British YouTuber fakes his death to get Rs 4,300 refund from airline. But...
Then, Fosh jetted off to the Principality of Seborga, a self-declared micronation in northern Italy, after discovering a clause in the airline's policy: refunds are only granted in the event of a passenger's death.'Airlines will only provide cash refunds if passengers are dead. So, I needed to die. This is the story of how I travelled to another country, and held my own funeral and was legally declared dead all to get back 37.28 GBP (Rs 4,300, approximately) from the big bad airline,' he said.Seborga's head of state, Princess Nina Menegatto, was seemingly sympathetic to Fosh's cause and issued a one-time death certificate declaring him 'officially dead' on behalf of the principality. To complete the illusion, the YouTuber even hired mourners and hosted his own funeral.Although the video was comedic in tone, it carried a clear message: "I've realised people have lost thousands of pounds because of these airlines.' Despite refraining from naming the airline, Fosh's commentary targeted industry-wide refund practices several customers find unfair.advertisement Meanwhile, after submitting the Seborgan death certificate, Fosh received a response from the airline agreeing to process the refund and requesting his bank details. But, just as he was about to cash in on his mission, his lawyer intervened.'It's not fraud, but it is fraudulent,' said the lawyer over the phone, warning him against proceeding.Fosh ultimately agreed, saying, 'He told me off and said that I mustn't claim the money,' concluding the video with a disclaimer to his audience: 'Please, please do not do this to yourself at home.'- Ends

Meet actress who did 3 films in 6 months, earned Rs 1000 crores, known as 'golden girl' of box office, no one could compete with her, she is…
The year 2025 has been fine so far in terms of films and box office. Back to back hits were not seen but it cannot be said that the earnings were slow. Talking about the first hit of this year, this title goes to Vicky Kaushal's Chhava. She gave the first hit of the year, but apart from this, she did not have any hits from 2024 till Chhava. No,w if we talk about the actress who gave a stupendous performance in the first 6 months of 2025, there is one name who has given 3 films so far and these films have earned around Rs 800 crore. Who is this golden girl? The name of this golden girl is Rashmika Mandanna. In the recent past, Rashmika has become such a lucky charm that any film in which she appears is sure to earn crores, be it Pushpa Part-1 and 2 or Animal. After this, Rashmika's name has become the first choice among film makers. Now if we talk about 2025, her hit film was Chhava. Chhava collected around 807.88 crores worldwide at the box office. After Chhava, Rashmika Mandanna appeared in Sikandar with Salman Khan. This film of Bhaijaan and Golden Girl cannot be called a hit, but it also showed full strength in terms of earnings. Sikandar collected 177 crores worldwide. Recently, Rashmika Mandanna appeared in Kubera with Dhanush. This film, released on June 20, has collected Rs 83.55 crore in 13 days. Now if the collections of these three films of Rashmika are combined, then the actress has earned Rs 1,068.43 crores at the box office in 6 months. How much competition could other actresses give to Rashmika in 6 months? Apart from Rashmika, other actresses who appeared on screen include Vaani Kapoor (Raid 2), Sara Ali Khan (Sky Force), Genelia D'Souza (Sittare Zameen Par), Ananya Pandey (Kesari 2), and Vamika Gabbi (Bhool Chook Maaf). These actresses did good business and made it to the top-10 list of Wikipedia's top-grossing films, but only one film each of them released in theaters and there was no such big miracle that could shake Rashmika's position. Talking about their earnings, Raid 2 earned 243 crores, Sky Force got 168.88 crores, Sitare Zameen Par's collection was 199.09 crores, Kesari 2 earned 144.35 and Bhool Chook Maaf was limited to 90.78 crores.

Metro In Dino Box Office Preview: Anurag Basu directorial run time, screen count, advance booking, & opening day
After Barfi and Jagga Jasoos, director Anurag Basu is back on the big screen with Metro In Dino, which is a spiritual sequel to Life In A Metro. The film is an anthology with a strong ensemble Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Saswata Chatterjee. The film has been certified U/A by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with an approved run time of 2 hours and 42 minutes. Metro In Dino is seeing an All-India release by Anil Thadani, who is set to bring the film on about 2000 screens, with showcasing largely catering to the multiplexes in urban belts. The Anurag Basu directorial has secured better/similar showcasing than a giant like Jurassic World in national chains like PVRInox, & Cinepolis, which is a big win from distribution point of view for the feature film. However, despite higher showcasing in the chains, the pre-sales are not up-to the mark. A tighter release would have been better approach for a film of this genre, as it looks like an urban film catering to the elite audience. As on Thursday at 6 PM, Metro In Dino has sold 9500 tickets in the top three national chains – PVRInox and Cinepolis. The film will be looking to close with pre-sales around the 16,500 to 17,500 ticket mark, which is not so good for a film made on this budget. The first day of the Anurag Basu directorial is expected to be in the range of Rs 3.75 crore to Rs 4.25 crore, and the hope is on the word of mouth to kick in from there, and lead to bigger spikes in business on Saturday and Sunday. The film should be hoping to double up on Saturday, stabilize on Sunday, followed by a Monday similar to Friday to have a shot at emerging a success story. Metro In Dino would have opened better by at-least 25 to 30 percent if the music landed as well as the first part, but apart from Zamana Lage, nothing has really hit the bullseye so far.
