Between sharing what they learned about one another while competing on the show, cheering for all the eliminated queens walking on the mainstage of Drag Race with their finale extravaganza looks, and watching the solo numbers from Jewels ("Ding") and Onya ("It Do Take Nurve") during the episode, the queens got emotional as they heard the top 2 being announced and reflected on this being the end of Lexi and Sam's journeys in the competition.
The top 4 queens are also seen watching the lip sync for the crown between Onya and Jewels to "Abracadabra" by Lady Gaga — though it was likely cut short due to copyright reasons. After all, the song was licensed for the Drag Race finale, not for this subsequent live reaction video.
Toward the end, the frame locked in on Jewels and Onya holding each other's hands and waiting for Ru's suspenseful delivery of which queen was crowned a winner.

As the frontrunner of the entire season who won as many as four maxi challenges on Drag Race, Onya was indeed crowned America's Next Drag Superstar — an incredibly well-deserved outcome after such a wonderful run throughout the competition.
Onya's immediate response was a loud scream that was filled with joy and pride. In the meantime, the other finalists congratulated her, and some of them even got a little bit emotional after hearing Ru's announcement.
But the crowning of Onya Nurve is only the beginning for a year full of more (so much more) Drag Race. In just a few weeks, a gag-worthy cast made up of 18 queens are all returning to compete on All Stars 10 — hailed as the ultimate "Tournament of All Stars" for the franchise.

I want to prove to myself that I can do it. No glam, no red carpets, no magazine covers. This is literally just going to be me to my core and I am excited about it but I don't think the course is ready for Bimini." Bimini recently opened up about their time on the show while speaking on their podcast, Pieces with Bimini. Answering questions from fans, Bimini revealed the contestants they'd grown close to while on the show, saying: "Lucy - love Lucy Spraggan. 'Drag Race' alum scores silver medal in artistic swimming at World Aquatics Masters
A former Drag Race competitor has found a new place to shine — the world of artistic swimming. And she just won a silver medal in a major international competition in the process. Fans of Canada's Drag Race may know Giorgio Triberio better as Gia Metric, one of the queens who made it to the top four in season two of the RPDR spin-off. But off-stage, Triberio has spent the last year training to attend the 2025 World Aquatics Masters Championships in Singapore. Speaking to OutSports, the Drag Race alum admitted that he became interested in artistic swimming after attending a show in 2021 with a friend, Jordan Wuest, who works as a coach. "I remember being sat in the crowd at this show, jaw on the floor, being like, 'Oh my gosh, they're dancing in the water!'" he said. "I was mesmerized as I'd never seen synchro in person before. That's where my fascination with the sport began." Triberio wound up asking Wuest to train him, setting a goal to join her club at the Worlds this summer. With hard work, he qualified at provincials in April with a gold medal and set off for Singapore, where he performed to an original song he wrote and recorded himself. And when all was said and done, he not only came in second for his age group (30-39) in the men's solo free competition, but walked away empowered to keep competing. "It's an incredible feeling," he told OutSports. "Coming into Singapore, there was so much potential in this being a 'one and done' for me. Now I'm looking at the Gay Games in Valencia next year, and there's potential to achieve a lot of things. It's definitely something I'll be sticking to."
