was wiping it around my gums.'
In 2021, she faced another relapse but got clean again.
Since then Danniella has spent over £500,000 rebuilding her face and in 2023 travelled to Turkey for her fifth facial reconstruction surgery, undergoing a surgical thread lift.
The procedure involved them putting 1,200 threads into her face, and then liposuction to remove fat from her body and put it into her cheeks and lips to make her face more symmetrical.

BBC presenter becomes choked up during heartfelt Father's Day announcement
BBC One presenter Duncan Newmarch has jerked the nation's tears once again thanks to his Father's Day tribute. Newmarch has been presenting BBC shows for the last 21 years, introducing some of the channel's biggest programmes. However, his latest piece of work evoked an especially emotional response from viewers at home. Just before announcing tonight's episode of Race Across the World, Newmarch took a moment to recognise Father's Day. The BBC One broadcaster read out: 'Whether you are with your dad, chatting on the phone, or just missing him… happy Father's Day from BBC One.' Wake up to find news on your TV shows in your inbox every morning with Metro's TV Newsletter. Sign up to our newsletter and then select your show in the link we'll send you so we can get TV news tailored to you. Newmarch took to X to share a clip of his announcement, adding the caption: 'A difficult line for me to read this year. Hope you're with your dad or have spoken to him.' The famous voice lost his dad, Douglas Newmarch, in July 2016; hence why those particular words were so difficult to read, as he was doing so for the first time since his own father's death. @CHG3899 took to X to share their thoughts on the special announcement, writing: 'Aww that was lovely Duncan.' Another X user, @cl_clarke, expressed their connection to the announcement: 'Missing him…still…33 years for me this year.' @chriswilliams76 also remembered one of Newmarch's previous emotional voice-overs: 'It's nearly five years since your continuity piece before the Strictly final went viral about the fact that Christmas wasn't the Christmas we had all hoped for…' Indeed, this isn't the first time Newmarch has made viewers cry, as he was responsible for the viral announcement before the Strictly Come Dancing final in 2020. In December that year, as the UK was facing stricter Covid-19 rules, Newmarch spread a heartwarming message in an attempt to keep spirits high in those tough Tier 4 days. The message said: 'Now, in a year that has kept us apart, whether you're watching in Tyne and Wear, Devon, Berkshire, or Lincolnshire… we are all watching BBC One together.' Newmarch tweeted following the announcement, expressing the raw emotion behind it: 'Thank you for the kind comments about my line into the @bbcstrictly final. 'After this afternoon's news I had to rewrite a handful of scripts as they didn't seem appropriate. This is why live announcers can make a difference.' The announcement soon spread as his words resonated with so many people across the nation who were all losing hope in togetherness as the country faced the unknown. Many viewers expressed their gratitude on social media, with one user tweeting: 'It made me cry a little bit, because it was unexpected but perfectly put. Thank you.' Others praised the sincerity and warmth of his words, highlighting the comfort they found in his announcement. More Trending Newmarch was also praised by TV critic Scott Bryan, who said: 'As many people have pointed out, those touching poignant words came from @DuncanNewmarch.' He later wrote back to declare his pride for his profession, saying: 'Thanks Scott. After the PM's announcement, some of tonight's lines (written yesterday) just didn't work so I had some last-minute rewrites. View More » 'Here's to the live announcers across all channels.' Fears for Aadi in Coronation Street as Bernie shares her concerns
It's been something of a quiet time for Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) in Coronation Street recently. We've really only seen him standing behind the counter of the corner shop pricing up custard creams and dealing with the occasional shoplifter. While Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) is away in India, Aadi has been keen to step up and make a success of looking after his dad's business. He's ambitious, in his own way, and focused. And, let's face it, just a tiny bit boring. This is what Bernie (Jane Hazlegrove) thinks, anyway. As Dev's partner she thinks of Aadi and his sister Asha (Tanisha Gorey) as her step-kids and she looks out for their welfare. So when she overhears a conversation between Aadi, Amy (Elle Mulvaney) and Summer (Harriet Bibby) she realises that Aadi is sounding middle-aged well before his time. Since losing her son Paul (Peter Ash), Bernie is more aware than most that life is too short to waste and she tells Aadi to take the rest of the day off and go out and enjoy himself with his friends. Aadi embraces this concept, and tells Summer and Amy that he wants to plan a party. More Trending As we know that Adam Hussain is leaving his role as Aadi in the coming weeks, it seems that this could be the start of his exit storyline. Is something major going to happen at this party that will have repercussions that mean he'll have to leave Weatherfield? Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? 'As some of you may have heard, I will be leaving Coronation Street for new pastures. Over the 5 years I've spent there I have learned so much about the world and the industry and now feel I am ready to spread my wings a little. I have made friends that will last a lifetime and will surely miss such a special family! View More » 'I'm excited to see what the future brings! Bobby Brazier calls dad Jeff a ‘rock' in sweet Father's Day post after brother Freddy makes rehab U-turn
