On Saturday, June 14, the Little Mix alum shared in an Instagram post that she and the twin daughters she shares with boyfriend Zion Foster — named Ocean and Story — were discharged from the hospital, just in time for Nelson's 34th birthday.
"My babies made it home for my birthday 🥹🤍," Nelson wrote, alongside a black-and-white photo of herself gazing at her daughters.

The news came after Nelson spent months in the hospital during her pregnancy after her doctors discovered the twins were monochorionic diamniotic (MCDA), meaning they shared a single placenta.
The baby girls were eventually born at 31 weeks on May 15, the singer previously announced, and had been in the hospital since then.
Nelson first revealed her pregnancy on Instagram on Jan. 12, sharing a Polaroid-style photo of herself and her musician boyfriend with the caption: "She's eating for 3 now 👶👶."

Months later, in March, Nelson spoke about the twins' medical condition, explaining in an emotional video at the time that "one baby might take all the nutrients" from the placenta, or "the other might, which — really awful to say — could lead to both babies dying."
A few days later, Nelson shared an update in which she revealed she was experiencing symptoms that doctors had advised her to "watch out for," including her stomach tightening and difficulty breathing. She captioned the video "TTTS update," referring to twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome.
After a checkup at the hospital, Nelson said doctors determined that "they have to perform [a] procedure" to fix the twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome — "which is obviously not what we wanted to happen." She added, "But it's necessary because it's going to give our babies the best chance of surviving."
In April, Nelson shared an update on her emergency procedure on her Instagram Stories, filmed from her hospital room.
"We just wanted to come on here because we are another week further along and we feel so grateful and blessed that these little babies are still going strong," she said at the time.
The "Boyz" singer finally revealed in a May 18 Instagram post that she had welcomed her twins.
"So … Our beautiful baby girls decided to come at 31 weeks plus 5 days," she and Foster wrote in the caption of the joint post. "It all happened so quickly, but we are so blessed that they are here with us, healthy and fighting strong! We've never felt more in love 🥹."
"Everybody, meet Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster. Born on 15.05.2025 🌊📖," the proud parents added.
Nelson has shared a few updates since then, including another lengthy Instagram post in which she opened up about what it was like to watch her children stay in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for weeks on end.
"Nothing or no one will ever be able to prepare you as a parent for NICU," she wrote in part on May 25. "It's the most scary overwhelming feeling of emotions not being able to feel like you can protect your babies."
"But slowly as the days go by and they get stronger and wires start to come away, moments like this feel like a dream," she continued. "Having them reunited for the first time ever today was the most magical feeling I will never be able to describe 🥹 the strongest little girls I've ever known who really do have the most inspiring story to tell 🤍."

Lindsay Lohan Trades Her Pink Slip for a Lavender Gown at the Freakier Friday Premiere

Leave it to the master of method dressing, Andrew Mukamal, to fashion the ultimate nostalgia-fueled press tour for Lindsay Lohan. Today, at the London premiere of Freakier Friday, Lohan paid homage to her wedding guest dress from Freaky Friday—a lavender, lace-trimmed dress embellished with delicate floral appliques and sequins. Lohan and Mukamal gave the noughties dress a very 2025 update, tapping Ludovic de Saint Sernin to help them update the look. Samir Hussein De Saint Sernin fashioned a lavender dress in his signature chainmail, swapping the spaghetti straps for a rhinestone-encrusted halter neck that scooped under the bust to create an empire waist. The designer also nodded to the original lace detailing with silver rhinestone trompe l'oeil florals along the bodice and a matching trim along the hemline.

New James Bond Movie Will Be Written by Creator of ‘Peaky Blinders'

The director came first, and now it's the screenwriter. MGM just announced that Steven Knight, the creator of Peaky Blinders, has been hired to write the next James Bond movie, which will be directed by Denis Villeneuve. News of Knight's hiring was first reported by Deadline before being confirmed by the official 007 account. According to the trade, since Villeneuve's hiring, producers Amy Pascal and David Heyman (who are shepherding the franchise) have been focusing on finding the right writer. Several people met on the project, and Knight was their choice, but he had to be approved by Villeneuve. The pair met last week, just as Villeneuve got to work on Dune: Part Three, and he gave the seal of approval. If Steven Knight sounds familiar, there are a few reasons. Of course, the biggest is that he created the massive period gangster show, Peaky Blinders, which could speak a bit to how he'd handle a spy film like Bond. On the film side, he's been doing mostly prestige scripts for films such as Eastern Promises, The Hundred Foot Journey, Allied, Spencer, and Maria. He also wrote and directed Serenity, but not the sci-fi Joss Whedon film. He did the infamous one starring Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway. So they haven't all been winners. Knight was also one of the many writers who took a crack at Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy's Rey-centric Star Wars movie. So he's flirted with big franchises before but really gets a major one here. Oh, and don't confuse him with Steven DeKnight, who did Spartacus and Netflix's Daredevil. Different guys. So, what's next for this movie? Well, with Villeneuve off making Dune, Knight will work on the script with the understanding that, once the director starts to wrap up one movie, the script will be in solid shape so he can move to this movie. That means casting for the main character, which is clearly the most exciting thing about this whole process, wouldn't be until sometime next year. Denis Villeneuve is directing a James Bond script by Steven Knight, produced by Amy Pascal and David Heyman. Not a bad lineup, and things are just getting started. What do you think? Justin Timberlake Reveals Health Battle After Concert Clips Go Viral

Pop star Justin Timberlake was back in the news cycle last week, and–as is often the case for him these days–it wasn't good. Video footage of the 44-year-old performing in Europe on the final dates of his 'Forget Tomorrow' world tour went viral on social media, with users declaring he appeared tired and disengaged. Now, after wrapping the tour with a July 30 concert in Istanbul, Timberlake revealed in an Instagram post that he has been diagnosed with Lyme disease. '…I don't say (this) so you feel bad for me –– but to shed some light on what I've been up against behind the scenes,' he wrote Thursday. 'If you've experienced this disease or know someone who has — then you're aware: living with this can be relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically. When I first got the diagnosis I was shocked for sure. But, at least I could understand why I would be onstage and in a massive amount of nerve pain or, just feeling crazy fatigue or sickness. ' Timberlake didn't mention when he was diagnosed, but said he 'was faced with a personal decision" upon hearing the news: "Stop touring? Or, keep going and figure it out." '…I decided the joy that performing brings me far outweighs the fleeting stress my body was feeling. I'm so glad I kept going.' Timberlake's viral concert videos formed the latest chapter in an exceptionally rough year of PR for the 'SexyBack' singer, starting with his DWI arrest in June of 2024. His alleged quote to the police--"This is going to ruin the tour"--became a massive meme. He canceled several U.S. dates, citing struggles with the flu, bronchitis, laryngitis and a back injury. The concerts that continued as planned went under the microscope on TikTok, with users poking fun at stage malfunctions and lackluster moments. In one widely shared clip from a June 28 concert in Dublin, Ireland, Timberlake set his microphone down on stage, instead having his audience sing the beginning of his 2016 hit 'Can't Stop the Feeling!' In Thursday's post, along with heaping praise on his fans, family and touring crew, Timberlake also revealed the 'Forget Tomorrow' tour could possibly have been his last. 'I honestly don't know what my future is onstage,' he wrote, 'but I'll always cherish this run! And all of them before ! It's been the stuff of LEGEND for me.'
