New platform, big lineup! Cincoze unveils 60 new Meteor Lake PS panel PCs
Improved performance x Power-Saving x AI Boost
Enhanced performance comes courtesy of the latest Intel® 4 Core Ultra i7/i5/i3 U series (Meteor Lake-PS) processors, with up to 12 cores and only 15W low power consumption, providing 1.8x the performance of the previous models. The new built-in Intel NPU delivers faster and more efficient AI boost capabilities for high-volume image processing and AI recognition. There is a dynamic thermal mechanism that automatically adjusts tolerances in all directions to ensure the closest fit between the upper cover and the CPU heat sink. These adjustments solve the heat dissipation challenges of high-performance computing and allow the CPU to operate at full performance.
Flexibility for any application
The new models are flexible and expandable, supporting Intel Core Ultra series LGA-type CPUs, and a built-in M.2 Key B/E slot enabling expansion options for 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NVMe, and various I/O interfaces. The P2302E panel PC model has an additional PCI/PCIe slot for expansion cards up to 75W (111 x 169 mm), further addressing various edge computing scenarios.
Rugged with comprehensive specifications
Comprehensive options are the defining strength of the Cincoze panel PC lineup. The new models include an industrial panel PC series (CV/P2302 series) for general harsh environments, a sunlight readable panel PC series (CS/P2302 series) for high-brightness outdoor environments, and an open frame panel PC series (CO/P2302 series) for integration in machines and equipment. Each series provides options for screen size (12- to 24-inch), resolution (up to FHD), display ratio (4:3, 5:4, 16:9), brightness (up to 1,800nit), and touch (P-cap and resistive). All models are rugged and reliable, built with industrial-grade materials and industrial-grade protections such as wide temperature, wide voltage, and dustproof and waterproof IP65 front panel, providing complete and reliable HMI solutions for various harsh environment applications.

Four Key Lessons From Trane Technologies' Skills-Based Journey
From rethinking job requirements to creating an innovative apprenticeship program, Trane Technologies has invested in powerful skills-based practices and become a leading skills-based company – in their industry and beyond. Explore insights from their journey. Amidst significant economic and labor market shifts, establishing innovative practices for seeking and retaining talent is no longer a 'nice to have,' but a critical need. At my company, Trane Technologies, we know that every individual's unique background and perspective brings value to our business. We also know that skills and abilities come from many sources. We are developing a workforce reflective of our communities, valued for their skills and experience – with pathways to thrive both at work and at home. Two years ago, Trane Technologies decided to take a more strategic approach to creating pathways, programs and partnerships for some of our most critical job roles. Trane has always hired employees without four-year degrees, including roughly a third of our current global workforce of more than 45,000. But we hadn't codified this approach into our hiring practices. We saw a valuable opportunity to challenge ourselves to innovate further and build a more robust talent pipeline – especially for people with interest and aptitude for our business, but without formal credentials or experience. The opportunity was particularly timely because creating a new talent pool of commercial service technicians has become a business imperative. The commercial HVAC service technicians who repair and service HVAC systems in schools, universities, hospitals and office buildings represent a sizable portion of our workforce and are one of our – and the industry's – most mission-critical roles. The company has seen several years of significant, continued growth, but our technicians are aging and retiring, and the competition for talent is fierce. The key to creating a sustainable talent pipeline for these roles, then, was to open the doors to opportunity even more widely than before. In 2023, we launched the Trane® Technician Apprenticeship Program to build a bigger and more diverse service technician workforce. Nationally registered through the U.S. Department of Labor, the TAP is a four-year earn-as-you-learn program designed to recruit and train aspiring HVAC technicians regardless of education or experience. Since the program launched, five cohorts totaling 155 apprentices in more than 30 states have participated. We've retained 86% of our apprentices. More than 95%of our apprentices are STARs - they come from the ranks of the more than 70 million American adults who do not possess a four-year college degree but have gained valuable workforce skills through alternate routes like community college, work experience in other industries or the military. Our apprentices are diverse, with more than one-third from underrepresented backgrounds. We also learned that apprenticeship isn't just an early talent strategy. One third of TAP participants are 30 or older. In the two years since launching the TAP, we've gained much knowledge along our journey to develop skills-based pathways into careers at Trane Technologies. Here are four lessons we've learned along the way: Just get started. Nothing saps the energy out of a corporate initiative faster than inertia. Rather than spending years designing the