Michaels' 2025 Halloween décor collections include:
Trick or Treat (available June 13): This playful, family-friendly collection features timeless icons like jack-o-lanterns, ghosts, and witches, in a palette of orange, black, white, and bold electric green. With charming ceramic décor, Halloween nutcrackers, and cozy sherpa pillows featuring friendly ghosts and ghastly pets, this collection delivers nostalgic charm with a modern twist.
Sweet & Spooky (available June 13): This '90s punk-meets-preppy collection is the ultimate blueprint for a Haunt Girl Summer. With Y2K vibes, cheeky pop culture references, and a goth-glam twist, it's equal parts spooky and sweet. Pink and black collide in this bold update to #Pinkoween—featuring heart-eyed skulls, disco ghosts, and skeletons lounging on pool floats—for a Summerween aesthetic made for main character energy.
Dead Regency (available July 25): This moody, regency-inspired collection evokes a ghostly ballroom with dusty purples, antique metallics, velvet textures, and faux dead florals. Crystal-draped candelabras, eerie busts, and decorative book boxes set the scene for a chillingly elegant celebration.
Iridescent Moon (available July 25): For lovers of all things witchy and weird, this gothic-glam collection blends celestial shimmer with deep black and navy hues. Alongside ravens, potion bottles, and spell books, cheeky skeleton figurines steal the show—caught mid-pickleball match, slurping ramen, and generally living their best afterlife.
Alice's Adventure (available August 15): This wildly original collection transforms a childhood classic into a Halloween fever dream, complete with melting clocks, mischievous rabbits, playing card motifs, and tea party chaos. Black-and-white harlequin patterns meet bold pops of red and blue, replacing traditional spooky hues with a palette that's both upscale and unexpected. With details like spiders in top hats and iconic quotes pulled straight from the story, this curiously creative collection is offbeat, enchanting, and entirely unforgettable.

LAIKA'S ParaNorman Returns to the Big Screen in Remastered RealD 3D for Exclusive Halloween Run Featuring a Brand-New CG Short Film Starring Anna Kendrick and Finn Wolfhard

Limited engagement includes the world premiere of ParaNorman: The Thrifting Following the record-breaking 2024 re-release of Coraline, LAIKA once again partners with Fathom Entertainment and Trafalgar Releasing to bring this Halloween event to the global moviegoing audience ANNECY, France & HILLSBORO, Ore. & DENVER & LONDON, June 13, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LAIKA's award-winning stop-motion animated film ParaNorman returns this Halloween for a one-week theatrical engagement. As with the record-breaking 15th Anniversary 2024 re-release of Coraline in 2D and RealD 3D, LAIKA will bring the gloriously remastered ParaNorman (originally released in 2012) to global audiences in partnership with Trafalgar Releasing in international markets premiering Thursday, October 23 and Fathom Entertainment in the US premiering Saturday, October 25. LAIKA's delightful second film, which garnered multiple awards including Oscar®, BAFTA® and Golden Globe nominations, as well as multiple ANNIE Awards®, was written by Chris Butler (Missing Link, ParaNorman) and directed by Butler and Sam Fell (Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget). Offered in stunning, newly remastered RealD 3D and 2D formats, ParaNorman's return launches a year-long 20th Anniversary celebration of LAIKA, it was announced today at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival. The studio's new, CG animated short film, ParaNorman: The Thrifting is directed by LAIKA's lead character designer Thibault LeClercq and written by Chris Butler. The short features the voice work of Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard and Anna Kendrick reprising her role of Norman's older sister, Courtney Babcock. Produced in association with Passion Pictures, ParaNorman: The Thrifting will be attached to the re-release screenings. Coraline's re-release success last year signaled an audience desire for repertory cinema as moviegoers re-discover older films, especially accessible horror titles that families can enjoy together. Coraline's return scored $56M in worldwide box office, making it one of the biggest global film re-releases of the past decade and the highest grossing stop-motion movie of all time. "ParaNorman was a breakthrough film for LAIKA -- emotionally rich, visually daring, and proudly weird in all the right ways," said LAIKA's Chief Marketing & Operations Officer David Burke. "Bringing it back to theaters in stunning remastered 3D, paired with a brand-new short film, is an invitation for audiences to rediscover the heart and humor of Norman's world -- or experience it for the first time. Today, horror has become a shared family ritual, and ParaNorman sits right at the intersection of spooky and meaningful. It's the perfect 'starter horror' -- a gateway into genre storytelling that's as thoughtful as it is thrilling." "Fathom is very pleased to extend our distribution partnership with LAIKA and bring the critically acclaimed ParaNorman back to US audiences this Halloween in both 2D and RealD 3D and with the exclusive consumer added value feature, ParaNorman: The Thrifting," said Ray Nutt, Fathom Entertainment's Chief Executive Officer. "Coraline consumers voted with their wallets last year, resulting in approximately 70% of the record-breaking $34M+ U.S. theatrical box office coming in 3D. ParaNorman is the ideal, spooky follow-up for audiences to enjoy on the big screen later this year." "Following the incredible global response to Coraline's theatrical re-release, which surpassed its original box office run in some international markets, we're thrilled to partner with LAIKA once again to bring ParaNorman back to the big screen this Fall," said Kymberli Frueh, SVP of Programming and Content Acquisitions at Trafalgar Releasing. "ParaNorman is a visually stunning, emotionally resonant film that deserves to be experienced in theaters -- both in 2D and in vividly remastered RealD 3D. We can't wait for audiences around the world to rediscover this groundbreaking stop-motion classic." Image: Courtesy of LAIKAHi Res Version, please visit HERE. Elva Ni and Phil Lam Help Rare Disease Teen Realize His Dream

