Rumer Willis gave an update on her father Bruce Willis' battle with dementia in a heart-wrenching Father's Day tribute.
'Today is hard, I feel a deep ache in my chest to talk to you and tell you everything I'm doing and what's going on in my life,' she wrote via Instagram on Sunday.
'To hug you and ask you about life and your stories and struggles and successes. I wish I asked you more questions while you could still tell me about it all,' Rumer continued, suggesting he was having trouble with his speech and memory.
'But I know you wouldn't want me to be sad today so I'll try to just be grateful reminding myself how lucky I am that you're my dad and that you're still with me,' she added.
'I can still hold you and hug you and kiss your cheek and rub your head I can tell you stories.'
The 36-year-old actress gushed over how the Die Hard star's 'eyes light up' when he sees her 2-year-old daughter, Louetta, whom she shares with her ex Derek Richard Thomas.
'I will be grateful for every moment I have with you. I love you so much dad happy Father's Day,' she continued.
'Sending love to all those who are in the boat with me or have lost their fathers, to the single mums who are the dads too, to my future baby daddyï¸ …'
Rumer shared a series of photos of herself and Bruce throughout the years, plus one of her father with his granddaughter.
Bruce, 70, stepped out of the spotlight in 2022 after being diagnosed with aphasia.
In 2023, his family revealed he was battling frontotemporal dementia, which results in speech and behavioural issues, per the Mayo Clinic.
The actor shares Rumer, along with daughters Scout Willis, 33, and Tallulah Willis, 31, with his ex-wife, Demi Moore, whom he was married to from 1987 to 2000.
The exes have maintained an amicable relationship throughout the years, and The Substance star, 62, has visited Bruce every week amid his ongoing health journey.
Bruce also shares 12-year-old daughter Mabel and 10-year-old daughter Evelyn with his wife, Emma Heming, 46.
Heming, who married the Pulp Fiction star in 2009, often gives updates on her famous husband and the 'monumental highs and devastating lows' of his health battle.

‘Blocked': Justin Bieber shares angry break-up texts as he ends friendship publicly

It's too late now to say sorry. Justin Bieber vented his frustrations on social media as he shared a confrontational text message exchange with an unidentified friend who accused him of 'lashing out.' 'I will never suppress my emotions for someone,' the pop star wrote, according to the screenshots posted via Instagram Sunday evening. 'Conflict is part of relationship. If you don't like my anger you don't like me.' 'My anger is a response to pain I have been thru [sic],' Bieber continued. 'Asking a traumatised person not to be traumatised is simply mean.' The singer's friend then responded, 'I'm not used to someone lashing out at me. It's not that I don't see and feel your anger.' Bieber fired back, 'Ouch. This friendship is officially over. I will never accept a man calling my anger lashing out.' Though the Grammy winner, 31, said he enjoyed their 'short-lived relationship,' he went on the blast the unnamed text recipient. 'I wasn't kidding when I told u I didn't need u as a friend,' Bieber said, pointing out that he has 'good friends who will respect [his] boundaries.' 'This confirms u were the p—y I always thought u were,' he added. The hitmaker further elaborated on his current state of mind as he shared the text conversation on his Instagram Story. 'Quit asking me if I'm okay,' he wrote on top. 'Quit asking me how I'm doing. I don't do that to you because I know how hard life is for all of us. 'It's hard. Letss [sic] encourage our people not project our insecurities onto one another.' Bieber concluded, 'Your concern doesn't come off as care. It's just oppressive weirdo.' The singer's PSA came days after he angrily confronted paparazzi who were waiting for him outside Soho House Malibu on Thursday night. 'Not me today bro,' Bieber told the shutterbugs while holding his arm over his face. 'How do you think it's going with you in my f–king face? Get out of my f–king face!'