perfect program and starting with a small pilot, understanding the urgency of the task at hand, we launched a fully developed and functional companywide apprenticeship program in just 90 days. But we also gave ourselves some grace, and the permission to take an iterative approach to introducing new waves of enhancements in the future – including an assessment that allowed candidates with relevant experience to earn accelerated placement into higher levels of the program. We continue to empower ourselves to improve the TAP, identifying, evaluating and implementing new ways of ensuring the experience we bring to our apprentices meets the value they bring to our organization. Skills-based talent development is a holistic process. Our new apprenticeship program was just one part of how we're challenging traditional hiring norms to broaden our talent pools. On a parallel track, we reconsidered how we hired for other critical company roles. We looked for unnecessary four-year degree requirements. We searched for job posts that asked for industry experience where it wasn't needed. Our goal was to find and eliminate barriers that prevented us from building the broadest and deepest talent pools, internally and externally. To date, Trane has removed the four-year degree requirement for more than 50 roles, including business-critical jobs such as account managers, plant supervisors and maintenance managers. Our talent philosophy has always been focused on looking at the whole person. But, by growing and evolving our commitment to skills-based hiring, and codifying our skills-first approach into our hiring and promotion practices, we are continuing to challenge the myth that no degree means no skills. Seek outside expertise. Our hiring managers and corporate executives are highly knowledgeable, yet we knew this skills-based process would benefit from outside experience. Our partnership with Grads of Life gave us the guidance we needed to get this process moving quickly. In 2024, Grads of Life assembled a collaborative process that helped us determine how to accelerate our efforts to re-credential roles, identify required skills and reconsider candidate assessments. This year, this partnership has expanded into an internal change effort to train hiring managers, provide them with the proper tools and resources, embed the skills-based approach within the hiring process and empower advocates to communicate these changes throughout the company. Using Grads of Life's Skills-First Accelerator and Skills-First Navigator, we're not just identifying the places that Trane Technologies can shift its practices and protocols to better center skills, but also taking the steps to recredential roles, provide mentorship and guidance to hiring managers, and manage change more broadly across the organization. This external expertise has been invaluable in helping us develop a formula we can now use for multiple roles across the company. Encourage employees to tell their stories. In the workplace, employees tend to be reluctant to share parts of their background that make them seem different. But stories about how employees overcame barriers and followed unconventional routes to where they are professionally are powerful. People who succeed without four-year degrees tend to be resilient self-starters who take the initiative to learn the skills they need to get hired and promoted. Sharing these inspirational stories across an organization can engage other employees with similar experiences and help them feel that they're not 'less than' — just different. One story we're sharing is about an employee who started out on our parts counter and is now running a multi-state division that supplies HVAC parts to Trane customers throughout the South. Another of those stories is mine. I grew up in a small rural town and was the first member of my family to graduate from college. I never felt comfortable talking about that part of my background until I was in this role – and I've met dozens of other coworkers who followed a similar path. Our recent experiences with skills-based talent development demonstrate that talent can travel along many different paths. By not letting perfect be the enemy of the good and tapping into internal and external expertise, organizations can help non-degreed employees thrive. It's good for them — and it's good for business.

Trump's Nvidia and Intel meddling is a 'scattershot method of crony capitalism': Walter Isaacson
President Donald Trump's dealings with Intel and Nvidia amount to a "scattershot method of crony capitalism," Walter Isaacson said Thursday. "That state capitalism often evolves into crony capitalism, where you have favored companies and industries that pay tribute to the leader, and that is a recipe for not only disaster, but just sort of a corrupt sense of messiness," he told CNBC's "Squawk Box." The Tulane University professor, widely known for his recent Elon Musk biography, argued that this method won't succeed in reviving American manufacturing. Isaacson's comments come as the Trump administration wades further into influencing the way companies operate in the U.S. The White House is pushing for a stake in embattled chipmaker Intel after Trump called CEO Lip-Bu Tan "highly CONFLICTED" and said he should resign. Earlier this month, both Nvidia and Advanced Micro Devices agreed to pay 15% of their China revenues to the U.S. government for export licenses to sell certain chips there. Isaacson said he's always been "dubious" of public-private partnerships.