Heartwarming First Episode of "Elva's Dream Series" Debuts Support Community Med Care's Free Traditional Chinese Medicine Program for Children HONG KONG, June 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Med Care proudly launches the first episode of its new YouTube documentary series "Elva's Dream Series", created in collaboration with ambassador Elva Ni. After nearly a year of preparation and filming, each episode highlights a child receiving treatment under the "Stand Up with Love: Angel Mission" program — a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) initiative offering free consultations to children with rare diseases, autism, or brain disorders. With Elva's full support, the children pursue and accomplish what once seemed like impossible dreams. Download high-resolution images: In the debut episode, Elva teams up with singer-songwriter Phil Lam to help a teenage boy with a rare disease, Tsz Kin, realize his dream of composing music. Elva hopes these stories will inspire others not to give up and calls on the public to support the "Angel Mission", which brings TCM care and new hope to children facing serious medical conditions. Elva Ni and Phil Lam Help Teen with Muscular Dystrophy Compose His First Song The first episode features 16-year-old Tsz Kin, who suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a rare and currently incurable disease. The condition affects approximately 1 in 5,000 individuals, currently has no cure, and the average life expectancy for patients is 18 years. Diagnosed at just 18 months old, Tsz Kin began using a wheelchair in 2018 as his muscles weakened. Since 2019, he has been receiving weekly acupuncture treatments through the "Angel Mission", which have helped relieve the deterioration in his hands and muscle strength. A passionate music lover, Tsz Kin had always dreamed of learning to compose. With Elva's encouragement and guidance, he began studying composition and arrangement from scratch. Elva even gifted him an electric keyboard to fuel his creativity, becoming his "muse" along the way. After months of hard work, Tsz Kin completed the first draft of his debut song. Deeply moved by his journey, Phil Lam happily agreed to mentor him further. The episode concludes with Tsz Kin, Elva, and Phil co-performing the completed piece — a moment of joy and triumph for the aspiring young composer, who expressed his heartfelt gratitude to both Elva and Phil for their support. Children with Autism Become a Princess and Shop Assistant The second and third episodes of "Elva's Dream Series" focus on children with autism. The second episode features 14-year-old Sze Wai, who has long dreamed of becoming a Disney princess. After listening carefully to her story, Elva personally did Sze Wai's makeup, helping her transform into Belle from "Beauty and the Beast". Sze Wai's radiant smile spoke volumes about her happiness. In the third episode, we meet Kai Man, another young girl with autism who dreams of becoming a confident, independent shop assistant. With support from her mother and Elva, she bravely faced the challenges posed by speech difficulties and got a chance to experience her dream job. "Stand Up with Love: Angel Mission" Brings Free TCM to Children in Need Founded in October 2018 by Professor Wong Tin Chee, Community Med Care is a charity organization providing free TCM care, especially bone-setting treatments, to children and youth (ages 0–30) with congenital or acquired brain damage, autism, Down syndrome, rare diseases, and more. The "Stand Up with Love: Angel Mission" is its flagship initiative, celebrating its 7th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion, ambassador Elva Ni created the "Elva's Dream Series" mini-documentary in partnership with the organization. Each episode follows a child's journey — understanding their daily life, challenges, and dreams, and helping them achieve what once seemed unreachable. Elva's Dream Series This seven-episode mini-documentary series premieres on June 13, 2025, and will air on the second Friday of each month at 5 PM on Elva Ni's official YouTube channel ( ).
