Rashid Al Matrooshi Appointed Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Civil Defence by Royal Decree

In a related move, Decision No. (26) of 2025 has been issued appointing Major General Jamal bin Aded Al Muhairi as Deputy Commander-in-Chief. Both the decree and the decision are effective immediately from the date of issuance and will be officially published in the Official Gazette. Al Matrooshi brings extensive experience in emergency services and public safety, having previously served in senior roles within the civil defence apparatus.