It comes as the star's EastEnders future was recently revealed BOBBY Brazier has called his dad Jeff a 'rock' in a sweet Father Day's post - after his brother Freddy's rehab U-turn. The EastEnders star, 22, and younger sibling Freddy, 20, are sons of Jeff Brazier and the late Jade Goody. 4 Bobby Brazier shared a sweet Father's Day message on Instagram Credit: Rex 4 He called dad Jeff "a rock" alongside a family snap Credit: Instagram 4 Freddy recently made a U-turn on entering rehab Credit: Getty Taking to Instagram, Bobby shared a photo of himself, Jeff and Freddy stood on a beach, looking out towards the ocean. With the three having their arms around each other in the snap, he captioned: "My dads a rock." It comes as Freddy made a shock U-turn on plans to enter rehab – just days after admitting he's been hooked on smoking since the age of 12. The Celebrity Race Across The World alum shared a dramatic change of heart on Instagram over the weekend. Posting a black and white throwback of himself as a child, Freddy wrote: 'You know what I don't need rehab! I just need a holiday with a good group of boys or a retreat.' Freddy stunned followers when he opened up about a long-standing smoking addiction and a desire to make peace with his dad after a tense family rift. The 20-year-old, revealed he wanted to get help in Spain for cannabis, saying he 'wants a healthy relationship with his dad'. In a heartfelt post, he said: 'I want to be clean so I can life happily and have healthy relationships with people and be there for all of my family rather then feeling like I'm in the middle and have to choose a side.' Freddy also shared hopes of mending things with his famous father, saying: 'I want to play football and take up boxing. I want to be happy and be in a healthy relationship and have a healthy relationship with my Nana and my father.' Elsewhere, elder son Bobby has "become a Hare Krishna" and is "seeking solace" in rituals following mum Jade's death. Freddy Brazier reunites with dad Jeff before heading to rehab in Spain amid concern over gran's 'harmful' influence The former Strictly finalist has become a regular at the Hare Krishna temple in Soho, where he takes part in communal prayers, chants mantras and helps prepare meals. Friends say Bobby's interest in spirituality has grown over the past year and is helping him process the lasting impact of losing his mum to cervical cancer in 2009, when he was just five. A volunteer at the temple told MailOnline: 'He's here every Saturday without fail. He joins our kitchen session, learns the prayers – this isn't a gimmick.' A family friend added: 'Bobby had a difficult life. His mum dying left a mark on him, as it would. "Hare Krishna is somewhere he seeks solace. It might seem strange, but for him, it works.' Last year, The Sun published images of Bobby joining in cha-cha-chanting at a Hare Krishna gathering on Oxford Street, where he was even seen handing out leaflets. Bobby said of the movement: 'I've had the blessing of meeting some incredible devotees who have really taken me under the wing and been really merciful upon me. "And they are just the most beautiful, happy, content, smart, intelligent people.' The young actor will also soon be leaving his EastEnders role as Freddie Slater. Inside Bobby Brazier's burgeoning TV career Bobby Brazier has risen through the ranks to become a well known face on British TV. As the son of Jade Goody and Jeff Brazier, he has been well-known amongst the public from a young age. Bobby first embarked on a showbiz career when he was just 16-years old when he started modelling. The star made his catwalk debut in 2020 at Milan Fashion Week, but it wasn't long before he had his eyes on a TV career. He shot to prominence in 2022 when he was cast as Freddie Slater in EastEnders. The incredibly acting skills displayed on screen earned him the National Television Award in the 'Rising Star' category. His famous dad was in tears as Bobby accepted the award on stage in front of the likes of Holly Willoughby and Alison Hammond. It wasn't long before BBC bosses wanted him to take part in the 21st series of Strictly Come Dancing. He clearly impressed the viewers with his dancing skills as he made the grand final and was a runner-up. Since then, viewers were delighted when he returned to his role in the long-running BBC One soap. An EastEnders spokeswoman said: 'We can confirm that Bobby Brazier will be leaving EastEnders, and we wish him all the best for the future.' A telly insider revealed: 'Bosses had a meeting with Bobby only recently as they had a plan in mind for a storyline, and it just so happened that Bobby was also thinking that now was the right time to look for other opportunities outside the show. 'The timing of the decision worked for both, but his final scenes are not for a while yet. 'The character has had a great run, but the time is now right for Bobby to look for other opportunities, and for EastEnders to wave goodbye to Freddie Slater.'
